.: I received a notice in the mail, advising me that it was time for an oil and oil filter change, as well as a cabin filter change. I booked an appointment and arrived early (7:30) on 02 March 2016. Veronica Russell was my Service Consultant, and she treated me with respect and dignity, always making me feel important as a customer at Gateway Toyota. I was driven to the LRT station by Marvin, who was friendly and very nice, and he was waiting for me at the same station when I returned around 3:45 pm, and drove me back to the dealership.

I saw Veronica again, who provided me with the details of my service, including a 29-point inspection service. I paid my bill, and went to my vehicle (RAV4), which had been washed, which I very much appreciated.

I would recommend Gateway Toyota without hesitation to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota or Scion vehicle.
