The low-contact service was great! I was kept up to date on the service of my car via text and I was able to communicate that way. I was able to pay virtually and collect my car after they even cleaned it :) Michael was great at getting me in the same day, the service was fast and the communication was outstanding. Thank you!

At first it was great Nelson was very nice and professional . I only went in to have a look at the cars I was not ready to buy yet but I did fill out papers to see if my credit was approved, it wasn't. So when we were leaving a guy named Victor came up to us to try to convince us to get a cheaper car for 8 months ,and then I could get the car I wanted. He kept insisting in a very rude manner by the way. When he didn't convince us he gave up and didn't even shake our hand when we left. He was very rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. I don't recommend anyone to go to him but the first gentleman that helped us was very helpful and professional I recomend everyone to go to him his name is Nelson Pacheco.

My husband and myself bought our Dodge Journey here. Even before walking in those doors we felt important. We worked with David and have never been happier. He worked with us and never lost patience with us. He helped us find a vehicle that we love! I also love that David still calls us every so often to make sure everything is still going great. He's even called us for both our birthdays! So AMAZING! I definitely recommend buying your next vehicle with them! Ask for David! I know we will definitely buy our next vehicle here.

I worked with JR and Leticia, both were very welcoming, perfessional and the best service I've ever had when buying a vehicle. I highly recommend working with JR whom went above and beyond to make sure this was a smooth quick purchase. He and Deb made sure the process was quick and easy. All 3 made sure I received what I was asking for and continued to go above and beyond tower my expectations. I will be back!!!

I told her my vehicle concern and my car was quickly taken in, checked for potential problems and 30 minutes later I was on my way out. I have always trusted and respected Galles Chevrolet over many years. I would give you 10 stars if possible. Great customer service.

Recently purchased a 2020 Chevy Malibu and I'm very pleased with my experience. I would like to thank Jr for taking time out of his busy schedule to address any concerns I had. Very friendly man and understanding as to satisfying customers. He made sure we walked out of Galles knowing this is a dealership we can trust. Needed some work done on my car. Called both Galles and Casa. Was actually able to talk to someone at Casa. Called Galles and the bored receptionist tried to transfer me. She then came back on the line and said she would have a service team member call me back. This was on August 28. It is now September 5 and I never received a call back. Bad business. Poor practices. Good luck with them.

Unfortunately no license plate yet. Been here twice and always an excuse. Considering I Paid $400/500 for registration/plates. Whatever the case they failed to inform us there was an issue with MVD with previous owner. Also had a chip on windshield and obviously too busy to replace. Disgusted with this place and never doing business here again. Sorry I didnt go to Quality Jeep whom I normally purchase from.

I came here with my sister and had my mother puppy...

I came here with my sister and had my mother puppy with me (Chihuahua). We walked around and was working with a salesman (very repestful) that went to get some paperwork; he inform me that it was ok to bring the puppy in so as we made our way through the front, a group of salesmen were standing around the front desk laughing and looking at me. One of them looked at me and said "Ghetto Taco Bell." All the salesmen laugh as if to be racist. I am not Mexican nor Spanish but I would never say that to anyone who has this type of dog breed or culture. I still come around here and see the same group of "boys" standing around ready to throw their next racial slurs.

Edit: after Donna got a hold of me as per the reply we got things cleared out as they should have been. The customer service side of things really impressed me on how Donna went out of her way and gave what i would consider an arm and a leg to set things right. I really appreciate how above and beyond they went to get things right.

Took in a '13 Cruze with a check engine light. Initially things went well; Took car in (with an appointment) first thing on Saturday morning. Got a call back with diagnosis after ~3 hours. Called back 20 minutes after that to ask for a compression test to determine if the car was worth a ~$3k repair. Things fell apart after that. I received no timeline for completing the test. The test was not done by the end of the day, forcing me to wait until Monday. Called multiple times Monday morning. Two times nobody picked up, even when I let it ring for more than two minutes! Eventually I got through, and the service adviser said the mechanic was about to start the test. 3 hours later, I gave up waiting and went to pick up the car as-is. When I picked up the car, the engine was not warm (which is the first step of the test I requested). This makes me think that they were dragging their feet because they didn't think that the test was a reasonable request. This is the first time I have ever felt like I was getting yanked around by a service dept.

After all that, I took the car to an independent shop. They came to a similar conclusion. But, when I asked them to perform the same test, they had the results within an hour. The car failed the test, which means it needs a new engine (implying that asking for a compression test was not unreasonable). We sold the car, and, honestly, I am happy to no longer own any Chevy products.

Ed Kandil the salesman is great. Bill Jordan the finance guy, however, used some sneaky techniques to charge me an extra $4k for an extended maintenance plan, after I'd told him explicitly that I did not want one. He then preceded to read me the payment details of a very expensive plan! I said "no". Then he read some lower payment details without saying it was for the $4k "bronze" plan. I said "it sounds better". And he took that as a "yes". To his credit, when I realized what had happened, Bill was able to send me a form declining the coverage (though that was more difficult than it needed to be). I guess it could have been an honest mistake, but it left me with a bad taste.

Family has worked with galles for a few years but unfortunately will not be going back. went in to purchase car after saving and working on credit for over a year sales man gave false information and claimed the camaro was a 50th anniversary v6 camaro. After realizing I was having issues with vin number (that was on paper license plate) I finally looked into everything and realized vin was not the same as on the paper work and did not feel right. I went in within a week give or take a couple of days spoke to management and sales man who apologized. General manager finally spoke to me and told me someone must have told me it was a 4 cylinder , and that I wouldn t have realized he then claimed he would help but did nothing stuck me in a 5.0 mustang for a couple of days just to give me back the camaro I purchased. I believe general manager victor only gave me the mustang to keep me quiet for a few days after asking for owners number. It is sad that my brother went in only a day prior to all of this asking for a corvette and the general manager refusing to sell him the vehicle because he wanted to purchase it. Will never do business with company again and will be sure to let everyone know about this situation. **************still have not heard from you guys thanks a lot

Go in for an oil change. They suggest $3000 of work on a 7 month old car, not including their outrageous labor costs, or they won't honor the extra warranty. $800 tires. I just bought the exact tire for $89. Rip offs

As a first time buyer I was really nervous coming into a large dealership. After speaking with Felicia on the phone she made me feel that it was going to be okay. She let me know that they don't just sell vehicles, but they help consumers purchase vehicles. Felicia reassured me that they would work as a team to help me purchase my first vehicle, and vehicle I love and works for my family! She introduced me to my salesman, Gerald, and her Used Car Manager John. They all worked hard to fit my needs in a vehicle and at my monthly budget. I would recommend Felicia and her team to everyone that is in the market for a vehicle! She pays you $100 for every person who buys with her! What a great experience. Anthony (Tony) Cano, Used Car Sales, is the man. If you want an honest sale from a great dealer, ask for Anthony (Tony). He wasn't pushy except when it was to meet my requirements and needs. Chris Ruth, Used Car Finance Manager is awesome!! He worked hard to get me a great deal and the General Manager, Joe Ruth, even came over, introduced himself and made sure I got what I wanted. They all understood my situation, limits and worked with me to meet all I asked for in some form. They could'n't do everything to the letter, but when they were through working their magic, I came away with a SUPER car and the best deal in town. I recommend the GALLES Chevrolet USED CAR Team to everyone. I can guarantee you, if you are honest with them, they will work with you and ensure you get the greatest treatment. Can't say that about the other eight dealers I met with. Thanks Tony, Chris and Mr. Ruth!!! You definitely made this veteran feel like a winner. There is a SANTA!!!

I took my 2018 Chevy Trax into Galles here today in Albuquerque for a Service recall Maintenance order. And was blown away by everyone's courtesy, promptness, attentiveness and everyone's happy customer service , cleanliness of the business and the outstanding service on my vehicle (they even washed it for me! Is that standard??? Lol) I was especially impressed by Mr. Michael Cottone in Service, friendly, professional and a budding Rock Star there. Management, if you read this, give that man a pat on the back, a raise and keep your eyes on him, he is going places...just over the top Great customer service and professional and because of him, you have won all of my vehicle or future vehicles business and referrals to everyone I know. My experience at Galles Chevrolet was amazing. A gentleman named Omar approached us, as soon as we arrived. There is not too many people who approach a young couple, definitely looked at other dealerships weeks before and couldn't say I found anyone as attentive like them. Omar helped us find just the right vehicle. He gave us plenty of options. The sales manager JR was very personable. I definitely give all the credit to all the employes, from sales rep. to finance and detail employers. I felt like I was being attended by a actual people and not robots. My husband and I appreciate the hard work to get us, into our new 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe.

I had owned my Chevy Tahoe for 11 years and it was finally time to retire it and get a new vehicle. I hate shopping for a new vehicle. I would rather go get dental work! Well, that is what I would have said before my Galles Chevrolet experience! I had been to a few other dealers around the city and was about to give up hope. Every place promised they could help me and I would go through all the steps, only to strike out. Then thankfully I found the team at Galles! They where fantastically friendly and super helpful without making me feel uncomfortable pressure or frustration. I think because they have been in business for over 100 years that is why they understand the everyday "working man/woman". They have the most lenders to choose from and for someone like me who is rebuilding my credit, they found me a lender and I left there with a vehicle I wanted...my new beautiful red 2015 Chevy Trax! The Galles Chevrolet team gave me such peace of mind and great happiness! From here on out I could never and would never want to take my business anywhere else! They will be my forever home for a vehicle dealership! From the bottom of my heart, Thank you Galles Chevrolet!

Went in for a service due to a recall on my Traverse. Michael Cottone helped me and was the epitome of good customer service. Understanding about me being a few minutes late to my schedules about due to a traffic backup caused by a collision. Quick and upstanding service on my vehicle and assisted me with my OnStar diagnostics. Cherry on top was the free car wash, which I know my vehicle appreciated. Thank you Galles and thank you Michael!

Placed an order for a car and was told what it would cost but when the car arrived, Galles added $5,000 to the price of the car. If I would have known that the dealership would have been raising the price upon arrival of the car, I would have bought it somewhere else. Galles effectively ruined what should have been a great experience in buying a car that took 14 months from reservation to delivery.

Update: After I posted the review above, I got a call from "JR" a sales manager who told me to take the review down and when I refused, he resorted to screaming. He kept saying some dealers charge more to justify Galles adding $5000 to the agreed upon price. Yes, some dealers charge extra, but, some don't. From the time I reserved the car and paid the deposit in 08/2019, to the on-line build in 02/2020, to 2 days before delivery, I had an agreed upon price which was MSRP. Galles and "JR" specifically did not honor that price.
