went in for an oil change. The wait was long but the waiting area was comfortable and there was fresh coffee and the chairs were comfy. The gentleman who assisted me was also very nice and pleasant.

I had a wonderful experience with Galles Chevrolet. My service advisor, Michael Cottone was very friendly, informative and helpful. He was able to get my car in the shop quickly and kept me informed on the progress and cost, so there were no surprises. I will definitely return when I need service on my vehicle.

Truly the best car buying experience I've ever had. I came in to get my car appraised and had planned on purchasing later in the year. But the line up of cars and the sales associates were awesome! They worked with my budget and got me into a car that fits me like a glove. I've never owned a new car before and they made the whole experience easy and quick. I've been to other dealerships where they kill you with up-sales and keep you there for hours. Matt and the gang were straight forward and helpful. I felt comfortable buying from them.

Even my sister who was along for the ride was impressed with the service. A week before, she bought a new car at another dealer and we were there for 6 hours! She said had she came here first she would have bought from them. At Galles, I was in and out in no time. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. They've left an impression on me that I won't forget.

In and out with the car I wanted in a fair timely fashion, the sales representative Edd was great, I told him how every dealership I went to they kept pressuring me to buy something I didn t want! I wanted the car that fit me for my price range and he did a good job of trying to find something I really wanted.

If I could rate negatively, I would. Had problems with a used vehicle we purchased in less than a week. As of today (3 weeks into purchase), we had to to take it to service 3 times in order for them to fix the issue. And at that, they replaced the part partially and not fully. We just got it back after having it in service for 8 days. Not all issues that were discussed at drop off were addressed because apparently they 'weren't told about all that' So I expect to have it back in for service soon. There have been multiple assurances but unfortunately, they have all been unfulfilled. I had high hopes considering our family has purchased multiple vehicles from them but sadly, we were left disappointed, frustrated, and stressed from the whole situation. Make sure to take your time doing your research. Or better yet, don't purchase a vehicle at all from them.

The majority of employees at Galles Chevrolet ARE RUDE AND RACIST. The service to people of color Black & Latino from my observation and discussion with another Latino customer is much different than from others. The employees are rude and have no COMMON SENSE TO SAY THANK YOU. When you walk to ihe doors they look at you like What are you doing hhere.ere or You don't have enough money to be in here. They are a group of hateful RACIST AND PROUD TO SHOW WHO AND WHAT THEY ARE

Im to the point where I'm going to do business some where else that is willing to give me great service. Sorry galles chevy but you have gotten worse over the years!!

My corvette is being worked on for the 6th time same issue. I was told by the service manager that parts are obsolete for an 05 it's an old car and I had inherited this problem. Drove car fine for 3 1/2 years. The first time the mechanic replaced a door module he damaged the weather strip on top of door and replaced a water pump and left barely put the hose back on. I told Don and he said thanks for telling me and walked off. I talked to Tripp after the sane issue arose again "service column lock"and he assured me to bring it back and it'll be fixed. I reluctantly did and a new column and steering column lock module replaced only to be told both new parts were defective. I contacted General Motors to file a complaint as I feel a lack of quality and knowledge in which I'm sure there is support for this issue. Never going back or buying my new vehicle from galles next year.

Avoid if you value your credit. I traded a vehicle in on December 23rd. As of January 29th the traded in vehicle still hasn't been paid off, no matter how many times their team says its being taken care of. Why get a 20-day trade-in if you're gonna wait 30+? And I was already miffed with the purchase experience to begin with. I'll just stay on the westside next time.

As far as others I worked with I was very unhappy with the user car Manager Tyler I was lied to and the deal I was given was bs! Yea, I got into a vehicle with bad credit but I gave a trade in and was told it was in bad shape and was going to auction I go back for service on my new vehicle and see the old one on the lot for sale smh I guess this is why this man gets paid big bucks to lie! Michael Cottone was my service representative who helped me schedule the appointment and get my truck troubleshoot and repaired expeditiously. From start to finish everything was OUTSTANDING. Poor customer service, rude, unprofessional team of people!!!!!!. Poor products for high prices. Never has such bad experience in my life with trying to purchase a car, cancelled transactions, after much debate. They were to return my payment but still cash my check without making me aware of this. yeah may over100 years but they need training on how to treat people with respect. drove almost 5 hrs and left feeling like crap from the experience !!!. Don't waste your time ....

We purchased this car remotely, from Texas, for a nephew who lives in the Alberquerque area. The sales staff was courteous and competent as well as Chris Paul, who, I think, is the new car sales manager. Everything went fine until payment time when Michelle Arrighetti got involved. This was a cash transaction which could have been completed with the bank over the phone, without her intervention, but she insisted on speaking to a loan officer even though this was a cash transaction. This caused us to have go to the bank which is 30 miles away. So we drove the 60 mile round trip to the bank and she then gave the bank employee the wrong EFT information causing the transaction to be credited back to our account. Another 60 mile round trip to the bank and another $30 EFT fee.

I can recommend Galles Chevrolet as 5 star long as you don't have to get involved with MS Arreghetti. Otherwise go somewhere else.

the job i have requires for me to reach out to galles for one of my company's lease units -- the customer service is TERRIBLE. our unit goes in there for repairs constantly and every time no one has a clue who we are, what the unit is, and can't even search it by the VIN. by far the worst service i've recieved, it makes me nervous to ever bring it back in fear that they won't have a clue who it belongs to, prior services, or that they will even keep track.

Had an oil change done on my 2020 Chevy equinox on 5/3/2020. Not only did they changed my oil, they rotated my tires and washed my equinox at no extra charge. Staff was friendly and helpful. While waiting for my car, staff wiped down chairs and surfaces. I felt safe while waiting in the waiting room.

He was able to get us everything we needed for her car to be completely fixed since it was under warranty. I wasn't sure about buying a new car, but the service package, warranty and price made it seem like a great idea. Throughout the process, Gene was great, patient and responsive. I have had many people help me at Galles over the years but in the past year and a half these have stood out among your employees. Gary Cluff, Chris Garcia, Tim Harris and Saul Holguin have been outstanding in their professionalism and have always been more than cordial while helping me. The Service Department for me deserves 5 stars. They are helpful and listen to my needs and give excellent customer service. This is a welcome change from where I purchased my pick-up from Quality GMC, their customer service was always rude and didn't have time for me. Your cashiers at Galles also deserve 5 stars, they are professional as well and are polite. The sales staff for me are 3 stars and have room to improve. They are a little "know it all" bordering on arrogance. This is something that could be improved because customers don't like to be talked down to; especially those such as myself who have a greater knowledge of cars and trucks.People with lesser knowledge may feel inclined to go somewhere else because these sales tactics can prove intimidating. Exception to this is, Herman who is a thorough professional who is more than gracious. Overall, I enjoy having my business conducted with your dealership and will continue to have my pick-up serviced with you.

My Chevy spark had no issues with the transmission however they put a recall out for the vehicle and when I got OnStar I decided it I should have the vehicle service. When I brought it in I was told it would need a new transmission and that it would be 10 to 14 days. Imagine my surprise when 4 days later they say it's ready and I pick up the vehicle and they tell me the transmission is good. fast Forward 2 days when I'm traveling up to Farmington and my vehicle begins to shift erratically in a manner that I had not been accustomed to as a vehicle had never done that before. I had the vehicle towed to reliable Chevrolet (I will also review them) and was told it would cost over $3,000 to fix the transmission. Of course I said that the transmission had been replaced to which they told me the transmission had not been replaced, merely flashed. I called GM and after a week of not having a vehicle catching rides to bernalillo they told me they were not responsible even though they were the ones who touched the vehicle last to perform the recall. As a service advisor I have had transmissions come in with well over 100,000 still functioning with no issues for power or shifting. So either Chevy thinks I'm a stupid moron or their transmissions don't last 70,000 MI which is unsettling at the least. I will never ever buy a Chevy again and any customer that walks into my facility will also know that they should never ever buy a Chevy again. I hope you guys rot for creating a recall on a perfectly good transmission that destroys the solenoid so that you guys can make some money. Dealerships are dealership after all.

I was traveling through Albuquerque this week when I experienced problems with the charging system on my 2013 Traverse. I ended up having my car towed to Galles Chevrolet and had the pleasure of meeting Michael Cottone in the service department. He went above and beyond in getting us back on the road with confidence that our trip would be a safe one. In fact I heard from him this morning just checking to make sure our trip was safe. I am very impressed with his level of customer attention and care. If I lived in Albuquerque I would definitely use Galles Chevrolet for my service needs. Thanks Mike for your personalized care!!

This Dealership delivered a vehicle to us August 15, 2017 and took our other vehicle as a trade in but never gave us a copy of the contract!! We were told it was gonna be mailed, but instead we went in to pick up the copy of the contract and again was told it was locked up and that it would be mailed to us. A week later, nothing in mail... To this day we do not have a copy of the contract, but instead we were told to put more money down and it was not even a part of the deal in the contract. We feel the contract was altered, and I'm sure it was. Poor customer service,,,Just wanta cheat ppl and make money is all they want...Never going to this dealership ever again...

I had a 9am appointment for my recalls on my car, when I got there nobody was even around to check me in. I had several employees walk past me and not even acknowledge I was there. I finally asked a lady sitting at a counter and she could have cared less what I needed. Never coming here for anything! Just horrible! Not very helpful!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Galles Used Dept. My downfall was assuming that because it was a larger dealership, I'd be able to avoid getting swindled. I was lied to, and when I found out about the products I was upsold. I was constantly back doored, from salesman all the way up to the director of finance. I finally was able to settle everything, thus far. Not because of their willingness to help, because of my willingness to not let it slide. Galles Used Dept. = No Ethics, Swindlers, Snakes! I would not recommend them to anyone. Great Tactics for manipulators!! Single Mothers?? Take your Father, Big Brother, Uncle, Cousin.. Shoot even your ex-husband.. Do your research.. Skipping the Better Business Bureau, wrote to the attorney general on this one!

I have always gone to Galles parts department and they always find the part and get it fast.
I seldom price check because I normally get great service and don't mind paying a premium for great service. HOWEVER as of late your parts department has truly fallen apart. I believe you are under staffed or the staff you have needs to pick up the pace. Four people in line and one person at the counter. I expect more from a company I have grown to trust, I have a part on order right now but I may just order it online and have it delivered to my door from an online vendor as I have lost my patience with the time and distance I have to expend for an over priced part.
Please fix this as I do believe you are a great local business that I want to support but not at the cost of my stress level. Color me disappointed.

Had new 2020 Silverado with in 2 hours. it was raining and a salesman named Andy came out and helped even in the rain andy got me a great price on the vehicle.needed wife to sign also and offer To go to her work and get it done. Rude people POOR customer service. I bought a used car from there. They are nice till you get the sale. Then they talk down to you because you only bought a used car. I regret not going to Tillery Where we were treated much better than these guys. Its really sad that they treat their customers like this. Do not deal with Shawn Sr. He forgets everything he promises you. You have to keep reminding him about everything until he gets mad and says "YOU ONLY PURCHASED A USED CAR" . That was low. Stay away from these people. They only want your money than could care less.

If you are trying to decide if you want to buy a new Chevrolet or any used vehicle, please make it a point to go to Galles Chevrolet. I showed up the other day and just shy of three hours I was on the road with a new Trax. One of the most pleasant and wonderful car-buying experiences I have ever had. Andy & Donna and the great service staff bent over backwards to get me out and on the road in time for my 1 PM appointment.

I m giving my visit five stars today at Galles Chevrolet because my visit started off with a friendly smile and hand shake welcoming me to Galles by a gentleman named Leroy. You don t usually get that kind a greeting and welcoming invite at a business these days, it s nice to feel welcomed!

My visit took over two hours today for an oil change and tire rotation in which you d probably wonder why I m giving this visit five stars, but a big thanks to Masheyti Romero for keeping me updated on the status of my truck and also for being so kind and concerned about my time. Masheyti also waived the cost for my service visit today for the inconvenience.

In this day and age that s amazing I go to McDonald s and almost every time my order is messed up and I m lucky to even get a sorry let alone them comping anything on my order. It s great that Galles Chevrolet empowers their employees to do what s right by the customer and keeping them satisfied and returning.

I live within a few minute drive of Reliable Chevrolet and from countless failures at customer service and even in trying to buy my truck is what led me to Galles Chevrolet. From the purchasing experience of my truck with the sales person and continued customer service with them due to people like Masheyti and Leroy I will continue coming back!

I have had nothing but great service at Galles me and husband have now bought 3 cars from them with David in the used car lot. He has great customer service skills and still calls to see how we are and if we re still satisfied with our purchase with no sales BS. The service department has also been great to us. I recommended them to my mother in law who also had a great experience and purchased a car which she thought she could not get due to being so upside down on her other vehicle but David made it work. Galles hope you take care of David because he s a great sales man and truly takes his time and listens to customers what they want and need. When I purchased my car I was a pain in the ass and asked so many questions but he never showed signs of being frustrated. GREAT JOB DAVID!!!!

I had the best car purchase experience here due to the the genuine and helpful customer care that I received. From from first contact that I had with Felicia, all of my questions and concerns were taken care of efficiently and thoroughly. As a woman it is sometimes daunting to walk into a dealership by yourself but my salesman Cippy was an amazing advocate and ensured I got the best deal. After shopping around you're able to see the difference in someone genuinely wanting to help you versus someone wanting to take advantage. Felt like I was buying a car from family and they had my best interests at heart.
