Worst company to deal with' I believe they are teaching their staff how to steal the money. They still have to pay us but no response as we left the country during the Pandemic.. not recommend at all

Its not recommended to deal with that company , their electricity tariff in sharjah is very high , they will never return back your security deposit and they will deduct it all for so silly reasons.
Their maintenance is miserable even though they are charging us yearly for the maintenance
Take care of that company guys and try to deal with any other company in sharjah will be more better for you

For the new tenancy contract, that didn t do any maintenance. Just wall painting only. I asked for the changing of old kitchen tap but they said they will not change anymore. No carpenters. Tooo bad service and very rude the way they are talking. In the morning today in al nadah tiger building near in quick supermarket I face to this problem. I hate all there service,

incompetent staff from customer service to accounting department. Staff are excited to go on lunch break and just ignore the cx who are waiting especially philipino staff from account who wants to escape just to leave the office even not on lunch time! poor company

If you are looking to move in to any of the Tiger building, especially, Al Yarmook Tower, Al Nahda street, better don't. These guys are big time cheaters, their staffs treat people like slaves. You will not get even any of the basic services (already paid AED1000 for yearly maintenance). When you want to take shower no water will come. When you feel hot in the room, AC will not work. You may have to sleep in waste water. Everything sucks! I am so much frustrated complaining to their management but all in vain. DONT FALL FOR FAKE PROMISES! Reality is different than their advertisements. I am spending my time to type all these is just to be of help to someone who may get in to trouble by choosing Tiger building.

The worst service and lack of honesty and regretted the leasing of them, set up and deducted from the insurance money without the right of God and yes agent.

they are charging injustified money if anyone moves out, painting charges 500, cleaning charges 150, pest control charges 150 and say that it is a MUST to charge despite paying the rent and the maintenance fee separate. In the end they will delay your SEWA NOC charge you overstay rent until the clearance from sewa is recieved.

Upon moving in also its not exactly commission free, there is 1000 charge for maitnenance, 500 for admin, 150 for cable tv(which nobody wahtches) and alot of hidden charges.

Sincere advise stay away and never lease from them or suggest anyone.

The are in true meaning overcharging tenants and misguiding with hidden charges and treating a rental unit like a hotel apartment which is UNFAIR!

Very Rude management, we are in a situation of the Corona pandemic, and I have no income and have asked for time to pay rent but they said pay the rent or handover the keys. Very Rude of them to say this in such a situation. Humanlesss, I am not a new tanent and have been with them since last 5 years but still they are behaving in such a way.

No help from tiger management and from the local community. Such a shame.

My experience with tiger was very bad . 1 year stayed there , drainage smell is horrible with poor maintanance .. low or no cooling AC .. after leaving the building my security refunds are not yet ready with 3 weeks.. coustomers money is not valued.

Star and many of them are very bad Maaa advise them of any God swindlers

Worst ever experience from tiger sales team, z Decided to not take room from this pathetic group of people. Rude sales guy. Mr. Muhammad Mazen , learn some basic manners and then try to be leasing consultant.

Very unreliable, staff are not professional dealing with their clients.
My security deposits check was returned back to me after 6 months from handing back the apartment. Inappropriate behavior of employees in dealing with customers, as well as unreasonable withdrawal of amounts from the tenant

Gym and pool facilities are not working , no response from management

I hope that they take care of cleaning the windows out more often. In al sondos tower the head of the workers his name is mr Mohammed sends whatsapp Messages for apartment Owners asking them for money (sadaqah) which i find very insulting. He should be respectful to all residents and let them live peacefully without hinting at them every once in a while for money. We are Paying the annual service charges to the tower this i hope tiger group warns him about this matter or exchange him with a more respectful suitable worker. Best regards

I went and asked a Sales Guy Named Amro Mustafa about a project and he started yelling like crazy these guys have not even a single class of respect.

They are not professional at all. If you are African there is no point asking them for properties for rent, because they will not give you to rent. I have called them severally on the phone to ask for a property to rent, they will agree to have a property for rent , but when I got there and they saw I'm African, right away they said all the properties are fully booked. I gave their number to an Asian to ask for a property and hey! it is available. Very Racist and Unprofessional bunch.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY will mostly NOT BE PAID BACK, and if so, it will be AFTER A HELL LOOONG TIME that is mostly TWO MONTHS with LOTS OF INVALID DEDUCTIONS!!!!! :@
We had an apartment for 1 year and they are holding the deposit money for around 2 months after we handed over the apartment and they keep pushing time and deducting items for many weird reasons! Even after they called us that the cheque after deducting many un-true reasons (and deducting money that they were the reason for delay), they did NOT give us the cheque on the next day saying that they can't hand any cheques on that day!!
Even during the 1 year we stayed in Tiger building, the facilities were closed and very poor in quality and at the end they closed all facilities and changed them to be with extra charge although it was originally charged for with the apartment!!!!
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!! :/ :/

I have issues with ac for over 3 months now.....i dont recommend anyone to do my mistake and rent there apartments.....

I booked two apartments and paid two deposits on the condition that I could cancel and get refunded within 24h. I cancelled within 12h and never received my deposits back, even after dozens of follow ups over a 6 month period. Tiger Group stole around 10,000 AED in total. Never trust what they tell you! I will never do business with them again and strongly recommend everyone to avoid them!

Very bad customer service and response. I'm here to give a bad review on them and was shocked after seeing all the negative reviews. They simply deduct huge amount once you vacate the flat and later you will have to run behind them for getting your refund back.

Worst property management company,nightmare services for their tenants,no body knows how to fix problems like AC ,electricity.
Bunch of stupid technical guys with Adamant engineers who cant speak english or any other language.
They will tell you that it takes 5 days to fix your AC until you spend sleepless nights.
Guys eyes opener worst services !!
Never ever deal with tiger properties ,no ethics how to serve customer.

I am writing this review here as i fail to receive any reply from you or your PRO or from the admin to the various email which I and the seller of Marina pinnacle sent to you in regards to the refund of NOC fees . Kindly request you to reply to my email and refund the excess amount paid. In the event i do not receive any reply, I will post again the details of my case here.

I have rented appartment in Al yarmook tower B block, after payment I was informed that they make flat ready within 4 days . Post 4 days when I went to check flat , the flat was in condition as it was. Maitanance staff is very rude and giving fake promise. Management staff don't have any responsibility and saying maitanance is not their area of concern. No one is ready to take responsibility and throwing issue on other head. Worst building ever seen in my oife. Don't take appartment with tiger building.

We stayed at yarmouk C for 2 years. The maintenance was worst for the last 3 months. No response from maintenance team despite registering in their app / informing them in person. Also they deducted 750DHS total citing painting / cleaning / cancellation charges. I ordered fro get back your deposit Cheque u have make numerous follow up calls / visits to their HO. Even if you call their customer service nobody will answer.

Cheapest service ever.
I cancelled the flat 2 mnths back and they refused to give the cheques, they said we will discard this cheque no need to worry about it. I went back to India when i came back these idiots put my cheque in bank for deposit. Now i got a penalty for bounced cheque and real estate refused that its not management mistake. Such a cheap management, highly recommended to stay away from this frauds. Even after paying 2 months rent for cancellation of contract before 1 year they are deducting alot of hidden charges unnecessary.

There is no option lower than 1 star, otherwise I would have given an even lower rating. It was by far the worst decision we made, to move into the Tiger 3 building in Al Taawun. We lived there for 2 years with little to no maintenance. When we asked for 2 weeks extension in the contract, because of an EMERGENCY, I was charged per day and told to move out as soon as possible. I had to leave behind TENS of thousands of dirhams worth of furniture and belongings, and was subsequently charged for the cleaning AND maintenance after that. A whopping total of 2150 dirhams...for things which we had been asking to be cleaned and repaired for 2 years. They are the worst ever managed inhuman company I have ever come across. I would STRONGLY suggest anyone looking to rent in their building, to prefer to live in a tent rather than rent from their company.

A complete dishonest and unethical operation to say the least. Please stay away, far far away from ANY Tiger property!!!
