Needed some work done on my car. Called both Galles and Casa. Was actually able to talk to someone at Casa. Called Galles and the bored receptionist tried to transfer me. She then came back on the line and said she would have a service team member call me back. This was on August 28. It is now September 5 and I never received a call back. Bad business. Poor practices. Good luck with them.
