I took my 2018 Chevy Trax into Galles here today in Albuquerque for a Service recall Maintenance order. And was blown away by everyone's courtesy, promptness, attentiveness and everyone's happy customer service , cleanliness of the business and the outstanding service on my vehicle (they even washed it for me! Is that standard??? Lol) I was especially impressed by Mr. Michael Cottone in Service, friendly, professional and a budding Rock Star there. Management, if you read this, give that man a pat on the back, a raise and keep your eyes on him, he is going places...just over the top Great customer service and professional and because of him, you have won all of my vehicle or future vehicles business and referrals to everyone I know.
