If I could rate negatively, I would. Had problems with a used vehicle we purchased in less than a week. As of today (3 weeks into purchase), we had to to take it to service 3 times in order for them to fix the issue. And at that, they replaced the part partially and not fully. We just got it back after having it in service for 8 days. Not all issues that were discussed at drop off were addressed because apparently they 'weren't told about all that' So I expect to have it back in for service soon. There have been multiple assurances but unfortunately, they have all been unfulfilled. I had high hopes considering our family has purchased multiple vehicles from them but sadly, we were left disappointed, frustrated, and stressed from the whole situation. Make sure to take your time doing your research. Or better yet, don't purchase a vehicle at all from them.
