Future Ford of Sacramento needs to be closed! We baught a car from them that we were pushed into and it does not fullill our needs. Since day one they have had us coming in on a lie that they had the car we really wanted, had to go back 6 times to re fill out paperwork, differant person to so call help us each time we have been in...... not to mention the car has died 3 times leaving me stranded with my toddler each time and a number of mechanical issues that we have been told isn't even covered in the extra coverage package that we baught. I am so fed up with their incompetence and lack of professionalism. One manager even had the odasity to blame me because I am a woman for the car braking down. And one of the finance guys even yeld at us and hung up on us. In short, go elsewhere to buy a car!
