I had nothing but good service and friendly people...

I had nothing but good service and friendly people helping me at Future Ford. When I drove in with an electrical issue on my used (but new to me) 2016 Escape, I was greeted right away by Don Smith. I had a long story to tell him about working in conjunction with Carmax. He was open to dealing with them direct or having me pay and be reimbursed. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about getting my electrical issue resolved. I didn't have an appointment, but he was able to fit me in that day. He was in constant contact and worked hard to get my SUV back to me same day. They were very busy and he still made time to text me with updates and even call Carmax to arrange payment if need be. He arranged FREE Lyft rides to and from the dealership to my home in Arden Arcade. Everyone I dealt with was top-notch and real pros at what they do. I was especially impressed by my Service Advisor Don Smith. He exceeded all my expectations. He made me feel like I was the only customer he had all day...and he was busy all day with all kinds of customers. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or demanding too much of him. He was in constant contact through there text messaging system. Most of all, he got things done...and done well. I will definitely being going back for future service. It actually made me a little bummed we didn't buy are car from there in the first place. The staff at Future Ford is friendly and knowledgeable. That can be hard to find these days. So thank you, Don Smith and Future Ford!
