I had a recall on my 2013 Ford Fusion. I had my car towed to this location Future Ford location on Monday 7/2. I was told by a gentleman named Jose they would contact me on Tuesday late afternoon. I ended up calling them on Tuesday 7/3 requesting an update and was told they have not worked on the car. I asked them about a rental and they told I could rent but only for a day. I asked them what if it takes longer than a day.? He said I would be pay out of pocket. I told him that would not be acceptable since this is a Ford issue. He understood. He said he would contact me Thursday morning for and update. I waited all day Thursday for a phone call until about 3pm and I called again. Jose stated they did a diagnostic on the car and found a loose hose and said the recall was not the issue . They were going to charge me for it. I was told they would fix it at no charge. y car was fixed Friday morning. I wish there was better contact and better accomodation when a car is recalled the customer gets a rental no fees. When Jose was going to charge me $50 as a deposit hold. I felt it was not my responsibility and they would need to waive that since this was a part that was a Ford error. My car was completed at the end of the and I was satisfied.
