Very easy and relaxing process. Our salesman Paul Hornick hooked us up! I got a brand new ford edge at their dealership while trading in my 2013 Camaro. The whole process took a couple hours and was painless. Not once did I feel like I was getting the short end of the stick. Their finance guy Vladimir was the best.

Just spoke to JOSE, the worst customer service per...

Just spoke to JOSE, the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with. I called this place because i cannot EVER get in contact with CARMAX where I originally bought my car.
I scheduled a appointment with a southern sounding young lady.
About 30/40 minutes goes by I received a call from Jose rudely informing me that the southern bell had made a mistake as far as scheduling goes.
I was appalled that I didnt know what to say, besides well she already scheduled me for a FRIDAY appt. He rudely informed me once again that he would just go ahead and change it. "wow" my next sentence was "well I will just go somewhere else. He once again rudely said ok bye.
What type of business with a reputation across Sacramento has people like Jose working for them ?
If it was so easy for him to 1. Talk so rudely. 2. Let a paying customer go to the competition, with out hearing my situation.
This must be the way they conduct business here. Sad thing is I live 3minutes driving distance away from the company and since Carmax is further away, I was planning on doing business with them quite more often. Jose thank you for being a douchebag a giving the company you represent a negative rating. If I could give a -5 I would. And just to think he is in charge of the service area to get your car worked on, I feel for the employees who have to work with this guy, and people who have to work with or for people of this terrible caliber.

First of all, the person who helped me and my boyfriend out was named Dart Welsh. Horrible person. I think if we would of told him we made 10,000 a month he would of been friendly and so much positive. We went in there for answers left without any. He pretty much said come back when you have money, stop wasting my time. He took us to the car we liked and he never said anything about the car, for example, the price, the gadgets, the safety, or anything about the car. When he went to test drive he didn't even mention nothing about the inside. He was quite the whole drive. Horrible service. He made me hate this place.

After recently purchasing another vehicle from future FORD it was refreshing to see & work with familiar faces. Kyle Saephanh & Stan Thomas. Stan was able to convince me come back into store & I m happy he did because it was a true pleasure to deal with two real professionals!! Getting me through the process & making it the best experience yet! It s a huge benefit to have same employees to work with that have the knowledge & experience.

Had a pressured experience buying a used car from them in 2013, car had hidden bullet holes in the door frame unknown to me. They were later pointed out at another dealership. I have requested to be removed from their contact list 8 times, and they do no respect my request. I still get harassing calls and now text messages. I've reported Niccole and Chris to the FTCs consumer complaints line for ignoring my repeated verbal, and written requests to be removed. I dont even live in the state anymore!

I needed to have a rear brake light fixed and was treated quite rudely when I stopped at a different Ford dealership so instead I called Future Ford and they were extremely nice and helpful as was the staff when I arrived. Future Ford is now my go to place!

I didn't even buy a ford but a gmc & was still treated great. sounds funny but I was literally "in & out" of there which was a good thing 'cause I traveled out there with my family. no complaints-no complaints. and even after we finished business the next day the finance gentleman sent us a letter with an even better loan & locked us in. could not believe it. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a vehicle. mine was a year old but I'm extremely happy

We had a incredible experience buying a car from Future Ford of Sacramento. We had a great salesman in Jeff Unger. He was patient and knowledgable in helping find the right car. Once we found the right car the team at Future Ford went to work to get us into it at the payment we could afford which was no small task on their part. They did it and we drove home a new 2015 Ford Fusion that we absolutely love. I will be looking to Future Ford and Jeff Unger for all my future car needs.

Marc Barnum and Ryan Millaholloen were an amazing help when deciding which new truck I should buy. They were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and I felt no pressure the whole time I was there. After a recent divorce my credit had become challenged. I had called around to several dealerships and explained my situation to them and nobody was willing to help me out! I called Future Ford of Sacramento and spoke to a Moss Mojaddidi whom said "come on down", he was the first person who said they could work with my situation! I went down to Future Ford of Sacramento and Moss introduced me to a very knowledgeable salesman by the name of Bryce Pratt. I was able to get the car I wanted with a payment I am able to afford! Thanks to Moss and Bryce!

No receptionist for service, so you wander around for a service advisor. Not very helpful when you have a issue outside of the box. Not really friendly. When j was shopping for my current truck,they wouldn't let me test drive it, even though I had cash in my pocket for half the price of it. I ended up buying from Folsom Lake Ford.

Sure wasn't what I expected going to a dealership usually you're hounded and pressured into a sale. After a horrible experience at another dealership my nephew and I walked into to Future Ford about 10 minutes before they closed and Jaye Williams not just went over and beyond our expectations to get my nephew a new car but he made the experience fast and enjoyable. Would recommend Jaye to anyone for his professionalism and expertise and his knowledge of the vehicles he showed us. Kyle Saephanh our finance guy was easy to deal with and very enjoyable to be around overall a great purchase experience for my nephew who made a good memory in his first car buying experience. I just drove from Lodi to Sac for my first oil change in my Escape. I did not have an appointment but Chad in the service dept (quick lane) said they would work me in. I expected to be there for a few hours, but they called me in less than an hour and said my vehicle was done. Chad was very friendly, courteous and professional. Thank you!

I dont usually write reviews but i had such a good experience with Cody Mccoll at Future Ford on Madison Ave. I bought an F150 and i love it . I was really indecisive and im sure most people would have been annoyed ( this was a huge choice for me ) But Cody was very patient and professional and was not like the car salesmen i have heard from others. It wasnt long after i made my choice that he had me in the best vehicle i have ever owned !! Thanks Cody im sending my dad in to get a truck in a few weeks .

I found a truck on there website and called to verify price and if available. The salesman said yes it's here I'm standing right next to it,come down and let's deal. So after driving an hour and a half I get there and the salesman says oh that truck I didn't realize we sold it yesterday. Then he tries to sell me the same truck for $6000 more. Waist of time and gas. Never buy from these guys.

Josh was very nice and explained that I will be needing some preventive work done in the future to keep the car running smoothly. He was not pushy saying I need it done now. Explained everything that was needed and very polite and knowledgeble. Very decent price for what needed to be done and even got my car washed. The lady that brought my car back to me was very nice. I wish I could remember her name. Would recommend Future Ford for all your needs.

I'm not in the market as of yet, but when I am ready I am definitely going back to Ford and talking with Lino. He know his product and is friendly. Service was decent. I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen even though I had an appointment and others that came in after me were taken in before me. Having an oil change done and had to wait almost 3 hours to get my vehicle back but they found screws in two of my tires and repaired them at no charge.

Ahmid & Jeff were a pleasure to deal with on my lease of the 2015 F150 Lariat. They made this sale much better than my last experience( this is the 3rd vehicle i have gotten from this dealersip under the Suburban Ford & Future Ford name).
Their honesty is commendable(reviewing paperwork to see something was overlooked & not included) when a phone call was made & it was handled immediately....kudos for that...and getting my vehicle in on the due bills in a super timely manner..excellent!!! They made this a fairly smooth deal and not a 6 plus hour hassle.
Thank you and i will continue to visit your dealership for any of my future needs.

Purchased an electric car during Memorial Day weekend sale. Big rebates. Electric car in stock. It took about 4 hours to wrap up the purchase, and it took 3 weeks to finalize the whole deal. The sales people were super nice. After the deal was done, I had to keep following up to check the status on things. It would have been nice if they would have kept me informed without me having to check.....

The measurement of a great dealership in not when you purchase a vehicle, it is when you have service done or need them for something after your purchase. I purchased a vehicle from Future Ford of Sac and was satisfied with everything at that time, but then the problems started, I found out that the finance department paid off the wrong car when I traded in my vehicle (Chevy) but they paid off my other ford vehicle instead (not being traded in). I realized this mistake when I received a letter in the mail, thanking me for paying off my vehicle and letting me know if I needed anything else please contact them. When I informed Future Ford of the mistake they made it seem like it was not a big deal, but let me tell you, they did nothing to help fix the problem, other than saying whoops. I had to contact the bank and beg for them to reinstate my loan and explain what had happened. I was able to get it reinstated but the extended my loan (11 months) and there was a $10 payment increase per/month. When I explained this to future ford they had nothing to say about it. I asked them to pay the difference as it was there doing, they refused too help me out.
The second problem with Future Ford Sac came 4 years latter when we traded in the vehicle that we had purchased from them, I contacted them about getting a refund of the Gap insurance ,, Maintenance Package and Service Agreement, a refund of over $3000, they told me that it would take up to 6 weeks to process and I would receive a check in the mail, over 10 weeks later and still have not received my refund.
I finally got someone to return my call, I have left over 7 messages with different people. I was told that they will be mailing my check over-night and I should receive this tomorrow.....we will see.

Got to say had a fun experience with the salesman Cedric, we came in due to my uncle looking to get into a F150 and he was a blast to talk to had us laughing the whole time. I've had my fair share of knucklehead salesman but Cedric caught me off guard with that bow tie
If it wasn't for my aunt liking a different make we would definitely bought the F150

Had an awesome experience with these guys over the weekend. Mike was great. I had a vehicle in mind and they stayed with me and worked until very late in the night to be sure I had the car I wanted at the price I was open to paying. I felt very well taken care of and never got the sales pitch feel that comes with these purchases. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

I was in the market to purchase a car a couple mon...

I was in the market to purchase a car a couple months ago and decided to stop after work one evening to just take a look. I was looking to purchase a used car but still covered under warranty. I was met on the lot by Lino Arellano. He was so friendly and patiently listened to my list of criteria. He showed me several cars that were the make and model that I was interested in, giving me in depth details of each one. He was very conscience of the price we had discussed while looking and his knowledge of the cars was very through. I found a car I loved and Mr. Arellano gave me personal attention as I went through the purchasing paperwork. He had my car washed and filled the gas tank before I drove it home. He also went above and beyond by making arrangements with me to meet me on his day off to install the navigation chip and give me training on all the computer components of my car. He truly made my car buying experience a pleasure! And, I love my car! Thanks, Lino!

I took my 2014 Fusion in again for another recall....

I took my 2014 Fusion in again for another recall. And just like the past recall even though I was told they were simple recalls and were only supposed to take an hour they kept my car there for over a couple hours. When I finally got my car back they had checked everything from the windshield fluid to the brake pads. I know they had spent more time going through the checklist then fixing the recall item. And as I expected they had already written up a couple items that needed work and a price. Since I do most of the work on my car I appreciate the 'to do' list they gave me. The problem I have is the estimate they gave me for $1000, which, not surprising, was actually a small list but in the total price they had written up ' Replace rear brake pads and resurface rotors' twice. The first estimate was $179 and the second was $246. Then the next day when I tried to replace my brake pads the lug nuts were so tight I had to take an impact wrench to remove them. If we had happened to have a flat tire on the road there would have been no way the lug wrench in the car would have ever worked thanks to the dealers mechanic and his impact wrench. They were very friendly but FUTURE FORD off Madison Ave is not a shop I'll ever go to again.

Right now I'm giving you a low rating because I just had a oil change, just as I 've been doing ever since I bought my first car from you. Only I was having a very busy day so my friend took my car in for me and you charged him a extra $10. because you said my car took a quart extra over the. amount you allow. What I want to know is why was is never mentioned before? I check my oil regularly and it didn't register as being low so why after all this time did you charge me differently?

We were in the market for an electric vehicle, and the service we received at Future Ford was outstanding. From the moment we got out of our car someone was there to help us find what we were looking for. Each employee we passed was friendly and courteous (and not pushy). Paul was outstanding in answering our questions, pointing out features in the car during the test drive, and making sure the entire process was enjoyable. The facilities were clean and it was obvious that the entire place was well organized and efficiently run. I would definitely purchase from here again!

Such a great experience here. If you are looking to buy a new Ford, this is definitely your place. Just ask for Adrian Dragos. I wasn't quite ready to purchase a car yet (as I told him have about one year left on my previous purchase) yet he really took the time to explain everything to me. He was very informative and easy to talk to, and most importantly, did not get annoyed at my thousands of questions (sorry!). His attentiveness and eagerness to answer all of my questions made me feel like I was the most important person there (doesn't often happen at car dealerships, sadly). Can't wait to come back once my car is paid off. I will definitely be asking for Adrian.
