My experience was amazing!! My sales team who helped me Tyler (sorry couldn't remember your last name..lol) and Robert Dickey were the best ever sales people I've had and we've bought a lot of cars..lol. I love my new Ford Escape, but I kept needing to see which one had what, and then what color, kind of kept going all over the place, but he never made me feel like I was driving him crazy. I totally recommend going to Future Ford of Sacramento and asking for Robert!!
