The 5 stars are for Kathy Stull, Service Advisor. She was honest and straight forward with me. Other than that, the rest of the service department really let me down this time. Repairs took too long and were way too expensive. I've never gone to any mechanic besides a Ford service dept, but next time, I'll give it a shot.
