I ordered my first pair of Dubarry boots from Fruugo last week because the website was well designed and their prices were the best around. The next day, after further research on the brand , I realized I had ordered the wrong size. My note to customer service was responded to immediately and by the next day I received confirmation that my order had been revised with the retailer and that the adjusted size would be sent. A wonderful experience. I will be back!

Not happy about service. I made order on the 2nd november over a week later havent recieved confirmation of item been dispatched. Called the company and order hasnt been processed will cut out the middle man in future as this hasn't been a good experience.
Do not use this company, they are a joke, Rubbish service. Keen to take your money but then try to get your goods or a refund!!!!!! I have tried to contact them via phone, email and customer services but emails bounce back and no one answers the telephone. RIP OFF COMPANY
Christmas present, ordered item, it was "shipped" then received email showing "returned". Contacted supplier, told item was damaged and no replacement available. Seriously doubt this. Never again.
"Ripped off by this platform and their seller"on 22 Dec 2020, I ordered the following through their selling platform Puma California Casual Mens Black Leather Lifestyle Sneakers Shoes Size: US 9,I paid GBP 59.00 All I got was tracking links, still don't have my parcel , because of Fruugos , "terrible customer service" which in my experience , of which they have no concern for their customers, now I am being ignored, because if I have tracking links and not my parcel,, it's my issue .., feel ripped off by the seller and by this platform, I will not give up, they wanted me to be a private in investigator for them, I did even , thinking it was my issue try and get in contact with UK customs , DHL ecommerece, Yodel , DHL parcel , even DHL eCommerce , had sent, many phone phone calls, emails and chatting with online support to all of these companies carrier companies, and back and forth with Fruugo , thinking it was my issue with all these carriers , companies who all advised they needed waybill/shipping code , which the seller couldn't provide to me, and even DHL eCommerce advised to get the seller to register a lost parcel claim which they are simply ignoring, even worse I got Fruugo customer (non) service to try and help but they are not interested in customer rights and now ignoring me, which is criminal .., this is by far the worse online and customer service I have ever experienced and embarrassed this is a UK based company.., trading standards I'm in the process of contacting as they have broke my consumer rights
Professional scam. Long story short I have been asking for a refund because my order never came for the last month and they keep emailing me they are sorry and they will pass the enquiry to the retailer whatever this means. 3 emails exactly and they repeat this every time. I just contacted PayPal to report them and hopefully will receive my money back.

They got my address wrong TWICE even though I sent two online messages to correct it and also re-entered it on My Account. They sent the wrong address to the retailers, who passed it on to their couriers. Worst of all instead of apologising for their error, they made excuses and lied, "Chrissie" even pretending she tried to phone. I had to contact them FOUR times in three days to get my order sorted out. AVOID!!

Order number 14578806 never turned up after several weeks of waiting, so asked for a refund - yet zero no reply from customer service even though I ve written numerous emails.
They ve closed their phone line so you can only communicate via email, yet no one from customer service ever replies!
All I can assume is that Fruugo has stolen my money!

Prompt but terrible customer service, never recieved any communication saying it had arrived, got stuck in the post office and is now being returned to seller. There solution was to tell me to monitor a package I expected to be delivered to my door, they accept no responsibility once it has left their warehouse. Read the previous reviews and just listen to them, get it from any other company.
There are some awful reviews here - which I can t share. This company handled my query immediately, by phoning the importer, gave me the answer, were polite and efficient. So I ordered the item on Monday and received it on Wednesday. All this at a heavily discounted price! Well done Fruugo.
Ripoff company. I read the trustpilot reviews which were almost 4.6 out of 5. After I discovered they're a ripoff, I had another look; all bots with 5 star reviews! The only genuine ones are 1 star. Lesson learned by me to double check in future, but hopefully this review will help people steer clear.
Awful company! A children's rug I ordered arrived from the retailer Tic Toc dirty, the rug was meant to be sage in colour but looked brown in parts it was so dirty and the packing was all dirty. The response from the retailer was basically "its brand new and just a bit of dust" I've washed the rug as per instructions and the dirt still won't come out, so its unusable as I'm not putting a dirty rug in my babies room. I've been onto the retailer twice since my initial complaint and have had no reply at all! Neither Fruugo nor Tic Tic will take responsibility for the faulty product I've received. Do not use this company!

Feels like a scam company definitely avoid... I paid for a rug, it hasn t arrived, have been waiting weeks with no news at all.. fruugo don t actually handle the items and so you have to go and try and get a resolution then from someone else.. it s a time consuming faff so I d suggest avoiding this company and buying from a reputable seller directly instead. I certainly won t be using again. I m having to now look into my consumer rights in order to try and get a refund.. really wish I d read the reviews here first :-(
I ordered sun loungers from Fruggo, paid for them and then read the reviews - I was really worried given how bad they were. However my experience has been great - I ordered them on a Thursday and received them by Yodel on Saturday and the quality is great.

Not to make it clear it is a uk website but don't expect a 3 to 5 day delivery because everything is from overseas which you don't realise until after you pay for it now someone is going to be very disappointed when they don't get there birthday present for another 2 weeks
A marketplace were the intergration team don't understand the meaning of intergration. They do not understand who the platforms they advertise they intergate with so make it very frustrating to get any were, no wonder they are so small in the sector. I would advise avoiding especially as a seller as it's just a complete waste of time.
Bought item from fruugo however returned as not right size. Returned to address provided with tracking however customer services claiming did not receive item and signiture for tracking is incorrect and royal mail is at fault. This website is a scam clearly company appears to be run by a false team. I do not recommend anyone buys from here.
Ordered twice from this site as they had the items in stock, got an email the following day to say order has been cancelled as there was no items left, twice this has happened.

After waiting for over 2 month for my item, and numerous emails which gets replied only once daily (they have no phone number for customer service), I finally got a totally different item in mail. (Ordered ear pads for headphone, received a cable!).
Then they wrote me an email that it was a mistake at their end in marketing. (The ad clearly saying selling a pair of ear pads with photo of them). Now if I want my item, I must pay the postage send the cable back to them for an exchange? Would you on a sane mind want to do business with these crooks. Stay away... if I had purchased from China I would have got my item in a month and would have been cheaper. I paid more and thought these guys will deliver my item in matter of days... true modern highway robbery. Only if I could give less than 1 star.... - I must say that after a week they reached me and apologized and mentioned that they can send me the right item with tracking number... after 2 long weeks of waiting I received a package with the same wire as the first one package and no sign of air pads. One must be insane to deal with these thieves.
Think carefully before using - waste of time and they just take money with no order delivered. Website doesn t work properly so you can t see your order details. Just get fobbed off about delivery. I m in UK and placed order 4th April for despatch in 2 days 14th April still no sign and now email to say it will be shipped from Australia! They are just middlemen with auto response customer help that then directs you back to the actual supplier. Going to use PayPal dispute to try and get money back!
Ordered cables but the wrong ones were delivered. Email sent and the complete purchase amount was refunded. Without further problems. That is service as it should be. Very well.
I never write reviews but when you get treated this badly by a company one must warn others so that they can avoid a headache! I ordered 2 months ago and the parcel never arrived. I have opened 5 different inquiries that have lasted longer than 3 weeks with no answer to whether or not they will refund me. They did not offer any tracking information and it appears as if they have none. Overall a true 1 star experience, but 0 would be far more appropriate! Save yourself the trouble and order from literally anywhere else!

Hello guys. Avoid FUUGO. They act as third party between you and a different company, so after you pay for your order and shipping costs, if your product come from USA or another country non EU member, on top of what you paid, you will be charged with: Customs Fee, VAT and Royal Mail International Handling Fee. In top of that their costumer service are very rude.
Been waiting 1 month for my parcel which was supposed to be delivered within 14 days to arrive and have not yet received anything. Messaged retailer, no reply. There isnt any way to track my parcel too. Nope. Thats it. Dont think I will shop with Fruugo again.

I had ordered a food bag in June 2018 but it never got delivered (apparantly Royal Mail never left a card and the order was sent back). I had been in touch with customer service and was promissed to get an email back. Unfortunately this never happened. After a few days I called back and it was promissed to get a refund. The refund was paid to a credit card I had cancelled (to be fair which was used as payment on the order). I contacted them again and spoke to Keiran. It was said I had to sort this out myself with American Express. I contacted American Express but their answer was that I can't do this myself and that Fruugo had to contact American Express. I contacted Keiran again (passing him all the details including phone number) but I had a reply back that I had do it myself (which is not possible). So 5 months down the line I never had my order nor a refund.
Well, I have to say I am utterley dissappointed with this company. I ordered a pair of running shoes. They did not fit so sent them back for the next size up. They were out of stock, so I said I would wait. That was 2 months ago. Now they will not even answer my emails or messages in the account. I now have to wait for 6 months and then put a legal claim in to get a refund through the small claims courts. So will be claiming for compensation as well. Customer service have ignored several emails, and the one response I did get simply asked me to confirm my address, which I did.
It's seems they are simply a proxy for their many merchants and have no interest in vetting or ensuring they provide good service. If you get the wrong merchant then you are out of luck.

I Just received my 3 year old sons backpack (late) for preschool starting next week and the bag I received was completely different from advertised (it was a george from peppa pig shark backpack) advertised as having a novelty hood attached (reason for buying) and a front pocket, the bag we received was just a square bag wit a zip no front pocket no hood Completely different bag, 17.95 for something I wouldnt give you 5 for! Item arrived faulty so I filled in the form from the shop & sent it back asking for a replacement. I have heard nothing since even though I keep emailing them to ask what's going on. That was four months ago but it's almost six months since I first ordered the item. Bloody awful company, I just wish that I'd seen these reviews before I bought the toy.
Terrible customer service. Communication with customer does not exist. After I got an answer for my email about status of my order (because didn't get any confirmation email), I've been told that "Your order is due to be dispatched today". However next day status of my order changed from "shipped" to "returned"... LOL! Apparently it is a top secret, and the customer does not need to know what is happening with his order and money. It is strange that they are still on the market.
Absolutely avoid this company. My partner placed an order, there was very little communication about when it was going to arrive. No tracking etc. Just said it would be delivered between the 5th-16th August. After the 16th the parcel has not arrived so my partner contacted them and asked where it was. He was told it was delivered to his PO Box! (We don t have a P.O. Box) then they said here is the tracking number contact all your local post offices to see if it was delivered there!! Never known a company where you have got to try and find your parcel!! My partner opened a paypal dispute which was found in Fruugo s favour as they provided tracking info!!! WTF, they haven t even provided my partner with tracking info!! They are absolute liars and I would not recommend buying from them EVER!!!
Disgraceful that this company are using a dot ie webpage when the stuff is ordered from China and routed though the Netherlands which usually means it is delayed in the Netherlands. Ordered a PS4 controller from them thinking it would be a few days but it still hasn't arrived & will most likely be late. AVOID!
Took money out of my account but Item never arrived, no communication to tell me it would be late, or ever arrive, even after reporting the problem. Website stated I would get a response in 48 hours, of which it has been well over.
FRAUD, FRAUD FRAUD!!! DO NOT USE. Placed an order, got no confirmation or response for the order, which is red flag. Opened up an inquiry, which was nearly impossible, as their website conveniently glitches as soon as you start navigating through this process. Finally, when I heard back from them, they say they had to cancel my order because the shipping address is not same as payment address! Complete bogus lie! Also note that they had no plans to contact and inform me, probably hoping that the window to report fraudulent charge to credit card companies will expire if I play their waiting game long enough. Placing orders as gifts and shipping them directly to the person is a very common practice at Christmas time, and their website, like most others is set up specifically so you can do just that. Well their scam is not going to work this time, because we will not fall for their bogus claim that the order is going to appear as pending for a couple of weeks still. We will be watching our credit card statement very closely, and will report it if and when it shows up, as fraud. Do yourself a huge favour, skip this website and order from another online retailer. From what I have seen, there is no merchandise offered here that you can't find elsewhere, without all the risk and headaches!
Fruugo is a scam, stay away. My order never arrived, supposed to arrive 25th december, but has not arrived. And I get no answers to my repeated emails.
I HAVE ORDERED A PRODUCT HAS NEVER ARRIVED, IN COMPENSATION I HAVE BEEN CHARGED THE AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY AND DUE TO A RECHARGEABLE PAPER CLONING (THAT I HAD TO CANCEL) I WAS NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY. THEY HAVE SAID REFUNDED BUT THE DATE OF THE REFUND IS BACK TO THE CANCELLATION DATE. NOTHING WAS THE DOCUMENTS OF THE BANK AND THE MOVEMENTS OF THE CLONED PAPER.

Really don't advise ordering from these guys if you can avoid it. Wish I'd read reviews of this site before ordering from them. Ordered 2 tshirts from them, both turned out to be the wrong size for me. Was forced to contact the seller directly for a refund only to find that all emails I sent to them (My Designs My Way) through their website customer feedback form or their email address came back with a delivery notification failure. Fruugo eventually gave me their email address and I got a refund. But that was after such an unnecessary and stressful ordeal. I won't be using them again.
The problem which made me contact Fruugo was resolved in an expedient fashion by their customer service employee. The same day I received all the answers I looked for and more so I have no hesitation to recommend them to others future customers.

AVOID AT ALL COST I ordered my wallpaper more than a week ago, didn't receive anything for days, when enquired the status was showing 'returned' so I asumed they will send them again. Called this morning to find they had never been sent in the first place as they "must've been out of stock". Very unprofessional, kept myself and decorator waiting all this time for nothing!!
