Items purchased with express delivery (1-2 days) and as of 15 days later, not received.

Customer service have ignored several emails, and the one response I did get simply asked me to confirm my address, which I did.

It's seems they are simply a proxy for their many merchants and have no interest in vetting or ensuring they provide good service. If you get the wrong merchant then you are out of luck.

They are cheaper for a reason it seems!
