Fake company! Placed order, my card was charged but then my order received.
There was no refund and noone to talk to.
STAY AWAY unless you want to lose your money and your bank details of course.

Had to contact frugo contact was polite and helpful could not do anything more .would recommend this company.

Ordered a parcel ages ago and still did not receive it..... trying to contact the customer services is pointless as they don't reply/answer etc. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Order an ELM327 OBD 2 Code Bluetooth scanner. Part arrived with no instruction manual so no idea what the Bluetooth password is supposed to be. Will NOT be using them again.

SELLS ITEMS THAT AREN'T IN STOCK.
You'll often see Fruugo in your results when shopping online - ignore them. They're a third party retailer - they don't stock anything themselves, they sell things on behalf of other online retailers & (presumably) take commission. The problem is, they don't keep stock lists up to date, so half of the time you're buying something that isn't in stock. And getting a refund takes forever.

Avoid! They look like they're in the UK but ship their items from the USA and Canada. The item takes months to arrive and there is a customs charge to pay that is almost as much as the item itself. It is on top of the shipping cost. Cheaters, don't use them!!

Ordered a lovely coat rack from them, arrived on time and the quality of the product is great also.

Terrible site. Ordered weeks ago. Still not arrived. No easy way to contact the seller. Ignored by Fruugo. Been told to wait longer for items to arrive that originally stated. Escalating this complaint against this company via the obundsman. I'll be making sure as many people as possible know not to use this company.

very slow service, poor costumer service. Bought some tyres, 10 days and no news about, no info even if my product has been dispached or anything else... Spoken to them by phone... 'w 'been told to wait for an email asap ... 2 days... still no info from them.

As a first time customer I would not recommend this site, I ordered mascara on the 08/04/20 thinking I was ordering from an Irish site, money was taken straight from my account and still no sign of delivery. No mention at that time it was coming from Australia No contact number to speak up customer service, I tried to email but no response, clearly a scam. Would not recommend!

Ordered a set of neoprene glue here. Wasn't cheap, but didn't stick at all. The tubes say 201702. I guess that's the expiration date. Even if it was the production date I would have gotten 3.5 year old glue. Customer service is nonexistent. This booth is criminal, should be closed by consumer protection.

Ordered on Thursday had it on following Monday and that was delivery to Ireland

Phone cover didn't turn up but as soon as I emailed them I got a reply and refund within 5 days.

I got the help i needed. It took a little bit of time to sort the issue, but i suspect the issue was with the vendor, not the customer service.
All things considered, my experience was alright.

I used fruugo as they were cheapest option.
The service is shocking. Im not sure it's even a legitimate site. I ordered via sportsmegastore, charged by fruugo, item sent by arcade sports and supposedly delivered by Yodel. What a way to shirk responsibility when no one takes ownership when my parcel goes missing! Fruugo won't refund, sportsmegastore say contact seller, seller is uncontactable and yodel say its just missing! Avoid at all costs.

Used more than a month to deliver my order. Regret the order. Should have spent 10 Euro more and gotten the cutlery in time for the event - from another webshop with local storage dept.

A medical item arrived after long wait and the protection seal is broken! Criminal! How are these guys still in business?? Good luck trying to even contact support! What a mess! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Expensive delivery charge and 0* for the quality of the items. Got 2 double and 1 single bedding sets. Extremely poor quality linen. I ve never bought such thin and rough bedding sets although the site showed 50% cotton, 50% polyester - seemed fake product descriptions.

Don't use this company. I bought shoes which never arrived. I had no communication from the company beyond an initial email telling me the shoes had shipped. After a month I asked for a refund, which I eventually got. I could have had my shoes next day from any other retailer online. Avoid.

Godawful My experience was Godawful. The jacket I bought did not match the picture, and not only was the fur not on on it like shown.The lining was nylon not lambskin. I know this because It's labeled on the jacket. Despite what it says on there website On top of all that the shipping was 10 business days late. I can't return it because it cost 400 dollars to return a 550 dollar jacket. This is a scam and nothing more. Plus if you do order from this website the customs are crazy because of incidents like this. Oh and the jacket is labeled claiming it's from both. Tennessee and Germany. You guys are disgusting, shame on you.
