I hadn't realised I was using a 3rd party service ...

I hadn't realised I was using a 3rd party service when I ordered some items from the site.

2 weeks later and the item has still not arrived, the vendors comms are really poor, after the 3rd email, they asked me to reshare the order number.

I've asked to cancel the order and it goes back into the same poor comms loop with the vendor.

No intervention or help from Fruugo.

Won't be using this site again.
