After waiting for over 2 month for my item, and nu...

After waiting for over 2 month for my item, and numerous emails which gets replied only once daily (they have no phone number for customer service), I finally got a totally different item in mail. (Ordered ear pads for headphone, received a cable!).

Then they wrote me an email that it was a mistake at their end in marketing. (The ad clearly saying selling a pair of ear pads with photo of them). Now if I want my item, I must pay the postage send the cable back to them for an exchange? Would you on a sane mind want to do business with these crooks. Stay away... if I had purchased from China I would have got my item in a month and would have been cheaper. I paid more and thought these guys will deliver my item in matter of days... true modern highway robbery. Only if I could give less than 1 star....
- I must say that after a week they reached me and apologized and mentioned that they can send me the right item with tracking number... after 2 long weeks of waiting I received a package with the same wire as the first one package and no sign of air pads. One must be insane to deal with these thieves.
