Item arrived faulty so I filled in the form from the shop & sent it back asking for a replacement. I have heard nothing since even though I keep emailing them to ask what's going on. That was four months ago but it's almost six months since I first ordered the item. Bloody awful company, I just wish that I'd seen these reviews before I bought the toy.
