Don t buy from Fruugo! They ll take your money and run.

Go to AMAZON who will offer the best variety of products, customer support and refund policy if your item doesn t turn up.

Fruugo has:
- Poor customer service.
- Their staff never reply to emails.
- No option given to call them.
- No refund policy for items that fail to turn up.

Order number 14578806 never turned up after several weeks of waiting, so asked for a refund - yet zero no reply from customer service even though I ve written numerous emails.

They ve closed their phone line so you can only communicate via email, yet no one from customer service ever replies!

All I can assume is that Fruugo has stolen my money!

Will have to raise a transaction dispute with my card company to try and recover payment. WHAT A HASSLE!

Will never buy from them again.

Please don t waste your heard earned money on this dishonest, poor excuse of a retailer.
