Easily one of my worst customer experiences I have ever had. Ben and Amin need some serious lessons in consistency and service. I came in after weeks of a dealers persistence via email. We had spoken on the phone and I had already selected the model, terms, and had submitted an application. I went to go visit the office and the salesman I had agreed to meet had left for the day! After being tossed around multiple times and waiting I was finally seen by someone. I told him which car I was interested and he proceeded to bring a different one. I insisted I wanted to see the other vehicle and he agreed. When we began the application process the deal I had consented to was not being honored and they again pushed another vehicle. Finally they agreed to move forward if I provided more documentation. After being made to wait and some additional back and forth they admitted that they couldn't finalize anything today with the vehicle I wanted, but maybe tomorrow. At this point I had enough and decided to leave. When I went to leave the sales manager stepped between me and the door and tried again to sell me on coming into tomorrow. I told the manager not to block my departure and he paused and finally moved. Trust me buy anywhere else.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I purchased a used car from them less than a month ago. When it arrived, SEVERAL things were broken and NOT disclosed. They shipped the car to south California. First, I noticed a small crack on the windshield. Not the biggest deal as that could've broken upon delivery. Then, I noticed the lid to the middle console is broken and comes straight off. Then, I find out that the doc to plug in an aux cord is also broken. I wait to work with management, they offered to pay for the $60 crack in the windshield with no other remorse. This was an easy fix compared to the rest of the work that still needed to be done. They ignored the rest of my complaints. I waited to drive the car until this was figured out. I get in my car this week after all the conversations, turn on the AC for the first time and it does not blow out cold air. Now they are saying they will do nothing about it. Taking care of customers should always be number 1. With a used car, it's expected for it to have maybe a little wear, but it's unacceptable to NOT disclose when things are broken or not working properly. Do NOT purchase a used car from them from afar! Do NOT trust them! I 100% expect for management to resolve this as their behavior is entirely unacceptable. These are scammers!!!
Quick but they overcharged for a simple door handle fix. First Ford dealer I felt screwed me over. Won't be back. Oil service was good as usual though.
I have no issues with the service adviser as he was amazing. The issue I have is with whoever worked on my car. The free external wash seemed like it consisted of just a quick spray. There was still dirt on the bottom of the bumpers. So I took the car to wash it myself. After washing the car, I popped open the hood, there was oil all over the plastic engine cover, there was something that was caked on it as well and there were plastic covers that were not even put back on. I had to clean the engine cover and reattach the plastic covers. Maybe the service reps care but the mechanics seem to not care one bit about customers cars. Which in turn gives the dealership a poor rep. At least the wifi was good.
They were all very Awsome, super patient and willing to work with you to great lengths to get you what you want!

Just a few minutes after we parked in the premises and went down to Fusion Hybrid section, Eddie approached us in a friendly and respectful manner. We talked, and he took all the information I gave him into account very carefully. He was very patient with our questions, requests, and demands. The way he encouraged us that he will try his best to accommodate my situation was very heartwarming. It wasn't a situation where a salesman pushes someone to buy whatever. We have been looking at different brands and visiting different dealers which means this wasn't the first time we spoke with a car sales rep. We felt really comfortable working with him. So then the paperwork process started, and the staff were friendly even though there were some technical issues with the supporting document for College student program. Everything got sorted out nice and neat at the end of the day. And we really appreciate the service, Eddie and the team!
Well, it is so far so good! Today is the 2nd day with my new Fusion Hybrid SEL - Metallic White , and I am really excited to experience some real saving with gas! After i finish this tank, I will even try to go Green!!

I had a great experience at Fremont Ford. My salesman (Rob Van Arsdale) was great. He answered all of my questions promptly, and worked with me on a deal I could afford for my CPO 2013 Escape SEL. I felt no pressure, and Rob was able to complete the sale very efficiently. In a matter of a couple of hours, I was on my way in my new car -- very happy!

I had a very good experience buying my new Ford at Fremont Ford. The people I worked with were professional and polite and respectful. I never felt pressured. I used TrueCar to find my car and they honored the discounts offered through TrueCar without any hesitation. I recently had to bring my car in to enable the keyless entry door keypad feature and that was an excellent experience. All in all, everything went well.

After our brief test drive he took us in to start the finance process and let me tell you about how friendly everybody in the building is. Phenominal! just smiles and super great energy. The process was fast and I drove away with a brand new 2017 Mustang eco boost. I highly recommend Fremont Ford and there inventory is amazing on all make and models.

Was fine until got to financing. Then break down of process. Finance agent didn't bother check to see what we were waiting for after finishing with another customer. We were sitting out her door. Then manager didn't bring paperwork until 45 min later. Sales clerk at least stopped by checking on us.
The service team at Fremont Ford is incredibly accommodating. I feel like they are there to help the customer get done what has to be done in the most friendly and informative way. Easy to talk with and much faster than I expected on this last service.
The salesperson at Fremont Ford acted with great diligence and integrity. He communicated quickly and worked hard to find us the car we wanted even though it was not originally at his dealership. Mr. Nader got us into a new Ford Focus SEL at a price that we felt very comfortable with. APR could have been a bit better, but his personal integrity won out over slightly better financing at another local dealership with dubious tactics. Finance was easy to work with and Ben was really nice for a finance guy. We politely said no to extended warranties and he was pretty much ok with that without resorting to over the top fear tactics. Facilities are clean and comfortable, with couches, TV, coffee, tea and water. Bring your snacks if you plan to negotiate!
I couldn't be happier with our purchase and the service provided by Fremont Ford. Mustafa, our agent, was very professional, helpful, no drama nor BS, and was very educational. It's usually so difficult to get my husband to seal the deal, but after over two weeks of going from one dealership to another looking for a good green commuter car, Mustafa was patiently able to get him to agree on our awesome new Fusion Plug-in Hybrid. He gave us the BEST deal on this one -- it has everything we need (and more) for our day-to-day use. We have a Mercedes and Lincoln Navigator at home, but this is our most efficient, quiet and "techie" car so far :) I would highly recommend Fremont Ford if you're looking for a good price, car and exceptional service.
Really liked my experience. I was provided with several options according to my needs; terms were good and staff was prompt and friendly. Taking into consideration that I had no credit history at the time and was looking for leasing I was asked for several additional documents, but nothing extraordinary and cell pics were accepted. In the middle of the process I had to leave for a meeting. When I got back almost everything was finished and I just signed up for insurance over the phone (!) with the agency that was suggested by the dealership (terms were pretty good again). Altogether i spent there about 2,5h, which I think is pretty cool, especially in my unusual circumstances.
My Ford is 6 years old and has 29,000 miles. Dropped off my Ford to be serviced on a Friday as I was heading on vacation for a week. I thought it'd be the perfect amount of time to get it looked at while I didn't need it to get to work. How naive of me.
First heard back the following Thursday. The service rep had just gotten to it and wanted permission to run a diagnostic - sure, go ahead. A week later (now almost 2 weeks), I started calling to get updates. Each time we spoke (on the rare occasion I could get through) they had a new angle but hadn't identified the issue. I asked for a rental and was told they didn't have any in stock.
Starting in week 3 I began calling daily and leaving voicemails. When I could get through to the rep, he would promise an update later in the day. I never got an update, not once from seven days worth of promises. After three weeks I was done and showed up in person at the dealership. I said I either needed my car or a rental, so they gave me my car. No fix, but with a bill. They still hadn't figured out the issue, but promised they would report the case to Ford for follow-up.
After opening a case with Ford corporate and several days of checking in to see what they could do to help (they insisted they couldn't reach Fremont Ford and couldn't move forward without a service report) and calling Fremont Ford (the manager was always in a meeting and didn't return a half dozen voicemails), it became clear neither party had any interest in standing by their product.
Highly recommend you avoid both Fremont Ford and Ford's in general.

I leased a Ford Fusion SE on APR 28, 2018 at Fremont Ford, Fremont, CA. I have been asked to pay $ 500 as deposit until my graduation bonus gets approve from Ford which is $500 and it can refundable immediately after approval. I made a payment and I got graduation bonus approval from Ford on same day and I have forwarded approval email. They said they are refunding right way and it may take 7 days to reflect on my bank account. But I did not get refund after two weeks, I have emailed to finance manager who took the payment from me. There is no response to email. After two more weeks, I called to Fremont Ford and spoke to YAMA, finance manager, He said he is working on that check and he is going to mail me on that same day. Again, I waited for month but did not receive any check in mail. I called to Fremont ford and spoke to same person. He started saying it takes 7 weeks to receive refund money. I tried reminding him that I spoke to him earlier and he promised to send check on same day when I spoke. He said he had no clue what had happening and I he needs to investigate whether I will be refunded or not. The way he is talking is so rude. He mentioned that car price may varies, he sounds like I may not get refunded. When I started insisting I should refund by now, he said you are calling in weekend, I cannot do anything now you can do whatever you want. Then he promised to call me back in 45 minutes, but I did not get any call back. I waited for whole day and went to Fremont Ford in evening (09 Jun 2018) find out about refund check.
I started explaining the issue to sales manager and Yama showed up there. I tried to explain them that I am here to ask my refund money which I supposed get 2 months back. Yama was telling same thing again that he needs to investigate. I got really frustrated and reminded him that he promised me to call back inn 45 minutes. Meanwhile the other sales manager is telling that he is not going to build new building with $500. How come a manager give such rude statement? Me and my friend tried to answer his comment very patiently. Yama (finance manager) is telling that he never gets any email from me asking about refund and he was giving irrelevant answers for the delay. Suddenly, the other sales manager saying, don t yell, you have to leave my place, I was surprised and tried to explain him that I am not here to yell but I am only answering/talking to Yama. He keeps saying don t yell and I responded I was not yelling and questioning my right to answer him. Then both sales managers and Yama started yelling on me and said they are going to call the cop. I said you can call the cop. They all stood up and asked us to walk out in very rude manner and they said they are not going to give any information on refund. They also mentioned you can do whatever you want, just leave right now . We just left the place without single word and I felt embarrass too.
Well that was the very awkward moment for me and my friend who accompanied me. I have been a Ford customer at same place since past 3 years. This is the most humiliating situation happened in my life ever. I never saw such pack of rude people. It is very hard for me understand, I was not able to sleep whole night. I am the customer who supposed to get my refund 2 months back and I am still trying to ask for money what I have paid. I did not get any proper response on refund but rude response and humiliation from Fremont Ford. I am totally disappointed with approach of addressing the customer s issue. After this long waiting and such humility, I am not even expecting my refund money but I justice to what had happened to me.It was so scary when pack of people yelling on us and asked to leave the place immediately. I am still not sure why I have been threatened when I ask my refund money with efforts of travelling from Foster city to Fremont which is enough far away.

I had multiple trips to Fremont Ford over Labor Day weekend. With Jalal's help, I was able to get the vehicle of my dreams. We had a few obstacles along the way, however he did whatever it took to make sure I got exactly what I wanted even though it wasn't in their inventory. He's an amazing guy to work with and I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to work with someone so understanding, honest, and down to earth. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASKING FOR JALAL!
They rarely answer the phone. The service department from the management on down needs work. Mechanics often times over inflate the problems which causes you to have to spend a lot of money that you didn't need to spend. Management of the store itself is questionable. They will rip you off whenever they get the chance. Ford used to build good cars however today oh, there is so many recalls on Ford products that it's time for me to look somewhere else after 40 years as a Ford customer. They don't even tell you about the recalls that haven't made the headlines. There are recalls on products that Ford puts on the cars that they don't want to tell you about and one example is the lug nuts. Look it up on Google.

Had a good selection of cars, Carl was very friendly and professional was more than happy to take us for a test drive. The entire process took longer than expected but finally got things squared away, come prepared for a minimum of 2-3 hrs.

3 months after I traded in my car, I received 2 parking tickets and DMV renewal notice for the car I traded in. They probably never file the Release of Liability to DMV. Service Dept is a joke also. Never returned phone calls. Zero customer service. Horrible experience. There's another Ford dealer in San Leandro if you want to buy a Ford.

Service people is pretty good! One of the chubby boy is especially helpful. I had a recall service on the day, went there, and there happen to be a time opening for it. Everything is done in 20 min.
if you are looking to get your car repair in a hurry there like three weeks behind they will tell you you can bring it to them but they won't tell you till you are there that they won't be able to look at your car for at least two weeks .
Service was quick. Customer service was fine. Nothing spectacular for this visit. Also I never give 5 stars that would have to be some life changing service. 4 stars is usually what I give for great outstanding service.

I was looking at a used 2019 Ford Flex on their web site. I was then contacted by a sales person and set up an appointment to go to see and test drive the car at 10:00 the next morning. I arrived at the dealership at approx. 9:55 and was unable to get anyones attention after walking around the front of the building several times I got in my car and left.
I went back home and sent an email to the sales person that I was suppoesed to have met with complaining about the fact that I was unable to make contact with anyone. Granted we are dealing with some unusal conditions at this time.
I was contacted by the general manager and he offered to work with me on the price of the car if I was willing to come back in. I told him that would contact him when I cooled off some.
I called back and talked to him and made another appointment and was informed that the assitant manager would be working with me and I was given his cell number to call when I arrived the next day for my appointment.
Things went very smoothly the next and the car is now in my driveway. He was very good about getting me a set of manuals that I can use until the new ones for the car arrive.
Thanks again for an overall good deal.
Just to let you know,that Rob Van Arsdale, was just great.he was vary knowledgeable .has a good personality and sense of humor.when we want help with the Escape he will the first we will want to see.

Service advisor Erik Hamblin is the lier. Who told me originally the part was available, but when he call me to pick up my car, he mentioned the part was out of stock. I called ford then got told that the part hasn't been available at all for the recall, though the stupid Fremont Ford Service department scheduled me in for the fix. Completely a silly lier, you deserves even not one star!
I'll file complaint with Ford as well, since such bad behavior should not be forgiven.
We went on Sunday to test drive several vehicles and the salesman Tran Nguyen was very very knowledgeable about the cars in detail. He gave us the comparison details about the engines and interiors of each car. It was a very pleasant experience and made it easy as to what vehicle to buy. Also Sheri Delarosa was also a very knowledgable and helpful in getting the financing of vehicle accomplished with a very honest, authentic attitude. We really appreciate getting served in a genuine authentic caring manner. It made the whole experience low pressure and actually pleasant.
Salesman Reza was wonderful to work with. He got me a fantastic deal on a brand new Escape, and I couldn't be happier.

Overall the service is good. Wait times and communication lines could improve. I waited 2.5 weeks before I had to reach out and find out what was going on with the part my Navigator needed for the running board. They didn t keep me posted at all during this entire time and I found that inconsistent and inconsiderate. 3.5 stars but I m being generous with 4.
My review for Fremont Ford came from my experience with their employees I came in contact with. I was shopping around for a new car with different dealerships of different makes and models and it is with Fremont Ford's Internet Sales Manager - ALFREDO VILLANUEVA - where I had the best car shopping experience. Alfredo was very responsive to my needs from the very start. He understood my requirements really well and worked with his managers to consider my offers for the cars I was interested in. He responded quickly to my emails. He was never pushy and was patient with me while I took time to consider all my options. Alfredo made my car buying experience stress-free and very pleasant. I would recommend Alfredo of Fremont Ford to anyone looking to buy a new car.
The only reason I didn't give 5-stars for Fremont Ford is because of one thing that I would consider minor but may end up making a big impact in the years ahead as I own my new car from Fremont Ford. Abbas, the Finance Manager, convinced me to buy the Maintenance Package for my new Escape. During our discussion, he mentioned that the package I was getting is good for "6 years or 75,000 miles, whichever comes first". I made my decision to get it based on this, thinking it would be worth it. When I got home and I was going through the paperwork, it was only then that I noticed that the contract actually states "6 years or 75,000 miles or 10 service visits". He didn't mention that there is a maximum of 10 service visits. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he didn't intend to mislead me but I believe all the details should be explained clearly to customer before the customer signs the contract. Still, Abbas was very nice and was pleasant to do business with.
I will post another review months from now for Fremont Ford's Service Department once I start getting my scheduled maintenance services.
They told me the car has moonroof but the truth it has not moonroof . My cousin told me before I went to them be carful because some time they play game with customers.

I dropped my car yesterday for service. I was promised that it will be done by tomorrow. I call them like 10 times to find out if my car was ready for pick up, but I was told we haven't started any work on your car. This us very bad customer service.

I live in San Jose CA and was shopping for a Ford Flex. I ultimately chose Fremont Ford from several Ford dealerships because they had the best price and were very customer oriented. The price negotiating was all done online. I dealt with Mustafa, Fremont Ford's Internet Manager, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I happened to find out after I purchased my Flex that my brother also purchased a vehicle from them recently. I would recommend Fremont Ford to anyone in the Bay Area.
We were in the area and went to Fremont Ford, and saw a 2017 Edge Titanium that we loved. When we went inside, and we had every intention of bargaining and coming home with it. Needless to say we did not, Sales Manager was very rude and not very interested in our business. Less than five minutes later we walked out! I went to Fremont Ford and bought a Ford Escape from Wahid Hazeen. Let me just say, buying a car was never as easy and fun. I have been to different dealerships to explore my options and let's just say when you have asalesman like Wahid, who explains your options thoroughly; buying a car has never been easier. Wahid took the time to decipher my wahts and needs; he got me into the right car. When it was time to get business( the finance part) he assured me that I had nothing to worry about and that he would take good care of me, as a man of his world, he did. Thank you for the prompt body work and mechanical repair performed on my daughter s 2004 Mercury Mountaineer. We picked up the Mountaineer on Friday and later that day I heard an unusual noise coming from the front end. I returned Saturday morning, Michael had it diagnosed, I authorized the repair and picked-up the vehicle Saturday afternoon. It was a relief to have the work done so quickly so she could leave for Arizona Sunday morning. A special thank-you to the mechanics who did the work.
I received absolutely 1st rate treatment from not only the salesman (Robert) who sold me my new 2020 Mustang GT but from the finance manager and the service group. I not only was purchasing a new car but I needed to have work done on my pick up truck also..

Issue 1)
I have needed to use the repair facility at Fremont Ford a few times now and I am absolutely less than impressed!
I had over $7,000 in repairs to my F250 Superduty expecting professional experience and attention to detail. I had multiple issues that needed to be addressed some suspension some mechanical. After the amount I spent I start up my truck in after driving it twice after repairs and hear a thunking occurring. I pull over and discover that the U-bolts had been stripped during reassembly and instead of replacing them as would have been the absolute proper and necessary thing to do they tack-welded the nut onto the U-bolt and the nut had fallen off! This if I hadn't heard the noise it was making could have been absolutely disastrous! I have yet to return the truck to them to repair it. I am afraid of what or how they may do the repair!
Issue 2)
After purchasing the Mustang GT I mentioned above I brought it in because I had noticed issues with the paint, body molding and passenger seat. What I initially got was a good bit of attention to the issues then there were staffing changes! Huge staffing changes! What was a good natured staff that was knowledgeable and eager to attend to the issues became a nightmare! Constant questioning of the claims that I had. Half a**ed repairs again! Repairs that weren't repaired and now I am PAYING for something that should have been a warranty issue!
*NOTE
When they tell you to call Ford customer relations - DON'T BOTHER ITS A CALL CENTER IN THE PHILLIPINES THAT'S SOUL PURPOSE IS TO FRUSTRATE YOU INTO GIVING UP ON THE WARRANTY CLAIM! The district manager is absolutely unable to be contacted or so I was lead to believe! If you are out there I would LOVE TO SPEAK TO YOU!
There isn't enough clear (in my opinion) on the cars causing the paint to be extremely brittle and allowing the smallest of rocks to cause chips in the paint. This isn't even mentioning that the dirt I found in the paint should have been addressed without question or attitude! I have been made to feel like I am a nuisance at this repair facility. I would absolutely look elsewhere for repair work! I am having them repair the current issues and afterwards I will find other resources that I can trust and that can rely on to do the job correctly, safely and affordably.
AGAIN I REPEAT LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR REPAIRS!

Job is done very well. Good mechanics. I also appreciate the shuttle lady driver-very courteous and friendly! Minus 1 for the sales Derek for not doing as I have requested. I need to go back to have it done. Over all really appreciate the job!
After 2 weeks of shopping for a dream car 2016 ford explore limited and after been to 6 dealerships my dream fell out the window. I had never been told no on the car i wanted. They all said yah the payments wld be to high and the interest rates were crap. I lost hope but my husband wld not give up so we went for one last try. I ended up at dodge negotiating for a darango but I was not convinced in my heart I cld see ford across the street I told the salesman wait before I buy this car I need to go over there and give a.ford one more look. I was even willing to get a used one. Soon I found my self test driving used ones that I liked. Sam the salesman was very nice and helpful. He put us in the hands of a young man named Omar to help us negotiate with the sales manager. The young guy went to bat for us I must had him running back and fourth 20 times on a used car. In the end he said why don't you just let us help you buy a new explore? Been there done that some where else but he asuured me that things wld b different there. I have to say they become personable with you and do there best to get u the best. They made my Christmas cause I left with a new 2016 ford explore when everyone said no...they said yes...around my payments and the best interest rate on that car 3.49 % thank you fremont ford to all who was involved sales manager, finance manager and salesman you all worked together with no pressure and made majic happen...I even took my brother a week later for a new purchase as well. I will always continue to take my business there....
