I went to Victory Honda of Morgan Hill planning to see a car that looked good in the pictures, but in real life it wasn t something I wanted. Luckily DANE was there to help! I d never felt more comfortable with a sales person before because they re usually too pushy and don t listen to what you want. He constantly made sure my boyfriend and I were comfortable and offered water. He didn t push any cars onto me and let me decide what I wanted to do in my final decision. With his help I was able to find the perfect car for me in the price range I planned to spend in the first place.

I went in for a recall decided to get an oil change also. Hm..the advisor Robert Pia told me.I needed a.New oil pan and plug because mine was stripped. Wanted to charge me 650.00 for parts and labor. I said no that's not going to work. He.said that my car might not hold up because of the stripped threads. I left and went to ROM AUTO IN GILROY WHO CHARGED ME 90.00 FOR A NEW PLUG AND OIL. IM VERY HAPPY WITH ROM AUTO. VICTORY HONDA IS NOT PRACTICING HONEST WORK ETHICS. PLS BE ADVISED!

Me and my boyfriend came here looking for a car the older,tall,skinny, with glasses guy helped us and walked us step by step through the whole process and answered any questions we had. We ended up trading our old car as well and ended up leaving with NOT only ONE BUT TWO BRAND NEW CARS?! We ve had this cars for a while now and we ve had some issues with the A/C and they ve fixed it! The guy I spoke yesterday was rude! Just by looking their body language and comments they think you re naive! They give zero discount at the time of my purchased and now this type of treatment?? I shopped all over an got my best deal on a new Honda CRV with Raul. He was patient with me as I am an analytical buyer comparing all the finance options as well as advantages/disadvantages of leasing and financing. He supplied me with all the information I needed.

The dealership was taken over by a new owner in January and there are still a few kinks to work out. The owner has successfully opened a number of different dealerships and is committed to customer service. I gave them 5-stars as they have a great selection of cars, a pleasant shopping environment and people committed to doing a great job. As a Morgan Hill resident, I like to support local businesses.

If you purchase a new or used vehicle or just plan on having your vehicle serviced at Victory Honda, check out their CarDoc service program. I don't usually buy into service programs, but this one appears to be a pretty good deal. Check it out and see if it works for you. With the way service costs keep going up, it is worth considering.

Once I take my car in for service, I will be able to comment on how well they take care of me. Stay tuned!

Very excellent experience with this dealership. Our salesman, Dane, was understanding and genuinely trying to get us the best deal possible. We knew there would be back and forth when it came to negotiations but not once was Dane pushy, aggressive, or agitated. The price for our trade in didn t match what we were looking for however Dane made sure to find wiggle room within the overall price where it would even out. Please remember, the dealership will tack on additional features, some can be removed some can not. I ve been buying cars for years, this was honestly my best experience. We already had financing in place, the dealership did not push their own financing on us at all. Very pleased with them, will recommend Victory Honda to everyone. Keep a positive attitude and do the dance, these professionals will make sure you are taken care of. Keep up the great work guys, and THANK YOU DANE!

We came into the dealership and test drove the new 2017 HR-V AWD. The experience was good, however, we didn t go over the details of the car as we have been shopping around and we knew what we wanted. After negotiating a great out of door price for the car($xx,553), we wanted to purchase it.

We were then pushed to Anthony to work on the financing of the car. Anthony kept pushing us to sign the different agreements that are normal in the process of purchasing a car. However, I requested to get the full information of the car and the final price before signing anything. I find it perfectly normal to understand what exactly we were buying and the final price. Anthony pushed his screen over and it shows a different price on what was agreed on (~$xx,850). I asked him about the discrepancies and if I can get a full breakdown of the fees. He pulls out the notes and price that we negotiated with the sales representative and it clearly shows ($xx,553). I asked him to bring in the sales representative into the room to clear this out however he said no and that I have to go back outside and negotiate it. There is nothing to negotiate; it is on the paper. I wanted everyone to be in the same room and clear the miscommunication, however, he insisted that I walk back outside to talk to the sale representative. I did as he asked and the sales representative agreed on the same price ($xx,553). I went back into Anthony s office to show me the agreement, but now on the screen, it shows the price ($xx,525). Anthony begins to mock and provoke me by asking if I wanted the $xx,553 price or the $xx,525 price. He was very abusive by asking that rhetorical question three times! I brushed it off and asked for the detailed specification sheet for the car to ensure that he wasn t switching vehicles on us we wanted AWD and not 2WD. It has happened to a family member of ours. He said that he does not have the specifications sheet and that we had to walk to the car the read it.

Terrible customer service. Lack of transparency. Abusive.

It when back and forth a couple times because as a customer, I felt it was right to see what I am buying at the signing table. It escalated. I was frustrated. I said in a casual manner: just make a copy of the ****** paper, how hard is that . I had no intention to direct any foul language towards Anthony, but the process of getting specification sheet of the car.

Anthony took it personal and became extremely disrespectful. He started saying that I have no right say that to him. He then said that if we were outside on the street I would not be using that kind of language towards him. For me, I took that as a threat and to be clear, I used that foul language towards the process. Anthony walked outside and had the sales representative fetch the specification sheet. The sales representative returned with the specification sheet and ask if he should stay in the room. Anthony responded: No, I ll handle him . I was shaken by this experience.

As we were going through the agreements, Anthony was constantly on Instagram on his phone and showed a lack of interest in answering any questions in regards to the agreements. As a business owner, this is a lack of respect to the business and customer. After all the signing, I politely asked for printed copies of everything and was completely ignored. He then gave us a USB with the documents, however, during the process of transferring the file, he pulled out the USB quickly. I asked him to check to see if the files went through. He said no and I can go outside to check on the sales representative computer. Lo and behold, there was nothing on the USB and Anthony was gone from his desk. We had to get his manager or someone in the finance team to get Anthony to give us the document. The sales representative did not wanted to request it directly from Anthony.

Anthony is very disrespectful, aggressive, and slimy. He shows that he is lazy to fulfill simple tasks that would make the customer purchasing experience comfortable.

The survey only lets you click on give positive feedback!? I bought my Pilot at Honda of Morgan Hill, the actual service work seems fine, but customer service is not exceptional. Every time I have my car serviced, I have to wait to just check-in even when I have an appointment. The check-in process needs improvement. My appointment was at 8:30am and this time after waiting 20 minutes I spoke up. I've had similar experiences every time and this time was the last. I'm going to have my car served at another Honda Dealer going forward.

Seemed strange that I would give a car dealership five stars but this place was amazing. I was able to contact the dealership via email and messaging . They confirmed by phone. Set up a time to come in on a Saturday morning , and they still manage to get me in, to drive the car, answer all my questions, and complete the transaction in just around 2 1/2 hours. anyone who has had any experience buying cars knows that was really quick ! And more importantly, the internet sales.manager, sales associate,, the general manager and.the finance manager all were extremely customer centric and good people.
I am actually looking forward to coming back for my car servicing , which was included in the purchase of my car!

Worst dealership that o have ever been two. Was there for 30 minuets and ignored by every salesman! I was there with my family to buy a car and saw two salesmen during there literally having their own conversation look at me an my wife and kid and not even asking if we needed anything! I got fed up with it and walked over to them and ask them if someone could show me a new Accord and the young gentlemen's response as I'm not going to disclose his name because I don't want to put him on blast for being an a****** but his response was we have one in the showroom for you to look at! Are you kidding me! I left that day and went to Gilroy Toyota and bought a Camry Xse and a 4runner TRD! I will never go back!

I had a mixed experience at Victory Honda. I went in with my mom, looking for something new or used to replace my Honda Civic that was totaled a few weeks ago in an accident.

We got there a little before they opened and were greeted outside by Courtney. She was lovely at first. We worked with her for 2.5hrs, test driving a couple of vehicles. As others have said in their reviews, their base price was not the price listed on the website, it was a couple grand higher. I asked Courtney why that was and she told me that those prices were just to get people in the door. In addition to the price being different, Victory adds on extra things to their vehicles and then charges you for these. They added on wheel locks, a GPS system in case your car gets stolen and two types of clear coats on top of the paint. She told me that these things were to make the car safer. None of those things actually affect the safety of driving the car. By saying this it's insinuated that Hondas aren't safe to begin with. Thankfully, I know that isn't true as my Civic did keep me safe a few weeks ago when I was hit on the interstate. Courtney said that these things were not optional. Over the 2.5hrs I we spent with her she was incredibly rude and condescending. I had what I would consider to be, a large down payment. She asked if I could put more down. I said that I could not, to which she responded "why not?". I found that to be both inappropriate and insulting. After 2.5hrs I hit my breaking point, got up and said "I'm done", and walked out. I have NEVER done that, with any person in customer service/sales.

Sammy, the sales manager, came out and spoke with me. He was willing to work something out. I took a break and got coffee before returning. When I returned I worked with Robert V. He was wonderful. Things were easy with him and smooth sailing. He was able to work with me on price and I ended up getting a 2021 Honda Civic EX-L.

The detailing department was closed by the time I bought the car on Sunday and there was not a spare key made up. Robert invited me to return to get my car detailed and pick up the key. I emailed him on Thursday to make sure there was time for my car to get detailed on Friday if I took it in. He let me know that there was. I had my car detailed on Friday and picked up the extra key. He made it possible for me to use a loaner so I could run errands while they detailed my car. Robert was kind, personable, friendly, and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend him.

Lucky, which is the manager's Nick name, is a strait shooter, and very personal guy. He genuinely seems to be in it for his clients, and not for the few percentage points of margin.

Wandered in to purchase a used vehicle, left with a new one. I found their Sales team to be easy to work with and a little more casual than usual. It was a breath of fresh air. I've dealt with many "slimy" salesmen as they say...this place seemed upfront and honest. I was about to leave after not finding a suitable used car, but was pleasantly surprised with a personal greeting by the Sales manager. He wanted my business, but didn't make me feel like I couldn't leave. He earned it because he was willing to work closely with me and my needs. Anyways, I enjoyed my experience there. A special shout-out to Louis and Darren. Cheers! Love the new Accord, by the way!!

I've been to this dealer many times for service on my leased civic. The first time I got an oil change, they told me I was going to need new brakes soon (as indicated by the check mark in yellow on the service sheet they give you). Each following visit, my brakes were in the green. At 20k miles they told me I needed a fuel injection cleaning at 25k miles, which isn't stated in the car's manual. When they forgot to put my lugnut lock back, I asked if they would mail it to my house since the dealer is out of my way. They never did, despite my constant calls. They also rarely returned my calls. They are a decent speed, I will give them that, but I just can't trust them. The final time I visited this place, they told me I needed four new tires and an allignment. I had recently replaced two tires, so I asked the girl at the desk why I needed four new ones if I'd just replaced two, and she just shrugged and said they probably didn't check it. I went to another place to get a second opinion, and they told me I didn't need either. Only went to this place because they would give me free oil changes based on the Honda maitenance plan. Again, I leased the car, but from another dealer. After 36k miles, I stopped going there.

I've got a great deal from Honda of Morgan Hill not only on the price, but also on the financing terms, no down, 2.99% for 60 months! Of course, having great credit helps! :-) I really liked all the people that I came in contact with especially Geraldo and Ismail. They were all so nice to me. I never felt pressured into buying which is a major reason why I decided to buy from you. I have gone to other dealerships too, and I didn't like a lot of them because of the high pressure sale tactics that they employed. Spent all day trying to get their representative to sell me a car for the price on their website. After hours of pathetcally slow responses, they informed me the advertised price is $2k less than they are willing to accept.The interest rate offered was 2x my banks rate. The General Manager contacted me and stated that I was the first buyer from their dealership that has bought a new 2017 Honda Ridgeline. Let's see where can I start!?!?

First of all I REGRET making a 2 car purchase and even giving them my business should have just gone to Capitol Honda in San Jose where they actually do care and make the customer a priority!!!

Watch out with the " add on" fees the cars have on top of the msrp because of previous burglaries at the dealership making their problems yours!! Ex: wheel locks, gps trackers etc.... Don't fall for it.

Good luck! They only care about making the sale after that you're on your own!! I called the day after making my purchase for one simple question I had ( simple yes or no answer) well it's been 2 weeks now and still can't get a call back after leaving a message every single day!!! Talk about customer service huh!
1.Don't know if the problem starts with the receptionists not doing her job and giving the messages?
2. Txt the sales guy Eddie that helped us only to get a cold response (Call finance) obviously only cared about his commission after that ain't his problem to help.
3.Ask to talk to someone from finance note there is multiple guys sitting around in finance waiting for a deal to close with all this extra time in their hands you would figure I would get a call back at some point in the day!
4. Since I didn't Get a call back I Asked multiple times to talk to a manager or GM which was told was Justin ( always getting an excuse: not in, in a meeting, he is busy) well left him multiple messages to get a call back 10 days later he still can't call ??? Talk about customer service!

By this point I'm absolutely annoyed and super disappointed!! Should definitely replace the manager since the problem starts there!
