My husband and I went to Ford just to look at the Explorer, platinum edition just to have an idea how it look and the roominess of the cargo space. Mutasfa came out to help us and show us all the perks and extra on the platinum. We fell in love. Mutasfa made us fell in love. After, we decided to go ahead and purchase the car. We were there for awhile to process the paperwork and it was a long while but finally we were ready to drive out the door. Mutasfa had gotten the car detail and even got gas for us. Everything was ready and my heart was jumping for excitement. Then we realize it was the wrong car. We told Mutasfa it was not the right car and he immediately took over and make it right. Within 45 minutes, he and Ali and Sheri got everything together so fast, we were out the door. Now that we had the car for a few days, so much rain and finally stop just so I can check the car out. We got a few scratches and rip on the car that we didn't notice. I called Mutasfa up about these little concerns and he made me feel like everything will be handle and that I don't have to worry about it. I couldn't be more happy.
Buying a new car from any dealership, you would expect their service team to be understanding when a problem occurs. That's not the case with this dealership. It took me three weeks to finally get a hold of someone who can fix the problem with my radio system after it was glitching. They didn't do it after me explaining the situation to them in a calm manner, so it took me yelling at them to finally give me an appointment after going in three times to them. I finally got a hold of James and he was nice enough to take my car in and repair the problem. Other than that the entire sevixe team sucks!
Fremont Ford has been excellent in sales. They have really helped me in now obtaining my second SUV. Thank you very much and lets not forget to say that my vehicle has all that we need. Its great!!
Not happy at all with fremont ford... I purchase a brand new vehicle and two weeks later it's in the shop? Not cool at all not happy with any of your managers or sales people to many dirty tricks and terrible customer service. But the service department was great to me they fixed my car thanks to shawn and whoever worked on my car and they lady who kept texting me and letting me know how things were going very nice. But your managers and sale people nothing but crooks all the managers crooks.... Great customer service in the service department terrible people up front.. Not happy at all sorry with ford they way they treated me and used me just terrible.
DO NOT BUY FROM FREMONT FORD....I am a very dissatisfied customer...I bought a Ford Focus Titanium and traded in my Toyota Corolla. Unfortunately after the purchase it all went downhill, three months after I purchased the car I received a letter stating that I had no insurance on my corolla which I didn't own anymore so I called them and they said don't worry about it, it happens, therefore I sent paperwork in and about a month later I received a letter from DMV stating that my registration is OVERDUE ON MY COROLLA WHICH I DONT OWN...so when I called the finance manager he basically didn't look into it and then I asked for the manager then I spoke to Abbas Asalati...Horrible customer service...instead of saying let me look into it, he just kept on saying it happens all the time..don't worry about it, when I pushed further he hung up on me... I finally spoke to Michael Pollom, the GENERAL MANAGER who was professional and looked into it for me, and the Lady who worked in the DMV portion of Fremont ford sent me an email with the information i needed...Michael Pollom said he would call me back within a few days but didn't, I just received the email...I also told mr Pollom that i fully expected an apology from the sales manager and didn't receive one...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALEI I WILL NOT BE BUYING MY NEXT CAR THERE AND NEITHER WILL MY FRIEND WHO IS BUYING A CAR IN A FEW MONTHS....STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP...

Good dealer service after I complain of non-necessary financing.
However, there is a rubber band hanging on a metal bar when I opened the front hood. the only way to take it off is to cut. Of course it does not give me any trouble. But imaging that: a doctor finishes a surgery, but forget to take one piece of cotton from the wounds.
It's scary this dealer call a used with dead battery as certified. I bought a certified pre-owned focus from this dealer, right after I left the store I can't start the engine because of the dead battery. Thanks for the dead battery, I have to schedule tow service, and wait for three days to have my cars to be checked, and this happened after right after I left the store. When I called the manager, I was told it's my fault cause when I left I can start the engine, but actually they used a jump starter when I left. I do learn from this experience, and what others know as well you need to check your car carefully if you plan to buy a used car. The Fremont dealer needs to learn do not blame others when it's your fault, most importantly, make sure selling qualified cars, please, don't waste your and your customers time.
I now have my Dream Truck, thanks to the staff and their combined customer service that surpassed my expectations. Mustafa and Ahmad collaborated to ensure me this was the right place, trustworthy people and best F150 that satisfied all of my needs. I had a good time buying the F-150 at Fremont Ford. It was nice not having the stereotypical hard sell from a dealership. All the people I dealt with were calm and pleasant and made the purchase of the vehicle a great experience.

While the recalled item was replaced but the service was terrible. The man who was there in the early morning wouldn't help me find the drop box, so I asked another patron, and then when my car was ready, my paperwork wasn't (even though he already called to tell me my car was ready for pick up).

I went over on Friday 05/09/2014 to Fremont Ford. I wanted to just look at vehicles to have some insight about what the market has to offer. I was greeted by Vaseem. A very polished person by what I can say. I was nervous at first but then he made me feel at ease and asked me what I was there for. When I told him my purpose was just for information he was kind enough to take me round their stock. He was very attentive to my reactions and when he felt my interest is toward something he used to spend a few minutes going over things for me. It was the first time I came to know that Fremont Ford has 3 categories of vehicles. They are the traditionally used, the certified preowned and new. He explained what the word CPO stands for and why. He also did mention to me that he is new to the business and if he is unable to answer any question he would find out for me. That is honesty, real honesty. We never want to admit we do not know things but he is totally honest. It is not that I could not buy or I may not be able to in near future but the way he treated me will pull me to Fremont Ford and to Vaseem to buy. You want to see professionalism, honesty, politeness, courtesy or all in one in one person, go see Vaseem and you will know what I am talking about. he said this sentence to me which I will never forget. 'I rather be a dollar high and be right than be a cent less and be wrong'. Never heard this sentence before and I did understand what he means by it. He offered me water and brought me a bottle and gave me his business card saying, 'sir, if at anytime you think car think of me first and give me a chance to be of assistance', I sure would Vaseem and will pray to almighty that you prosper and people see this good side in you. All the best. Will sure send you people if I come across for a car.
I tried asking a simple question about an unusual situation regarding a nearly new car being sold off to Pick-U-Part and the manager tersely and continually referred me to Pick-U-Part. From that experience, I will remove this dealership from my list of Ford dealers when I am in the market for a new Ford.
My ford fusion water pump went out and I broke down on my way to work. So i called Ford and they made me appointment for July 3rd. That was the only opening they had. (Keep in mind i called to set appointment on June 12th). So i had my car towed to dealership on June 13th. My fusion was fixed and ready for me exactly 1week later (June 20th). I'm very happy and ford went beyond my expectations! My car is running good. Thanks Ford!

Purchased a Focus RS (42k focus) at this dealership earlier this year, Went in to get an oil change on 12/21 (Booked online, for $79.95 for full synthetic with a 4cyl engine). The intake tech was cool, no issues but then his manager or supervisor told him it would be $129.99 for an oil change for my car. I told him their online system said $80 and he told me I was wrong and that it would be $130. I pulled it up on their website for him to see and he told me he still wouldn't honor it, but agreed to "split the difference".
At this point I got a bit hot headed (that was my bad) and told him that was BS and that I already scheduled and selected the service for my exact vehicle on their website to make this appointment and he told me that he still will not honor it (both of us had raised voices). Basically got into a shouting match because this dealership was trying to increase the price of my oil change just because. Their website still right now says $80 for my oil change.
This is unfortunately not the only issue I have had at this dealership, but never has anything escalated to a yelling match from a supervisor/manager to a customer. I admit I probably caused some of the yelling as I got hot headed, but still, this dealership should have honored their (Still listed!) price of $79.95 and not tried to charge me an additional $50 when I showed up.
Before this when I purchased the car I had to have my brand new car sit in their dealership for 27 days for repairs due to a botched recall repair (they replaced the head gasket before I bought the car, but hooked up a ground wire wrong which shorted the ECU, stranded me on the fwy and ultimately destroyed my emissions system which led to me waiting for parts on a brand new car), and when they were giving me the car after all of that they ran it through a car wash, which ripped off the front license plate, scratched the bumper through the paint, and they didn't even tell me! i saw it on the walk around before I left, and had to ask them to go get me my front license plate.
This is will be the last time I work with this dealership as their service department specifically has consistently been a let down for me. I would strongly recommend choosing one of the many other ford dealerships around for any service work.
I bought a Mercury Milan from Fremont Ford and it was one of my most regretted decisions in my life. I do not recommend anyone to purchase from this location. They have been a disappointment from there lack of knowledge, lack of concern and blatant money hungry behavior. I have brought my car back and forth to this location since I've bought it for the same problem every time they want more money and the warranty doesn't cover it. By the way the several thousand dollar Warrety they said covered everything and i really needed it. One time I went as far as attached a paper with the correct computer read info on it (because my brother is a mechanic) just to get them to fix the right thing. All I know is I wish I never did business here and I warn anyone who buys here they aren't here to help you.
Fremont Ford was by far the easiest and best experience I had dealings with when purchasing my truck. The sales people { Shawty } gave great service and advice . She made sure I got what I was looking for. I highly recommend if you are going to shop for a new Car or truck you visit Fremont Ford.

Fremont Ford has its challenges, but Robert Campbell, service adviser, Quik Lane and Courtney Husk, service, are the most conscious and honest people I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
Roberts knowledge of large vehicles (motor homes) and the new hybrids is amazing. His knowledge baffles me.
When he suggests a service, I know he's not just upselling me, he cares about my safety. I trust him and believe me... I don't trust anyone at dealerships normally.

Service department lied to my face saying no previous service history on my vehicle. Called a different shop they all had my information. They need to learn how to talk to Customers. Already filed a complaint with the FTC and NHTSA. I would of paid out of pocket if my car was not included in the recall but I was talked to with disrespect. The service manager also has an attitude problem. Told me to go to another shop. I'm in the market for a new vehicle you better believe I will never do business with this establishment!

Typical pressure sales tactics. They try to wear you out, change salespersons, meet sales manager, etc. I was told to come back for second set of keys because they were misplaced. I returned a few days later and told keys were lost. I never got the second set.
I am so torn here. On the one hand, I'd like to give the team at Fremont Ford a "5" - I like them and they try hard. However, the Ford/warranty/repair system/network gets a "negative 10". At 47,000 miles, my F-150's engine became unsafe and broken. It took nearly 5 months for me to get my truck back. The truck is okay now, but I had no vehicle for the 5 months and a $150 allowance for a rental vehicle. I paid a lot of money for an extended warranty and this is what I got.

What a horrible place. I drove 4 hours to buy a vehicle that I saw on their website. I spoke to a Salesman before I drove the distance to be sure the vehicle was still available. I arrived and saw the vehicle. The first thing that I noticed was all the windows were rolled down. This is a typical trick to hide a smokers vehicle. The car had four different brand tires too. I opened the door and looked inside. I saw dirt, stains, cigarette ashes, and food which was still in the glove compartment. I drove the vehicle to the gas station with a Salesman because it had no gas.The car wouldn't shift until I took my foot off the accelerator and depressed the accelerator again. I suggest anyone stay away from this horrible place.
This visit was to replace a buckle in my back seat that wasn't working properly. I notified Ford when I brought my car in for my 15000 service. It took 5 months and me calling for status and finally getting to a manager before the part was ordered. The part arrive in 1 week to arrive! I setup and appointment with the Manager (Steve Marvel) to come in and speak to him directly when I arrive to get service completed quickly and my car would be washed for all the trouble. I arrive and the manager was not on site, the service rep Richard Campbell helped out and got my car in and the buckle changed within 45 min to 1 hour. I asked about the car was and I got a quick 5 min was that didn't do anything but get my car wet, I could still see dirt on the car and the inside wasn't cleaned either. I didn't have time to stay for another chance on the was so Richard provided a free wash for next visit.
I was happy the buckle was fixed and Richard was there to help, but very unhappy with how long it took (4-5 MONTHS) to get the part ordered and how I had to constantly call in and check status only to find out the part wasn't ordered each time and it took me to ask for a manager directly before anything was done. Also the poor service when I arrived with contact not being on site and the poor car wash...
I have to admit I might not take my car back to Fremont Ford again for service, the only plus to going to fremont is that I can get an appointment easier than taking it to Sunnyvale or anywhere else because they are so busy.
I get reminders my service is due, and when I call to schedule it I can usually get in quickly ? Everyone is very friendly, and helpful making sure you're comfortable if you're waiting for your vehicle to be serviced, offering transportation if you're not. Waiting room has tv area, there are tables (individual areas if needed)to work at, coffee and water refreshments. Follow up to let you know your business is appreciated.

I've been coming to Fremont Ford service since 2008 with my diesel F-350, and since 2012 with my Ford chassis RV. Always had a great experience with the service personnel - prompt, courteous and straight up. Mostly have dealt with Jacob, Jon and Michael - great guys. The service estimates were always spot on or less, and they were very good about keeping in contact when parts needed to be ordered to complete a service. The techs here are very persistent in digging into subtle issues I was having and were able to fix them correctly in all cases. I'll keep coming back.
I made a The works service appointment in advance and arrived earlier than scheduled. All was taken care of promptly. John handled all of the paperwork and all was done in about an hour. Car s exterior was much cleaner when all was done.
Sunday 01/19/2014 I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion which I'm in Love with! I could not be more pleased with the service that I received during this entire process. Hamid, the sales rep was extremely helpful. I've been looking for a new car for some time now and I really appreciated not feeling pressured from Hamid and or anyone else at Ford to make a decision the day I came in. I can not explain how many other car dealerships I visited over the weekend that made me feel very pressured into making a decision before I left. I explained to Hamid and Rob (the manager I believe) that I would like to think about it over night and I would contact them in the morning. They both were very understanding and at the same time very helpful in explaining all of my options with the vehicle. I returned the next day ready to buy my first brand new car! :) Everyone at Ford was amazing including Shah who was in the finance department. Hamid has taken his time to go over how everything works in the car and also is totally OK with me contacting him with any questions I may have going forward. Overall the experience I had at Ford was great!

My 2012 Ford Focus transmission would not go into gear. I called and left a message, atFremont Ford Service. Less than an hour Brady had text me, not to worry, have it towed in, and we can work it into , Reserved appointments..Had my vechile for less than an hour, told me what was needed to be done, when service will be complete, and, that I can pick up my car now, it s Finished Fremont Ford Service Department, Brady One stop shop. I was very happy with the repair of my sons' car from Fremont Ford. However, the only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars, Fremont Ford QUOTED my son an amount for repair, however when he picked up the car they tried to charge him $200 additional over estimated quote he was given by the representative. Luckily Fremont Ford agreed to what they have quoted but the experience was not forgotten. They do provide great service but experiences like this make you sometimes question your next decision.
I recently bought a ford F-150 here for my business and it was a overall pleasant experience. I'll definitely come here again in the future, and I love their in store maintenance shop. I have an older ford taurus that I bring in for repairs and maintenance here and they always do a spectacular job.
When it came to the Fremont ford, i feel like i came to a great deal, plus the guys had character. They knew what i could afford and worked with me to find the middle ground of our contract. The older gentleman was relaxed, polite, honest, and patient with me and my family and I can t thank him specifically enough. Thank you ford Fremont staff.
We leased a Ford last weekend. They gave us a very good deal for 24 months for President's day. All the paperwork was completed in the same day and we drove from there on our new car :)
So pleased with Fremont Ford. I needed to leave my car overnight for an oil change the next day, and they were very good about accommodating my schedule to work this all out. Service people were fabulous and very helpful. I actually look forward to going to Fremont Ford when I need to!
If you consider to do business with this dealer, don't! Stop thinking about it and run far away.
1). I purchased a certified pre-own car in Fremont Ford, but I didn't get my title until 18 months later. I went to Fremont Ford many times but they couldn't give me a solution. The managers were mean. They treated me like I wanted to steal something from them. You don't want this to happen to you even if there is only a 10% chance.
2). I spent thousands of dollars on repairing this car's break, battery, and air conditioner. This car was a "certified" car. I thought that certified meant trust-worthy. Doing business with this dealership proved me wrong.
3). I bought an extended warranty worth $3000 for 7 years maintenance. I canceled it because I could not take any more on repairing this car. The finance manager said that I would get the majority of my money back since it was fewer than 2 years. They only returned me $1400. Clearly they knew how to do the math. Don't buy extended warranty even if you can take the risk buying a car without title.
I had a great experience purchasing my 2020 Ford Escape on September 5. I also got a great price for trading in my 2013 Escape. Ahmad and Yama were absolutely fantastic in assisting me with my purchase and financing. Very happy with my new car, and I would certainly recommend Fremont Ford -- and especially Ahmad and Yama -- to friends and family as well as anyone else asking me for recommendations. I heard that Fremont Ford had one of the largest Mustang inventories in Northern California! So I went down and couldn't believe my eyes! LOL mustang's all over the place! That made it hard for me to choose. So I just told the salesman what I was looking for and he found the perfect mustang for me in my color preference! These guys are good and very courteous! Even the bottled water they give you is cold! My advice is give Fremont Ford a chance first cause they got me a really good rate on my purchase! Thanks guys!

David Valencia gave me a very competitive initial quote over email, and he was able to match my best local quote without much hassle. I emailed, texted and called him several times with questions about the car and the quote, and he was very accommodating. Eventually, I went with a different dealer because Fremont Ford didn't have the color+options combination I preferred, but were I looking to buy a car again, I would definitely start with Fremont Ford.
With the purchase of my last, brand- new Ford Fusion, I had changed Dealerships, to be closer to home. I have been very satisfied with the service at Fremont Ford. Dave Martinez, SVC Mgr. took me " under his wing ", during my panic over the last Recall, the steering wheel (!!..).I refused to drive the car, until repairs were done. My Maintenance team's van sat in Service for 3 business days before it was even touched! The van was there for a regular maintenance - should have taken 3-4 hours tops. If there was a problem discovered, someone should have called. It wasn't until we checked on status was it known that the vehicle had not even been looked at!
I had an excellent experience with my first visit for service at Fremont Ford. They were responsive to my problems, that another dealer could not solve on two appointments. The prior dealer had the car for seven days and could not solve the the problem while Fremont Ford solved the problem in four hours. They have me as completely satisfied customer.

Dear Service Manager : We have had our red 2002 Thunderbird with approximately 13 , 000 miles plus serviced at Fremont Ford many times before . For the first time I was most impressed by the service person who waited on us Mr . Gile White . Mr . White was very knowledgeable about the 2002 Ford Thunderbird . I am disabled and he helped me out of my chair when the car was finished and walked my wife out to the the car , opened the door for her and removed the plastic seat cover and double checked the car for a problem that we had before .
