I was having good service here but recently I had a issue with my 2018 ford f150 remote control and they not fixed they say issue was my morimoto hid headlights plug&play causing the problem, course I doubted because the problem was there before I purchase the headlights, so bottom line truck was not fixed to bad that ford don't take care of customer.

Worst service experience. Dropped off my car twice for a leak issue found during oil change. Never got call back both times. I was told the part was available but the advisor ain t calling back. Tried to call multiple times. No one picked up. I will be lodging a complaint with the Ford customer service team as well.

I will never bring a car to this dealership ever again. They never answer thier phones. I do not get calls back after multipule messages. I only get help when I personal go in for follow up. I would never recomend these peolpe to even change a broken light bulb, they are the worst in the Bay Area.If I could give zero stars I would.

Wow, pretty shady. We went looking at one car that was going to be almost $30,000 out the door. Once finding out he was not willing to work on the price he mentioned another car. He told me it was in the same price range but they had more room to work on it. Bargain them all the way down to $26,000. I felt pretty confident and felt really good about what had just happened. He even knocked off an extra $100 for me to agree to bringing his salesperson back. I agreed, so the car was $25,900. Here's the catch though, sticker on the current car that I purchased, was $25,995.
Okay okay, I got taken for a ride, whatever. I get up the next morning and find all four tires on the car are low. I contacted the dealership and spoke to the salesperson that I originally worked with and he told me he would speak to the sales manager. It took all day for him to get back to me, but he only got back to me because I reminded him. Day two, tires are low again, I text the salesperson once more. Finally on day three, day three, we received an answer. He asked for pictures of the screws in the tires. I agreed and sent them. the salesman said that they could probably repair it but I would have to drive it back up there. I explained to him that the screw is close to the sidewall in America's tire company would not repair the tire. Then all the sudden,"There is no way those screws were in the tire before the car left here." Don't be a me, don't get taken for a ride, do your homework. Update- I now (2 weeks later) have a whole lot of people calling me, asking how the car is. Car still has screws in the tires, nothing's changed there. No body wants do deal with the actual problem. So around the bush we go..... Again....

Horrible service, went to buy a used car, salesmen was awesome but office staff is a joke. They criticize you and make you feel bad for trying to buy a car from them. Never go there. Ford store San Leandro will help. FREMONT WILL NOT.

I put a one because I went to go get my car checked I had and appointment at a certain time they didn t even move the car for hours later also they never called me back on when my parts for the car arrived the guy that assisted me doesn t answer his phone ever. I had to find out myself, also they didn t fix the problems that the car had I still have a rattle noise in the front dashboard, and driver side of the door. And also the top of the car still has the cloth falling down they supposably fixed it but it goes back to falling. Also when I had to get my oil change they forgot to do the oil change. And when I had to get the rental they didn t tell me to say no to the car insurance that the rental place offered by ford so I had to pay out of my pocket and this is a 2017 Ford Mustang gt so it shouldn t have any problems this soon. So overall is was a bad and frustrating experience.

We were not satisfied with the experience at Fremont Ford. First of all, they were a bit rude over the phone and were not very forthcoming with information. I had to ask very specific questions and press them for answers. Also, we had received coupons by mail from them for regular service and maintenance. When I mentioned this during the appointment, they said that they will not honor the coupon and would charge a higher price since the coupons were sent by their corporate office by mistake. I was quite frustrated with the whole experience.

On Sunday, August 9, I called Fremont Ford and inquired about their in stock and available 2020 White Explorer ST vehicles.

The call was answered by Mustafa, who told me about their in stock and available 2020 White Explorer ST vehicles - Mustafa said they had another one, not listed on their website, and he asked me for my name and phone number, so he could text the window sticker and photos of it to me to prove it, which he did, and I said yes, this is what I am looking for and would come test drive, then if the negotiations were successful, purchase it the following day.

We corresponded via text and phone calls Sunday night and Monday too, as he asked if we were still coming, I responded yes, and he said that he would have it ready - that was 6:44PM PST. As I was arriving at the dealership about 7:02PM, I looked at my phone and told my Wife that Mustafa had texted me back, so we walked through the door as I read his text messages - they informed me that he just found out that vehicle was a special order, he was sorry, but had other ones that we could buy and he would even give me a discount for his mistake.

Seems that vehicle was a special order and not for sale, hence it was not on the Fremont Ford Dealer website - I can understand that, although Mustafa must have not understood that.

I was not too pleased with the entire situation and wanted to leave, however my Wife wanted to at least test drive a 2020 Explorer ST, so Robert, another employee took us out for a test drive. Robert apologized for the error and mistake, repeatedly, during the test drive and after we returned, for which we thanked him.

We then walked across the lot to look at the special order 2020 Explorer ST and my Wife - 'yes, this is the color combination I like' and asked me if we could find one at another dealership - I said probably and we left.

After arriving home last night we found the same vehicle at Capitol Ford - I completed their website questionnaire, then we corresponded this morning via some text messages and a couple of phone calls, exchanged some information, and at 2PM the vehicle was delivered to my residence, paperwork signed, a introduction to the car operations/functions, then the man drove away in my 2010 Ford Taurus trade in.

The contrast in the buying experience, professionalism, and customer service is clearly different and my choice to purchase was based on these factors.

I always have a great experience at this location, when I need to have my truck service. The Service staff is always helpful and kind. However, I can never get my truck clean when I ask. Great experience working with these guys. Had spent some time looking for a used car and came across Fremont Ford's website and the under 10K specials. Found a car with the specs that matched my needs and sent in an internet inquiry. Almost immediately I was contacted by Rob Van Arsdale to help answer any questions. Rob was polite, informative and seemed very genuine in our conversation. Made an appt with Rob a few days later. When I came in Rob had the car cleaned and ready for a test drive. The vehicle checked out just fine and I decided to go forward with a transaction. This is where I was really impressed! Rob and his GSM Jim N. were really upfront and spoke to me like a normal person. I never felt like I was being "worked" or "mislead". We live in a day now were customer service is almost non existent especially when businesses know they have your money and it's nice to see a company value the people who spend their hard earned dollars at their establishment.

I purchased a 2016 Mustang GT Premium w/Performance Package. The sales staff was very polite and easy going. The car that I purchased was not on site. The salesperson found it at another dealership after doing an inventory search. He made note of what I was looking for and found it! From sales I went into finance where, again I was treated with kindness and respect. Everything that I was buying was explained to detail. After all was said and done, I rolled off the lot with one of my childhood dream cars!! The experience didn't really seem like I was buying a car from a dealership. It felt more like I was at a friend's house and he sold me a car from his collection of cars. This was one of the most hassle free car buying experiences I've ever had.

Dealership got to charge a much higher price because of the better service. I use to think that s fair until I met Bradly Maples at this dealership.

he Is very unprofessional and know nothing about customer service. First he was trying to sell me the service of changing cabin filter then found out my car doesn t even have one. Then I waited one hour and forty minutes for the shuttle. The service of this dealer sucks as well.

Bradly promised that my car will be done before 11:30. Which didn t and I have to came back the second time to wash the car. Just don t promise something you cannot deliver, how hard is that? If I know that ahead of time, I would make a different arrangements for my schedule.

While waiting for the stupid shuttle, I saw other advisors kept checking on their customers, kept them updated with the status and apologized for the delay. Bradly did nothing but sitting in his office. I had to go and ask him. The car wasn t finished until 12pm which is 30 minutes late and I have to came back for the included car wash. Bradly don t even pretend to care.

When I came back for the car wash, I parked my car at the drive way for more than half hour and not even one employee came and ask if I need help.

This place sucks. I use to go to capital ford until I recently moved to this area. Capital ford is great. I would rather went 30 minutes more there next time.

With this kind of service and unprofessional employee I highly doubt that they would sell their cars honestly. I would highly suggest you guys find somewhere else to buy your car.

Reza Sawes and his team were exceptionally helpful. My husband and I were merely intending to "see what was out there" in terms of cars, after his 11-year old VW Jetta became more expensive in repairs than it was worth. I've had my Ford Focus SES for 8 years, and have been very happy with its performance from coast-to-coast moves, in all weather and on countless road trips. Reza Sawes and Sayed (Abbas) Asalati worked carefully with my husband and I to identify the exact vehicle for our needs and budget. As a newly married couple, we were unsure of how we were going to "swing" this new expense, but Sayed and Reza made what we deemed to be impossible, possible. We love our 2015 Ford Fiesta, and I look forward to coming back in in the next 6-12 months to trade-in my little Ford Focus for another great Ford vehicle. When that time comes, we'll definitely be giving Reza a call first!

Not satisfied. My car is running excellent no problem. Then the battery of the car start failing. That s when the problem starts. Put a new battery car won t start. Went to Fremont Ford Dealer the guy left side of Brady (didn t get his name) seems know what is wrong with the car and said i m not the only one and Ford will fix it no problem. Now here s the kicker i received a call from Brady telling a lot of modules are not communicating with the computer and they need to diagnose it and of course they will charge me for the additional labor $945 plus the Primary Diagnosis $189 Total of $1134. I ask a little bit of discount to Brady but he said i should thank Ford coz they only charging me 5 hrs of labor but they did 8hrs. I just smiled and shake his hand firmly and say Thank you. Me i m not a license ford technician but with proper support diagram and scanning tools i can diagnose this car in an 1hr.

Got a notice of a safety recall from Ford to address a door latch issue and this dealership denied service to address this for my Ford. Save your time and do not get anything from this dealership, or Ford from that matter, if that's how they deal with their safety recalls.

In November 2017 I purchased my Used 2017 Ford Explorer I Love it!!! I have no issues at all with the Explorer the issues are with the Service Department at Fremont Ford. I received an email and postcard stating I m due for my 30,000 mile service. At this time I only have little over 27,000 miles in it but that s close enough. I brought the car in there were two different individuals. I approached the first gentleman and was told that George would help me. So George had my car info and stated how much it would cost me for the services. I asked doesn t it reflect that I have extended warranties, upon further inspection he found that it did. So no charge. I also asked to check my tire as I noticed I had a slow leak. Charge for that. Ok? Later that day George stated I had a nail in one tire and staple in the other tire. Option given was to purchase 2 tires but sometimes people like to purchase 4 tires. They could try to fix it but it might not be fixable ?? Really?? I was very annoyed and stated my frustration. At this point I said to do nothing as I would take care of it but to mark the tires where the pictures were. When the services were complete the tire with the nail had been removed and plugged but the tire with the staple had not been touched per my request???? When I picked up the car the service dept was closed. I looked at the two tires the tire with staple in was actually viewable- it was about 4 household staples and when I touched them they just fell off. ??? I not quite sure what went wrong here other than basic customer service. I feel no one went the extra mile here. When you re told you are part of the Fremont Ford Family you kind of expect to be treated in a family way. Hopefully my next 3000 mile service will be uneventful.

Went to service my fusion 2016. Servicing wasn t great! I had to call multiple times to get updates. Asked for water wash, advisor said car is washed but it wasn t. I was told shuttle was in the way, and suddenly when I enquired about shuttle, they said no shuttle service for me as the driver called and I didn t pick. Honestly there was no call for me from shuttle driver! Had a pretty bad experience this time.

Had the best service and overall experience at Fremont Ford. Edison Nazlou assisted me with my new car purchase. In only a few hours I was able to test drive and drive away in my new car. Edison was extremely helpful, didn t push anything one way or the other. He explained every outcome and answered all my questions which helped me make an informed decision. The owner stopped in to make sure my experience was going well too. I was referred there by a friend and now I see why. Family owned and well liked by the community and surrounding communities. Drive from Livermore just because of the recommendations.

Don't buy from these folks! They just care about making money. Customer satisfaction is not on their policy at all. I went there to buy new mustang and asked about 16 model which according to their sales rep ("Vaseem") they did not have allocation at that time and i was told to buy from other dealer and delivered at their dealership. When delivery date came closer "Rob" called me and said they don't want to accept. Because these guys need additional money. I got my car delivered directly to me instead. Sales rep like "Vaseem" and "Rob" acts like they know everything but reality is don't know anything at all. And they did even worse with my friend in servicing ford escape, they did not fix and instead wanted money for in warranty parts and service....lot more....

I called up and made the appointment for an oil change which was very easy. I showed up and was helped right away in a very professional and pleasant manor. My car was worked on and ready on time and at the price I was quoted for the service. I was shuttled from and to the dealership as well which made things very convenient. They also washed my car! I am 100% satisfied and will be coming back to Fremont Ford and will recommend it to friends.

Heres a simple reason why I'm leaving a 1 star..and this review is solely on customer service from the billing dept and the result of receiving my title (pink slip)

Bought a Black 2013 Honda Accord Sport Manual with 42k mileage from this place on 5/7/19.

I purchased it out right cash, the finance dept confirmed that i will be receiving the tags, plates first in about 3 weeks..and title between 4-6 weeks ..

Not sure why it takes them so long, since i buy used cars all the time in CA, and usually the dealers work with DMV directly, you receive title in 2 weeks..but they work with a third party to process the tags and title..which delays the process for another 2-3 weeks.

I dont mind waiting but i followed up the tags and title status by calling their billing dept...and spoke with Crystal or Krystal...who was annoyed by my request of follow up and trying to explain her my situation. she even told me that all dealers take 4-6 weeks for a customer to receive the title...she said the DMVs are always delayed and late..and she told me that i knew nothing about how their prpcess worked..whuch put me to the insult and shame...Krystal should learn how to appreciate the customers...that should be her first new training at work...

So this girl Krystal gave me a horrible attitude and made me feel very very upset..i stopped calling her due to the fact that she hated helping me...

So after 4 weeks..i finally received my title and tags...and guess what......

They processed my mileage incorrectly (put 71000 miles instead of 41000) and now i have a car with 42000 miles odometer that prints 71000 miles on my pink slip.. GREAT JOB FREMONT FORD...

I called them and they said they will fix it..but i will have to wait another 4-6 weeks to receive tHE CORRECT TITLE from the DMV...

They seemed really OKAY about it..even the finance guy who called me didnt know what pink slip contains...it always shows the odomoter of the purchase... and he told me that he never knew that...my goodness...for gods sake.. please triple check your work Fremont Ford...

I hope they can resolve this crazy issue soon.

We love the team here from sales, to finance to service they are the best. They even know us when we walk in because we have been there so many times.
I know people are worried about buying during COVID, but it was easy, carefree and SAFE!!! The team is doing everything right to make your experience positive.

Their service department is very helpful, able to setup my appointment for the nearest weekend with the most courteous manner. On the day of the service, they did finish the repair a lot earlier than expected and they notified me immediately for pick up. Very happy with their work.

I don t even know where to start. I dropped off my vehicle for Rattle sound inside the cabin. I was told by service advisor that turn your music on if it bothers you that much. Overtime I took it back the second time and they advised me I had my subs making the sound. I took out my subs and the sound was there. I took the vehicle back and was told it s the suspension ( I lowered my car) I put the vehicle back on factory suspension and took the car back. After the fourth visit they told me it was a seat latch. Oh look the problem was finally fixed. When I got my car back after it being at the shop for 6 week there a big part of my front bumper which had paint taken off. This was done by FREMONT FORD. Before driving off the lot I told the manager hey this is what happened that the paint was perfect when I dropped off my car. The manager advised me that they don t want to do business with me any more because of all these problems. Be advised my car was still until warranty. Is this fair? I WILL NEVer recommend Fremont ford or ford in general to anyone. Their customer service is horrible. Now I have a perfect car with the front bumper that has a huge paint chip. FORD YOU NEED BETTER PEOPLE TO WORK FOR YOU!! Also one of the service advisors said I owed him personally $50 because of him fixing my car and it took so long! Later when the manager found out they recent sent me a check! ( I have picture ) they bribe you, treat your vehicle like nothing. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH FORD EVER.

Fremont Ford s automotive service department is very conscientious about it s customers safety. I had a appointment scheduled early in the morning for tire service (purchased 4 tires). Dropped off my vehicle. Hours later was contacted by service advisor (Peter) to inform me - the tires that were delivered to them were damaged despite they were factory new and asked if I d come back the next morning.

They put my old tires back on my vehicle. I returned the next morning, dropped off my car and few hours later my (four new tires) were put on my car. Yes, it was an inconvenience (a two day tire job - replacing 4 tires on a 2016 vehicle) and yes, I could ve taken my car elsewhere, but because of the honesty the auto service advisor (Peter P) presented the day before - (not just looking at me as a tire sale but as a PERSON who could be harmed or my family harmed if they d chosen to place the factory defective tires with side wall imperfections on my car.

Safety first and honesty is what you want from the service advisor, mechanic and your auto service repair center!

Devlyn was super helpful and professional, she made the process smooth and even gave me a surprise full gas tank! The deal shop was also quite nice, huge sales floor and lots of inventories. Terrible service!!! One time I had a low pressure light on. I came to Fremont Ford service to check it. They found the nail in the tire and send me to repair it somewhere else because they are too busy. Next time I had a check engine light on. Available appointment was in 3 weeks. Finally I came to them with this problem at 11am and also asked to change oil. They were so busy that didn t have time to call me back after they test the car. When I came there at 3:30 pm they apologize for this. I asked if they changed the oil - the answer was no. I waited 3 weeks just to pay money for nothing. I ve been with Ford for 7 years and really liked it. But last 3 years something changed and it s not a good one.

Mustafa assisted me with my purchase paperwork he was a super Chill nice guy that helped me understand a lot of the paperwork and answered all my questions.

Overall one of the best pain free experiences I ve had at a car dealership! I definitely would recommend this location than other ford locations , more cars and better deals /prices.

Ahmed and Michael went to great lengths to get us the exact vehicle we wanted and at an amazing price. We had been to a few other dealerships but did not get the level of service or information than we did at Fremont Ford. Extremely transparent, sometimes I thought at their detriment. What usually takes tens of hours took much less. Ahmed did not waste our time, we actually test drove many vehicles as he wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, not necessarily what we thought we wanted. In the end we got the F-150 and we have zero doubts we made the right choice. Fremont Ford is heads and tails above the rest, don't waste your time elsewhere!

I cannot believe how bad the service is at this Ford store. From Sales to the Service. I have been trying for months to get the warranty recall on my car done. I do not feel safe driving my car knowing that there could be a CO2 leak. I finally got a hold of someone who asked "Did you buy your car from here" when I said no he cut me off and said "take it to another Ford Store." I cannot believe how rude everyone is and how they are still in business. Maybe because they are the only Ford Store in the East Bay. Well I am going to take my car somewhere else, I hope everyone else will too.

I took my car here because I broke down pretty close to it. They looked at it said it was the Transmission. Okay said it might be covered under warranty. Checked it they gave me some bs excuse why they couldn't fix it. I had it towed to a different ford (Fairfield) and they not only covered the Transmission under warranty they kept me updated as best as possible.

I truly do not recommend this Ford I tried to contact the Service manager. Calling every other day and also leaving a few messages with them. He hasn't reached out. Very disappointed with this Ford. Customer service getting there was super friendly though. One good thing about them.

THIS IS FOR SALES DEPARTMENT: I just bought a car from these guys last month and I have to admit the service was better than okay, they skip the nonsense and answer your questions with facts, which made my car buying process relatively fast. That finance guy was real fast too, I just said I will take it and they asked me to wait inside and if I wanted a nice cold beverage, five minutes later the guy had the paperwork ready for me, even though he was fast he still took to the time to make sure I understood what iw as signing. The price they were offering was decent - more or less along the lines of what some dealer websites were offering. The overall I would say its not a bad place better than most other dealerships ive been to.

Shadi and Eddie are awesome! I went two consecutive days to Kia in San Jose and after leaving the second time I was so disappointed with the feeling of wasted time. The next day I decided to go to Fremont Ford. Shadi and Eddy were instantly welcoming not like your typical pushy and impersonal salesperson. They definitely have great customer service. We conversed as if we haven t seen each other in years. In less than two hours I left with the car I wanted with a better...a MUCH BETTER offer than what Kia in San Jose was offering. I can not recommend this dealer. Customer service is essentially non existent. We bought a car here and I'm sorry I did now. During my test drive I told the salesman the vehicle pulled to the right. You know what he said? The road is slanted for rain. Um, really buddy? Guess what? I was raised by a mechanic so just because I have a vagina doesn't mean I can't tell a car's alignment is off. Nice try slick. After we got home my husband told me he only gave us ONE key. Not even a valet key, nothing! I went to have a spare made and learned all the newer cars have a chip in the key that you need to start the car. A spare would run me over $100. Not for a clicker, just a spare that can start the car. The key guy told me to call the dealer because that's BS he said. I agreed. Called our salesman back and he wasn't in that day. The receptionist told me she would write a handwritten note to make sure he got it. That was the height of our customer service experience. As you can guess by my one star review I received no return call. We spent $30,000 with this dealer and they can't return a call. UNACCEPTABLE! Oh, and my husband has been getting spammed like CRAZY via email within 24 hours of purchase. Go elsewhere!
