Later when I tried to cancel the ESP and CENTURY purchased here. I would never get any information and progress about the pro-rated refund process, not to say the pro-rated refund.

It has been almost 3 months since my initial request using the Warranty Cancellation Form. And it has been almost 2 months since the update of my address. I have been sending multiple emails to your both financial managers, yet they are too cool and very irresponsible and not responsive.

People may wonder why I don't make a call or come to the shop directly. It is because I am traveling outside of US, which means phone call and coming to the shop is more difficult, which I clearly notified fremont ford at the beginning.

The body shop guys are nice; ford cars are good. Yet for fremont ford, I have to say never ever purchase any value-added services there, since you would never get refund if you wanna cancel.

I feel very upset and very helpless. I have the form it contains the signatures. I really expect any help. How could I get my refund back.

Anyone, please provide some help! Really appreciate it in advance. And remember never ever purchase any value-added contract like ESP, CENTURY, etc, when you buy there.

I have been driving for over 30 years and owned new/newish cars every few years. I have never been without a car payment so I have been through every type of car buying experience there is! And my experience at Fremont Ford was the best! Tran (Internet Service Manager) was patient with my questions and respectful of my time line. He stuck to "True Car" pricing and did not haggle. I told him what I would pay and that is what I paid. And he did all of this over email for months before I finally showed up at the dealership! He was helpful without being pushy. There NO price issues when I came into the dealership. Aboss in the finance department was also honest and up-front and did not push to sell extras I didn't want in the finance process. And the general manager came out to answer my questions about credit and how it affects interest rate, and he was a wealth of information (and I like to think I know everything! LOL!)

A day before Thanksgiving, I had a battery issue causing my electric vehicle to be totally useless, couldn't even get in the car. Had Roadside Service get me in the car, jump started it, and was able to drive to Fremont Ford just before closing. Of course they wouldn't be able to work on it during Thanksgiving, nor would I have done that to anyone, but I sure wasn't expecting them to be able to work on it the following day. I received a call early, before noon, stating they already completed the fix AND performed the free tune-up it was due for. Excellent service, very much appreciated! (and I'm not one to give good reviews to dealers)

Everyone at Fremont Ford was so supportive during my leasing process - between turning in my previous lease, to the new car selection process, test drives, and finance department - everyone treats you like family. I leased my first car from Fremont Ford three years ago and the manager remembered me! I am very happy with the car I chose and how smooth the entire process was. Highly recommend!

Horrible, I should have given zero star if possible. starting from the beginning it was very unprofessional. I went for 2 nd service and had an appointment @9:15 am. I went there sharp 9:15 am, didn t find anybody. After waiting for 15-20 min one service advisor arrived and took my car for servicing. I waited for 3.50 hour after I saw my car was ready. I asked the front desk for picking it up. She said work is done but paper work hasn t been done. I had to wait for another hour for just the paper work! I don t know what kind of paperwork they do!

Nice clean,modern showroom and we were greeted by Ahmad Nasiry at the entrance.We told him we were going to compare cars at different dealers today and we weren't buying yet.
Ahmad was very courteous and not pushy,we were treated with great respect and told him we were interested in driving a Hybrid Fusion. Ahmad brought a Titanium model around and we took a very pleasant drive as he explained the vehicle to my wife and I.
We asked him if we could see the Platinum model and my wife and I just fell in love with it on the spot!
We asked Ahmad if we could get a quick price as we were in a hurry to look elsewhere.
I'm 72 and have purchased a lot of cars and trucks through out my years and I have to say dealing and bargaining with the sales management people at Fremont Ford was a good expiereance and we got the price we wanted for this car....and oh yea we didn't have to see any other cars today WE BOUGHT the FUISON PLATINUM HYBRID!!

Best buying experience ever! No games, no bs, just great service. They went far beyond any expectations I had, I will shop here from now on. I was at the Toyota dealer the night before, about to close a deal and the games started...adding things, hoping I would miss them, trying to base a sale on payment number vs sales price etc. NONE of this happened here...If you need a new car or truck, this IS the place to go. Excellent experience here. They had the 2017 Nitrous Blue Ford Focus-RS in stock and I was driving it home in a little under 2 hours. Great people and atmosphere. They also had not marked up the price beyond MSRP which a lot of other dealers were doing with the RS.

Sales man " Satnam Singh (Sam) is an Arrogant / Manners less sales man.. They do not even know how to respond to a customer ..
Sales man was not even willing to show me the car that he was trying to sell me.
Initially they handed over me a quote and then while i was about to leave .. Sales man walked to me just to take back the quote from me without even checking the concern.

I really wanted to buy a Mustang and i visited this store with a great hope, to enquire about the cost and features in the car and i returned with a bad mood for rest of the day..

Took the car in to change a $100 sensor, was charged $200 just to hook it up to a diagnostic computer? Then another $300 in labor to replace, went to pick up the car, took them 45 minutes to find out where they misplaced our keys.

Went in for a drop in service. They ask to sit in the car waiting for a service advisor. At least that is the notice that they have put out around there. So I sit but no one bothers to come. After 15 minutes, I go inside and there is an advisor busy on his computer. He ignores me for 5 minutes and then asks if I need any help. I tell him that I have come for an oil change. He sends me to another advisor in another room where I get get taken care of. Guys, just look up and acknowledge a customer. Is that too much to ask for? Don't put notices asking customers to wait in car if you are expecting them to come inside. Please remove them.

The service was excellent. Alan Fernandez made the purchase process very quick and easy. I really appreciate his customer service. I was shopping the purchase of this vehicle between a total of five dealerships in the East Bay and decided to go to Fremont due to Alan's service. I had one offer which was for less money but the service was not as good as Alan's so I purchased the vehicle from Fremont. Thank you very much.

Had one of the worst experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Fremont Ford dealership.

1. Initially when I have asked if I am eligible to get any additional discounts, the manager Ron said a NO and got it written on the quote saying thats the last price which they can offer me. Later I had to dig into the emails and advertisements on true car to show that it was advertised to get a $250 dealer discount. The manager only agreed to give the discount upon providing the sceenshot of the true car advt.

2. The battery in the remote is out which i have noticed after the dealership. Later I came into the dealership asking to replace but I was asked to come later which never happened.

3. All the sales staff left the place before I finished my paper work and I was asked to move the car out of the gate before even finishing all the paper work. I agree that its on a New Year day but I expect atleast the sales person to the give a quick demo of the car or to explain the features of the car.

4. The kaar security and the vin etching was sold to me with out my knowledge. I only saw them once the financial documents were signed and printed. No prior discussion happened on this.

5. None of the financial documents were explained to me before i left the dealership.

6. None of the documents related to the cpo warranty, kaar security or the vin etching were handed over to me during the day of sale. I had to make additional 2 trips and wait for an hour at the dealership to collect the documents.

7. I was asked to move my old car out of the gate before even finishing up and wrapping up all my paper work. Onec I moved the car outside the gate they handed over the keys to me outside the gate.

8. When I bought the car I have noticed there is some rumbling sound and asked the sales person about it and he said its due to uneven roads. Now I have to make additional trips to the dealership and spend money to get it fixed.

Just one good this happened is that I got a good financial advise.

Definitely this is a bad experience for any customer. I am very disappointed.

Ive been getting service through Ford for years now and never had to deal with anyone who was as unprofessional as this lady. Word of advice get rid of your parasitic staff cause that particular one cost you a major company and customer.

I found getting a vehicle here to be one of the easiest experiences i've had with car buying. the Sales folks were friendly and professional and very knowledgable. While certainly under pressure to "make something happen that day" they gave me space when needed and were willing to ensure a quality overall experience.

The staff was friendly, however we had to listen to them all but demanding a 5 star review before they would ring up a customer and let us leave.

I was told to call james in parts and left 4 voicemails trying to buy performance parts James still hasn t called me back. So I wanted to give the dealership more money for performance parts and they weren t even organized enough to take my money.

I've had mixed experiences with them over time, but at least the customer service members are professional and courteous, and often enough the job gets done well in a reasonable time. They will give you the benefit of doubt if the mechanics mess something up, and you demand they make it right. I recommend avoiding the shuttle service if you have any sort of specific schedule you have to meet.

I bought my car less than a year ago from Stevens Creek Ford. I have taken my car to them and received horrible service. They never did anything I needed. I had, had enough. So I tried Fremont Ford. What could it hurt.

BEST MOVE I HAVE EVER DONE!
First off the conversation over the phone with Courtney was awesome. She is nice and very personable. She reassured me that if I brought my car in that it will be taken care of.

I brought it in a few days later to get a seatbelt fixed. She wasn't there but Trevor help me. He looked things over and ordered me a seat belt. He even showed me it was ordered. With in a few days they got it. I dropped it off, the parts department received the wrong part. But didn't know til after they opened the box. Not Fremont's fault. Trevor reordered the part and made sure that my car was washed clean. It wasn't a total lose.

I brought it back to finally meet Courtney. Trevor was off, but I was still in great hands. She couldn't find the work order. That's because Richard had it and the part ready to go. Richard said he would take care of it. Courtney also stopped him before he walked out and said that they could do the recall on it too. Great Job Courtney catching that! These people don't mess around. They all are amazing at what they do! Make sure that if you have Ford problems to go seek these people. You won't be dissatisfied! They also washed my car again! Pretty nice.

The gist: Salesmen lack knowledge of the car they're selling, but are pushy. Managers are RUDE. Lack of coordination among different teams. Service team is good and friendly, but goof up after goof ups.

At the time of sales:
The sales agent was extremely pushy and wanted to sell whatever they had on hand, rather than giving me what I wanted, including the color!! He tried to convince me that what they have is better than what I wanted. He expressed displeasure when I said I wanted to wait for the color I wanted, despite assuring them that I was ready to close the deal! The guy had NO idea what features the car had.

At the time of delivery:
I had paid for "KARR Security Alarm" which was not installed!!

I found out after 10 months of buying the car that the alarm that I had paid for, was not installed. I went to them and they made me wait for 60 minutes...UNBELIEVABLE! When I asked the sales manager, he was rude and told me if I didn't have an appointment with them, I had no choice but to wait...what??? for one hour??? Wake up!! I'm your customer...and even DMV is faster! Then an "UNAPOLOGETIC MANAGER" simply said, "Bring it back, we'll install it"...@#$%^&*...No sorry??? Aren't we taught from childhood to say thanks / sorry???

They scheduled a day for the install. Then this happens - They installed, but lost my car keys!! WHATTA BLUNDER!!! They sent a shuttle so I could go home and bring the spare key. They promised me that they will make a duplicate key and offered a free car wash and a tank of gas. They apparently found the keys, but never bothered to call me until I called them to follow up on making a duplicate. I went to pick up, and the person that was supposed to have the key wasn't in that day!!! What the heck are these guys doing??????

As of today, I'm still waiting to get my key back. Will update later whether they still honored the offer for car wash and gas, now that they "didn't lose the key".

I bought a set of tires and found out the sales promised invalid rebates. Called and emailed both sales manager and general manager, they simply ignored my compliant.

I got the exact car I was seeking and the transaction, from the test drives to the financing was efficient. From the test drives to getting my current car appraised, I was driving out in a brand new 2017 model vehicle in maybe 2.5 - 3 hrs. And, I know I got a great deal on the car and the financing. This is my 2nd Ford vehicle purchased from Fremont Ford. I also own 2 other Ford vehicles. I also bring my cars in for routine maintenance and major repair work to Fremont Ford's Quicklane and Ford service shop. Excellent service, always. Awesome coffee machine and comfortable waiting area with business lounge so you can work while car is getting serviced.

If you're only looking for the lowest price this might be the place. The service from the sales to service personel is horrible! Mustafa (sales rep) was only interested in the customer service feedback rather than getting the deal done and delivering a quality product. Then they delivered the vehicle with only one key and no manual. It took nearly a month to get a manual & key, we still don't have the code for the keyless entry and nobody returns calls. After pulling the vehicle from the lot the vehicle was identified with a steering issue. Rather than escalating the issue to Ford there response from the service manager, Shawn was Fremont Ford was not going to make any further repairs to the vehicle. THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER recommend this dealer or purchase here again! Not even would the general manager, Mike return a call.

This review was based on my most recent experience with Fremont Ford. We bought our car here together with the service package. The people at the service center have always been very friendly everytime we bring the car in for service. However, they can be quite forgetful to wash / vacuum the car and to pick you up to get the car as they would told tell you so on the counter. It has been twice in a row now that nothing was done when I came back to pick up the car and last time after been dropped off (truely love this service), I was told that there will be a call informing me when the service's done and the driver would come and pick me up to get the car. Yet, after waited for the whole day, I had to call the center to check if the car is ready and that no car wash or vacuum was done to the car.

2 starts because the service was just fine but unless specified they do not wash your car(though this rule was applied when California was facing drought situation). Every time, we specifically ask them to wash the car, this time we did not and they just did not wash it.
Secondly, the adviser we got that day was too busy to even assist us when we got there to pick up the car. We took our car to Fremont Ford at 8:30 am and around 2 (after waiting for so long), we finally called and asked if it is done. So, they did not even bother to inform us themselves that the car is ready. The guy was too unprofessional.

Fremont Ford has excellent inventory. We were greeted by a very nice young lady at the desk. The Sales team were not pushy but constantly let us know they would help when we were ready. We are owners of 1998 Eddie Bauer Expedition that is in like new condition. We are looking for a new Expedition. Jack Anderson educated us on this new generation automobile and we looked at the Platinum Model. Amazing vehicle! We have to read about the different models and return for a test drive with Jack. Then decide when we will purchase and what model. We are impressed with the dealership and Jack as a person and salesman.

Most frustrating Ford dealership to deal with in the bay area. Purchased one car from them (probably should have walked away from that one too). More than happy to give you a quote over the phone only to act confused about it when you get to the dealership in person.

Tried to do something similar in our new search for a Fusion but decided not to play the game with them this time. There are much better Ford dealerships in the bay area. Go with one that does not play games or waste your time.

If I could give less than one star I would. From the first experience to the last it's nothing but a headache. 1st salesperson uses profanity in every sentence as part of a normal conversation in front on my family that included a 14 year old.

2nd salesperson only cares about a survey and making sure I give him high remarks. Finance manager rushes you through paperwork (never tells you your gonna pay more than you wanted) so even if you try and look he will not give you time.

Promises to fix things that went wrong through whole process never follow through. Sales manager could care less about problems and looks st you like why are you bothering him with these small issues.

Only when I take time away from my job to resolve all the issues they get them done. Worst customer service in all my years of customer service industry. Oh and don't ask to speak to the GM all you will get is you can schedule a time to talk.

I should have gone with my gut feeling and stay away from this dealership. I guess I learned my lesson and hope this review helps future car buyers.

I was looking to get a Ford ST. I went to a few other FORD dealership around my area but did not get the costumer service I was expecting.
My experience with Ford Fremont and especially their internet sales manager - Vaseem Mohammed was GREAT from the get go.
Vaseem returned phone calls and emails in less than 24 hours and was always very polite, patience and welcoming.

He explain to me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions and offered a test drive... Great start!

I came to the dealership twice to test drives different cars since they did not have the ST the first time I came. Vaseem told me that he will contact me when he gets the ST in their lot so that I can come and test it.

And so he did and today I finally got the car.
I honestly felt that Vaseem did his at most and went the extra mile to get me the car that I wanted at the right price with some extra bonuses on the side as well.

If you are looking to get a great service, honest sales people and overall great buying/lease experience THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!

Overall great experience. All of the workers are very knowledgeable. I came in with multiple services needed on my vehicle. Most mechanics stated they would need my car for multiple days to perform all of the services. Ford did it in a day and a half. Additionally, they provided transportation to and from my house using urber at no extra charge to me.
