I recently had the oil changed on my 1999 Mustang. The service writer suggested replacing the original front struts to prevent uneven tire wear. I made an appointment and had the struts replaced. Since the tires were brand new I am glad Ford s inspection noted this problem. Thank You!

Worst place ever been. First time oil change, should be done very quick and I have made a appointment which did not just stop by. Take a least 4 hours and when they called me and pick me up, they said it was done, but what exactly happen is when I back to the dealer it is just started. And guess what they said, that said I told they as long as it is get done before 5 pm will be fine which I never said. Will never came back for any service or purchase. Does not recommend this place at all.

I bought my 2012 Ford Fusion at Fremont Ford, my very first American car, and 2 years later, I am really impressed with its performance. Thanks to the great sales and finance staff at Ford, Alfred, you guys are Great.
They also offered a free initial maintenance service (change oil & car wash included) so I went there when it was due and from then on, I started coming to Ford QuickLane for maintenance. Service at this dealership is awesome - they have competitive pricing, online scheduling, very nice shuttle service and needless to say, great Repair personnel... Mike, John and Peter are all awesome guys... they will explain tand make recommendations but they never act as a salesman trying to sell the most expensive service package at all.. I recommend this place to all - Great Staff, Great Service!

Dishonest service adviser. I come in for a regular service. I was offered all the bells and whistles but declined. Then I was given a quote of over $300. I questioned why so expensive, and demanded to look at the service history and get the same price as before. The quote was updated to $100+. When I get home and looked at the previous paperwork, there is still about $20+ difference.

The Fremont Ford service department always delivers with flying colors! My 2014 C-Max Hybrid started having trouble discovering the electronic key (usually after a prolonged idle period,) so I made a service appointment with Fremont Ford. Supervisor Larry Meola was welcoming, reassuring and kept me posted on the progress of the diagnosis. It turned out that the key battery needed replacing. To make really sure, Mr. Meola kindly offered to keep the car overnight to retest the next morning. The issue was 100% taken care of, and Fremont Ford moreover gave my car a nice wash. Very grateful for the excellent technical service and customer care.

Mustafa Barakzai provided incredible insights, service and transparency in helping me lease my new Ford vehicle. My wife and I were struggling to select a car as there are so many options. After a long and un-rushed conversation with him, he helped us select the right car and then put together options for leasing it. Because he presented everything so clearly, I felt at ease signing the papers.

As someone that hates negotiating and the normal experience of buying a car, Working with Devlyn and Dustin, I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of information I was given without feeling overly pressured to buy one of their cars. After a minor accounting error (that was outside their control), Dustin was offering anything to make up for a shift in price - employee discounts on add-ons for the car, an extra tank of gas - anything to make sure we were still satisfied customers. We're pleased with our choice of car as well - but the experience of buying a car from this dealership makes it easy to recommend to others.

It had been washed on he outaside, but the inside was still dirty and crusty (there was food in the crevices in the dash and console). Made the experience disappointing. In addition, my wife called the finance person twice, left a message both times, with my response to this day. We no longer need a response, but this is telling of how valued the customers really AREN'T. we won't be back.

This place is nothing but rude and ignorant to there customers on top of that said how my car would not be looked at in a month and then sit on there lot for two weeks then it would get looked at and fixed a transmission problem. I took it to concord ford and they listen to me and gave me a rental car and with in two or three hours fixed my car and made me feel like im in there ford family unlike this place who dont care about how u feel nor how u needed your car fixed. Then this place would send you a five dollar gift card to Starbucks that can't get u something to drink. If you call them then the women who sent the card wants to be rude and rush u off the phone and bes hella rude by saying thats how we feel sorry about what happened to u at our dealership then says i dont want to hear your story over again when u are trying to talk to her. So over all if i was any of u i would not waste my time nor energy at this dealership so yall dont have to go through what i went through i highly recommend going to concord ford that will listen to u and hears what u have to say and treat you like family there.

If you are lucky enough to work with Mustafa Barakzai at Fremont Ford, you will get the best customer service possible. He is knowledgeable and respectful. He is never pushy. It took me several weeks to finally decide on the car I wanted and he never made me feel rushed or stressed. I buy a car and tend to keep it for many years before I consider buying another, so this was no small purchase or decision. I believe I got the right sales person at the right time. Whole process to find a car took about a month's time. After doing initial research, I was able to focus in the specific car I wanted. I used the Ford website to locate the car which I found was available at Fremont Ford. I inquired online and within a couple of hours received a response. Car was available and online price was given. I contacted David at Fremont Ford. He gave me additional information however I was not ready to visit the store and make a purchase.

About a weeks time past, I was prepared to visit the dealership. I called David to see if the vehicle was still available. Unfortunately it had just sold. He said that if a similar came into stock he would give me a call. Some time past, David sent me a "cold call" type email about lowest price matching. I replied thinking the particular car was in stock. It wasn't, but David said he was still searching for a similar one.

Another week or so past, before I saw via the Ford website that the same model/style vehicle was available again at Fremont Ford. This time I think I either called/texted David. He replied that he would look into it. Eventually he got back to me and explained that the car was available. It was located at another offsite location. At that point I was ready to go over numbers. He connected me with his manager. The out-the-door price came out to be a bit higher than I was looking to pay. Told them I need a few days to think it over and will give them a call over the weekend.

I called them on Sunday, told them I was ready to come in that day to start the paperwork. David was off so his coworker Johnny was there to walk me through the process when I arrived. Johnny was very personable and very thorough. He made me feel at ease about my purchase. He connected me with Sheri to complete the finance portion. She was also very outgoing and helpful throughout the process. It took a few hours to complete the all the paperwork, which I was fine with as I was expecting it to take some time.

When I came in the following weekend, the car was sitting there, washed and ready for pickup. There were some minor details to go over before I was able to drive it off the lot.

At the start of this whole process, I had been considering buying used through the different newer online dealerships. In the end, I am glad I didn't. Fremont Ford gave me a fair/competitive deal and the employees treated me well. I left a very satisfied customer and recommend Fremont Ford to anyone looking for a car.

2020 Explorer ST. Very friendly and eager staff. I went in for an oil change on my 16 explorer and just had a warranty question for the sales Dept. They are eager in a helpful way, trying to find programs for financing and bonus discounts that made it a viable choice to put the $2500 towards a new car instead of a used car warranty. I had no idea of their student programs. They are more than fair on trade-ins, they actually paid me much more than trade-in value so we could get the loan on the new car approved. they knew I wouldn t settle for a base model so that s why they made it work on the ST. Great follow up for some documentation needed. A++ for Mr. Asalati, Mustafa and the new sales kid Gary. Thank you.

I had the tire replacement on Saturday morning, it was supposed to be done on that day, but was not done on that day. No body called me until I called them Saturday late afternoon to figure this out. On Monday morning, tried to reach them several times to confirm it is done, no one answer the phone. so decided to stop by to take a look, found out the car was in the parking lot with new tires, woohoo!

Bad customer service. They seem to need to hire more help. When I arrived for my appointment at 10 AM for my 10:30 AM appointment; there were 4-5 customers already in line. Regardless I made an appointment so I should've been checked in first. Otherwise making an appointment is just a waste of time. Also there were only 2 employees working and they took a while to help everyone. I was finally able to check in and leave my car at 11 AM.

When I picked up my car I noticed some of my tire pressure caps were missing but I didn't wish to stay longer and asked so I just left as is and bought replacement caps. At my previous appointment the service technician drove my car back with E Brake on and wrote in the comments section that there was a noise coming from below...go figure.

Anyways I am likely to go to a different Ford dealership next time for maintenance.

I wish if I could give 0 star to this place. Dont get your periodic servicing done here. They cost more than twice as much and dont even provide good service. The shuttle took 45 mins, i had to do an Uber. When I showed up to pick up the car, it wasnt washed and the guy at servicing desk was really rude and didn't even have the courtesy to apologise for that. I would never recommend this place. Its the costliest. Gives crappy service and dont care for their clients. I would never get my car serviced from here.

*Do not* buy the extended warranty or any kind of service, the finance manager are lying about it's usefulness, and it's highly overpriced. When you are asking for detail they went very shady. And it's impossible to cancel despite you have the right in the contract. I told the sales manager Ahbaid to cancel the warranty for me and it's been 2 weeks and I have received no response. When I call the place and told them I want to speak to finance manager about the cancelation they direct me right to the an empty line to let me leave a message and they will "call back". But they never did.

This dealership was AMAZING, and cannot recommend them enough. As a busy physician, I truly needed a great car fast, as I needed to be able to get to the office to care for patients. They found the perfect car at the perfect price.

Earlier today I visited Fremont Ford to look at a new Mustang. Specifically, a 2015 Mustang turbo. They were the only dealer in the bay area that had the exact car I wanted and now I'm glad they were because their sales team was an absolute pleasure to work with. My salesman Omar Omari was extremely friendly and helpful and the finance manager is an absolute magician!! I wasn't sure if I could even get financing approved for this vehicle - not only did he get me approved but I got a low interest rate with a small down payment, they took over $1000 off the sticker (without me even asking) and I was given more than the KBB value for my trade-in. I've purchased several cars in my life and this was the best buying experience I've ever had. Definitely ask if Omar is available when you arrive - I wish every car salesman was like him!

I got my 2019 mustang from this dealer and i can positively say that it was a great experience from the moment I walked in. The rep whom I was dealing with, Mustafa offered the best of service from the very beginning. I had a lot if questions walking into the dealership with regards to what packages I want on my mustang and whether to buy or lease it. Mustafa was generous & well equipped to take me through all of my concerns and ultimately helped me make the right choice for the right price. My F-350 has had several recalls and a couple of warranty issues. While Fremont Ford had a reasonably good warranty service manager for several months,. there has been significant turnover in that role. In the last year they have had three people in that role.

Communications with the service agent after dropping off the vehicle is problematic. They send you a text message after drop off that contains a link to the work order but it only describes what the customer requested. It is not updated as the day moves along nor is it updated when the job is done and the vehicle is ready. So instead you have to text them back later in the day to check on your vehicle but there is hardly ever a response. And when you decide that you have to call them, frequently no one answers the service department lines in the middle of the day.

One time I had my truck returned with hamburger paper wrappers and some junk mail on my dashboard. It was an after-hours collection so no one was around to report it that day. The next day they claimed to have launched an investigation but no results were available.

The quality of the work performed is without fault. However, their basic customer communications need to improve.

I really love my experience here. Find this dealer from True car and meet with Ian when I was there. He is a really friendly and nice guy. We finally buy a Ford Edge 2013 from him with a great value on President Day, it's really a surprise. We have been driving the car for a month and it feels perfect. If you want to buy a Ford car, I definitely recommend this place.

Great people and service! I had a great experience. Mainly talked to Barbara and I believe Ed. Sorry if I messed up the names, I'm bad with names. They kept me updated and when the wrong parts came Ed let me know and gave a proper estimate on when the car would be finished. Again, great people! Hopefully I don't have to take my car back again, but if my car gets in another accident, I'll gladly return.
