This has been the best experience I ever had with a Ford Dealership. My entire Family all drive Fords. This goes all the way back to my uncle, he's a Ford Mustang Man. My dad Purchased his first Ford in 2003, then I got my first Ford Edge in 2008. My 2008 Ford Edge gave me 12 year and 150,000 miles of reliable service. We just purchased a 2018 Ford Edge at Ford of Fremont, let me tell you. They have a no pressure Sale team, they make sure that your conformable. 1 thing that was really important to me is they didn't sale me what they wanted, they Sold me what me and my Family needed.

On July 13, my husband and I came to Fremont Ford looking to get a new/used vehicle while trading in my current vehicle. Earlier in the day we had been to another dealer that wasted our time and left us with nothing but a hard check on our credit scores, so we were not hopeful. We were amazed and pleasantly surprised with or experience. From the moment we got there we were listened to and aware of everything going on as well as given all our options. After just an hour there was a proposed offer for the trade in as well a payment estimate and APR for the finance agreement. Our sales rep, Reza truly gave us the confidence that we needed to take this deal and was amazing, thorough and honest. The finance team and sales manager were great and made sure that we knew all our options, fees, and were taken care of.
In the end we got a vehicle we love, with a payment we can afford and nothing that we didn t want or need as part of our finance agreement. From start to finish the experience was great! Ford owners for life!

Fremont Ford is a rip off, vehicle broke down spent 7200.00 to repair and the truck still isn't fixed properly. Fremont Ford will not admit that they had any part of the exhaust system, yet they had to take the exhaust off to replace the turbo. If the exhaust system had a problem they should have seen it. I would never recommend this business to anyone. They are a poor excuse of Fords service and name.

Fremont Ford Service has been mediocre at best in the past. There were hiccups each time we brought our vehicle in, but it s under a prepaid service agreement through Fremont Ford so we will continue to bring our vehicle there.
This week our experience was quite different and very positive!!! It began with Sara Santos helping me schedule our service appointment over the phone. She made making the appointment super easy. She emailed me a confirmation of the appointment afterwards.
Our Service Advisor was Peter. When we dropped the truck off he checked us in. He listened to us and confirmed all of the issues we needed address on this visit. We had an early morning appointment so we dropped off the truck the afternoon before our appointment. We were thrilled that they started working on my husband s truck right away. Peter also texted me about 10 mins after we left the dealership and said if I needed any updates on the truck we could call him or text him. That really made our interactions convenient! Their mechanics also were great; we took care of about 5 things and we got the truck back sooner than anticipated!
My husband and I are really pleased with the service we received this week!!! Kudos Fremont Ford Service!!!

My experience with Fremont Ford was wonderful. My salesperson, Mr Mustafa, is the best salesperson you can ever ask for. He was always honest and gave me the best deal possible and always took good care of me for as long as I was at the dealership. Even if for some reason you change your mind about the deal he will not change his attitude and will give the same top of the notch service to you, which is unusual at a lot of other places in my experience. I bought my first car through him and will never forget this experience.

I had asked them to look into some grinding sound that was happening in my car when cold and during acceleration. They stated that it had to do with a reprogramming that they had to do on the transmission recall. So I must wait until I drive it between 500 to 1000 miles to determine if this helped.

I also had to wait over an hour for a shuttle and was not given an ETA.

However, they were friendly, respectful, and explained everything to me so I left with full knowledge of the condition of my car.

Appointment way ahead of time. Oil and coolant change. Arrived 8AM. Didn't get it done that day, "aftermarket oil filter cap". If so, a new part could have been obtained if they had looked at my van before 3 in the afternoon. Rental car for the day/night which cost me money for the insurance. Just a really mediocre experience -- but I am held hostage because my van has a diesel engine that few will work on. If you can go somewhere else -- probably should.

My 2019 F150 3.5 EcoBoost has been in for warranty work a couple times; though I've heard horror stories of some owners around the country having to fight other dealers to get some work approved (turbo wastegate rattle primarily), I've never had an issue with Fremont Ford. All repairs were accepted, covered under warranty and (knowing Covid affecting parts availability), in a fairly expedient manner.

I'm very happy with the service dept at Fremont Ford and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Getting a Lyft back home is a nice touch, too.

I would like to see improvements in communication from the service writers; having worked with 2 so far, neither of them proactively reached out to me to keep me updated, requiring me to play phone-tag, or text them every couple days.

Since my first encounter at Fremont Ford, I vowed that I would continue my services at that particular Ford dealership. I recently purchased a 2014 ford focus st with Fremont Ford. Like any other dealer, they would try to make more money from any purchase. What I did enjoy is to have Ian Katawazi as my salesman because he is polite and not pushy, unlike the sale manager. Fremont Ford is truecar certified but I only used the price as a guide so I already knew what price was good for me even with the APR. The sales manager tried to add a hidden fee of $800, so I left and never wanted to come back. Ian called me few days later, which wasn't to my surprise, but his attitude was polite and putting me in the first place. I explained to him the price I wanted and they were O.K with it. I ended up having 2.54% apr (because I'm a first time buyer) and happy with what I was paying. When I was signing the paper works, the lady in the finance office got me an extra rebate, so the price went down to exactly what I was hoping to pay in the first place.

Bottom line, take your time, do your research. I'd say ask for Ian because I enjoyed his service.

From my initial phone inquiries to the test drive and actual signing of papers, they went out of the way to make sure I was happy. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, it would be hard to beat the friendly, courteous and professional staff at Fremont Ford.

Horrible customer service. First Ford told me they couldn't provide me a rental car longer than 3 days. Even though my car wouldn't be complete in three days. Once I dropped my car off they said it would be ready on the 8th it was ready on the 2nd which means they could have given me a rental. I had to call multiple time before finding out the person handling my car was out of the office. They advised they would leave my keys at the front desk and my stepson would be able to pick it but.However once my son came to get the car, they gave him the run around. Telling him the car was not there and they couldn't help him. He had to call my husband who was in a different city while at work to talk to Ford. They finally "found" the car but only after making my son wait a few hours. The work I had done came out great but the hassle from the run around made this a crappy experience.

They promised if I wrote a new review about how they would help me, they would come pick-up my car and fix it. Fremont Ford, especially Dave Elkins has made my experience easy, stressless and he actually goes the extra mile to get what I want without trying to "up sell" me with features I do not want or need. I have purchased 4 cars from Fremont Ford and do not regret a single one. Would never go any place else. My sister-in-law just moved to Arizona. She also purchased cars from Dave. She is now trying to purchase a car out of California and can not use Fremont Ford. She has complained of many issues including lack of communication, service and more. I guess all dealerships are not the same and if you want a pleasant no hassle experience, go to Fremont Ford!

My car is expedition. I had been waiting and waiting until I heard someone stolen an expedition from their parking lot, and start wondering if that s my car. I went to the back and found out my car was done more that an hour ago.

I wouldn t be surprised that someone can stole cars from them easily, considering this place is under this kind of management and with this kind of employees.

This place is a joke.

Dealership got to charge a much higher price because of the better service. I use to think that s fair until I met Bradly Maples at this dealership.

he Is very unprofessional and know nothing about customer service. First he was trying to sell me the service of changing cabin filter then found out my car doesn t even have one. Then I waited one hour and forty minutes for the shuttle. The service of this dealer sucks as well.

Bradly promised that my car will be done before 11:30. Which didn t and I have to came back the second time to wash the car. Just don t promise something you cannot deliver, how hard is that? If I know that ahead of time, I would make a different arrangements for my schedule.

While waiting for the stupid shuttle, I saw other advisors kept checking on their customers, kept them updated with the status and apologized for the delay. Bradly did nothing but sitting in his office. I had to go and ask him. The car wasn t finished until 12pm which is 30 minutes late and I have to came back for the included car wash. Bradly don t even pretend to care.

When I came back for the car wash, I parked my car at the drive way for more than half hour and not even one employee came and ask if I need help.

This place sucks. I use to go to capitol ford until I recently moved to this area. Capitol ford is great. I would rather went 30 minutes more there next time.

With this kind of service and unprofessional employee I highly doubt that they would sell their cars honestly. I would highly suggest you guys find somewhere else to buy your car.

I called my sales person (Ahmad) & he ordered the parts for me. I got a call a week later saying the parts were in. I called the service department & they scheduled me an appointment to have them installed. All I had to do was drop my truck off. They handled everything. Super easy! I highly recommend them.

If i could give no stars i would the staff here had me resign my contract and it made my payments lower and pushed out the due date. They should of sent the resigned contract to my finance company but they did not and i found out about this because my finance company was calling me for collections. After finding this out i spoke to ford they were incredibly rude to me and not helpful oliver and shah told me that they would send my new contract up but they did not do that. I called my finance company and they said oliver called them and told them my payment was not due yet but that he did not send them the new contract! What kinda finance manager does that? They "let go" of raul my original finance manager and they are so bad to even there staff they made my salesperson quit. I really wanted to believe that these guys were not the stereotypical car dealers that will do anything, including lie to you multiple times, to try and sell you a car. Alas, the salesman that I dealt with, Omar, did just that.

I arrived at the dealer having already done my research, and was able to negotiate an agreeable price on the model that I was interested in. Unfortunately during the test drive, the airbag warning light popped up on the dash. At first, Omar told me that the light was not a warning, just a notification that someone was in the passenger seat and that the passenger airbag was active. Me, not being born yesterday, did not believe him. Sure enough when I checked out the owner's manual it stated quite clearly that the light is an indicator that something is wrong with the passenger restraint system.

Their mechanic had already left for the day, so they were unable to troubleshoot the issue until the next morning. Naturally, they still tried to sell me the car. Also naturally, I refused to purchase a brand new car that already had a warning light on without knowing the cause. Wanting to believe that everyone was still operating in good faith, I indicated that should they fix the issue I would still be interested in the car at the same price.

Fast forward to the end of the week, and I talked to Omar on the phone. Omar told me that there had been a recall on the passenger seatbelt and that the mechanic had not properly connected an electrical plug. The loose connection caused a system fault but they fixed it and the light was no longer on. I decided (against my better judgement apparently) to make the hour drive back to Fremont and was ready to purchase the car. Omar takes me to see the car, and it does in fact appear to be fixed. Omar had a sale, all he had to do was bring me a piece of paper with the price we had already agreed upon.

Well, needless to say Omar did not do that. Despite telling me THREE TIMES (before I left the dealership the first day, and twice on the phone) that the price we negotiated would remain the same, Omar decided to try to up the price more than $1000. He claimed that it was due to the repairs that had to be made on the vehicle.

I have never felt so disrespected by someone who was trying to earn my business. I was fully prepared to pay in cash at the price they had already agreed too but instead, they felt it was more appropriate to lie to me in an effort to snag a few more of my hard earned dollars. If this is how they deal with their customers face to face, I can't imagine what corners they are cutting behind the scenes in order to make a profit.

We were only their to pick up our vehicle that we had dropped off for repairs. This place is joke, service department dont call you back, they overcharge you if your not looking, their online pricing is different then in store pricing by $50. Trying talking to a manager and that's even harder. These people are never available but when you walk into the dealership they are in their office making an impression that they are working. Most of us dread buying a new car based on past experiences that were either simply negative, or in some cases painful financially. With pricing and current offers becoming more transparent this history of unpleasant buying experiences is slowly changing - or in some cases completely different. My recent experience with the Ford website and Fremont Ford dealership was one of these completely different experiences. I shopped around and found the best deal on Ford's website. I visited one dealer who responded they could not match that offer (?? it was on the FORD website). I called Fremont Ford who responded quickly with a no problem we have a car and can offer that discounted price. I arranged an appointment the next day, and breezed through the leasing portion in under 30 minutes. Well done Ford and Fremont Ford Dealership!

I purchased my vehicle from Fremont Ford and only allow them to service it. I like it when you pull into the service area you are greeted by a smiling staff member. If you are a long standing customer like myself, the service staff (Pete, Mike, along with other staff members) know your name or recognize your vehicle. I had a service tech(did not catch the name)say "Hi" because he serviced my vehicle in the past. I don't know why I come in worried about service costing an arm and a leg because every time I am told a significant lower price.

I always leave with a smile and feeling assured of getting the best reliable service at an affordable price by staff members who take pride in what they do.

MOST DISGUSTED DEALERSHIP ever experienced. Buying cards since 10 years now but with this dealership, had most frustrating and seriously BAD post purchase experiences. Especially for leasing out Ford cars and if you want to trade in or buy them after lease gets over even if u have miles left and you are a good customer paying your bills on time and everything... all this makes no difference to them. If there would be a BLACK START OPTION, would give them all BLACKS. Save yourself from all Stupid mind bothering and Time killing hassles and please go somewhere else, another dealership.

Including The MANAGER of dealership all the staff, finance department (most importantly) suddenly becomes customer unfriendly, RUDE, over-speak you, DO THINGS WRONG TO KILL YOUR CREDIT, TIME AND MONEY, if you don't go with Ford again after Lease gets over. Clearly giving you feel that you are no business to them and should be out ASAP.

I had to give one star to post this review. If I could give negative stars, I would. I brought my 2013 Explorer for service on 4/25/2019 and what I received was far less then expected from such a large and well know brand like FORD. My shield protector under the car was not put back on properly, the caps on the tire valves are missing for two tires. Poor, poor attention to detail. I was also told the recall for the exhaust/ carbon monoxide was already performed, it was not done because, I never brought it in to be checked until now. I was also told my battery was bad and needed a new battery for $165.00. I brought the battery to the merchant I purchased it from to be tested. They stated the battery was in good condition and could last 5-6 years. The battery is 1 years old. I'm disappointed in the service dept.

I'm still giving Fremont Ford negative stars since they could not make my concern right.
I did have the GM leave me a voice mail but never returned my call. Once again a lack of concern for the customer to make it right must be their motto. Do yourself a favor and take your Business to Morgan Hill, I am.

This review isn't for the dealership because my husband and I had a great experience with Fremont Ford. They took care of us, listened to our needs and concerns, and made sure we understood all of our options. However, we had the worst, most frustrating experience with the Auto Parts department. We needed a trailer hitch installed and, instead of going to a uhaul, we wanted Ford to take care of the equipment and installation. The gentleman that helped us was John Jacobo (Parts Consultant) and we ordered everything we would need for the vehicle which came out to $548. A month later my husband receives a call from the parts department saying that everything arrived and set up an appointment to have it installed on December 14th by the auto body shop next door.
That Monday, my husband took a day off work, and we brought our vehicle down to have the hitch installed.

The first issue was that John couldn't find our parts, claiming that they had just performed inventory and moved everything around, but when he did he would take them over to the auto body shop. 3 hours later my husband and I receive a phone call that they can't install the hitch because the wrong part was ordered. How was the wrong part ordered?? My husband handles the situation with John because I am frustrated and let my feelings be known to John's eardrum. He explaimed that he is going to try to get the part ordered for us, but the manufacturer who makes the bumper piece closed down due to Covid and he doesn't know what else to do: but he will figure it out.

Frustrated, we pick up our vehicle, and we should have taken the parts that did come in with us (our mistake); we drive to uhaul and they explained that they can install the parts we have the following Sunday. Great!

We drive back over to Ford and my husband walks in to pick up the parts we paid for. That cost $548. Guess what? John gave the parts away. Or "someone" in the department gave them away. He doesn't know for sure. Are you kidding me? So let me get this straight:
1. John ordered the parts for our vehicle with our vehicles vin number.
2. John's department looses our parts.
3. John finds our parts but realizes they can't perform the installation due to a wrong part being ordered. (His fault, my husband asked him before we paid if the parts are for our vehicle).
4. John's department GIVES OUR PARTS AWAY

My husband goes back in with me and we ask for a refund, which John gives us without issue. How can this department operate with little care for their customers. $548 may not be a lot of money for some people but for us its a lot. And John had the audacity to try to blame us for their mistakes. Unacceptable.

Ps: Uhaul had parts ordered, delivered, and installed in 5 days. So save your money ans go to uhaul because John Jacobo at the auto parts department is just going to take your money.

Last week around Christmas i had plan to lease a car. I had booked an appointment at Fremont Ford to test ride Ford Edge. Omar and Alex helped a lot to answer all my questions. I ended up leasing the car. It was an pleasant experience at the dealership. The deal process and the whole paper work took more time i guess than usually it should take. But overall it was an good experience.

Very friendly and knowable sales staff, made it a pleasure to purchase a beautiful new Mustang. This is the second vehicle this year from Fremont. Ford. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I originally was going to order the MACH-E through a local Ford dealer until I called Fremont Ford and spoke with Sales Manager Mike Grellman who informed me that he had one for sale. It was the exact model and color I wanted so I told Mike my wife and I would be coming the next day if it wasn t sold.

Fortunately for me, the Premium MACH-E Star White was still there and we test drove it with Salesman Robert. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the MACH-E.

We are very satisfied with the service of both Mike and Robert and grateful that we got the MACH-E without having to wait several weeks for delivery.

His detailed explanation helped us make the buying decision fast. He was kind, honest, friendly and no marketing talk, which is what we liked the most. My car was fixed with no issues. My issue is with the overall customer service. I didn't have a number for my service adviser so i was calling the main number and was promptly put in voicemail hell! I left messages in which calls where never returned by ANYONE! and when I tried to call back on the mail number the people who where answering the phone stopped transferring me instead when they saw my caller ID they hung up on me I had to leave work early and go to the dealer to get a status of my repair

Very disappointed with the service received.
I stopped by to get my usual service done as I always do via the Ford dealerships, but since I am out of state right now, this was the nearest dealership to me a the time. They were suppose to change the oil, rotate the tires, perform a fuel system cleanup, and other small general items.
I noticed that the only thing they did was the oil change and nothing else even when they charged me for the fuel system cleaner. I tend to notice the details about all my vehicles and at time have all my tires numbered and parts marked. I noticed that the tires were not rotated as specified nor was the fuel systems additive ever added since the parts where ever removed. I am not sure if they took advantage of the situation since they knew I was not going to return to this dealership since I was from out of state and would be gone from the area 48 hrs later.
I will never bring my vehicles to this dealership and would not recommend that anyone bring their cars for service here. if they can't accomplish the simple tasks, I would not trust them to perform other more expensive and complicated tasks.

This dealership is a friendly place to spend time, and my salesman was outstanding. While he took care of paperwork, he showed me to the waiting area with comfortable seating and coffee/tea/water. Everyone was upbeat, and I left feeling as though I'd not only gotten a good deal, but was treated fairly and with respect. Robert and Rob were the principal contacts I had, and they were beyond helpful.
