Today I had my Vw Jetta service, the service was horrible, I was there for more than an hour trying to drop off my car, at the end they not even clean the car, I will never come back again. I would prefer drive to an other VW location

After 3 weeks of getting no where for a simple cup holder which my car is still under warranty (Just bought the car). I spoke to the Service Manger which was able to solve my situation. Which the service department wanted $300 for the part plus labor. It drain time which I didn't have.

I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation on Saturday March 14th at 830 am for an appointment. I left at 1039 am. Was told there is only one technician on hand every Saturday close to the end of my appointment. After I inspected the car I saw the tires weren't rotated and the oil still looked unchanged. The service rep seemed irritated that I pointed that out and simply stated "well it is a Tdi."

I live 3 hours away. But that day i went to pick my car up it was a terrible snow storm. Which took about over 5 hours to get there instead of closing they waited for me which was cool. The reason why i gave a four star is they said they couldnt find the check the bank sent them. They told me they would put factory tints on the car and they didnt. And my car is very fresh looking on the outside but the previous owner obviously had a dog and i had to clean all the hairs out. Other then that i had a decent experience. I love my car, havent had a problem with it, and i get compliments (especially from ladies:) about the car alot!

Came in for a regular oil change with my new Golf R. They identified that there were still transport blocks in the suspension and removed them. Now my suspension is no longer as stiff and much smoother/comfortable ride. Thanks again!!!

I'm extremely happy with the service that I received at the VW of Stockton. From the first encounter to all the follow up, these guys are excellent in what they do. They went out of their way to make sure that I had a loaner car to use while my car had repairs done over the weekend. Everyone was super friendly, thoughtful and made the experience pleasant. Great complementary services while I was waiting as well. I trust these guys with my car and if I need anything else for my car, I will go there to make sure that things are done the right way the first time. They do consistently excellent work!

Volkswagen of Stockton provides excellent service. I have owned VWs exclusively (7 cars, 4 different models) for the last 25 years, so I know what VW quality is, and Volkswagen of Stockton is the perfect partner for a VW customer.

SCAMMERS! BEWARE OF VW STOCKTON. THEY ARE MONEY VULTURES AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WENT TO GET MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, WAS TOLD IT WAS MY COILS / SPARK PLUGS. GOT THEM REPLACED FOR A HEFTY FEE. LITERALLY THE SAME DAY I GET IT BACK NO ONE EXPLAINS THE WORK DONE OR WHAT MAY BE NEEDED. I TURN MY CAR ON AND IT SOUNDS THE EXACT SAME!!! ALL THEY DID WAS TURN OFF THE C.E.L. I TAKE IT TO ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP AND THEY SAY MY SPARK PLUGS LOOKED OLD! DO NOT GO HERE!

There's one guys older man with gray haired goatee kinda rude i understand it was a Monday morning and he was on his computer working on something for someone, But he was the only representative there when i walked in.. when i asked him for help he slowly looked at me and says "Ok sit down and we'll call you" he didn't think i seen him but as i walked away he made an expression of ."Wtf" look..... I went in to get a key programmed he asked where i got the key i explained i got it there he then asked if i stole the car and claimed he had to ask.. After an hour of waiting i got my key.. They washed my car which was cool.. They also seemed to check my engine light which was also cool. He then tells me that my headlights are out but they weren't i didn't think much after i left. I then drove my car the next morning turned my lights on and they were fine.. But when i got off work to go home my right head light went out, and when i popped the hood to check it out i noticed the cover to my head light was off.. Is it a coincidence that they told me that my headlights are bad or is it sabotage?

These people suck ass....we got a car there with thee previous mangers and we had no problems....now with thee new financial lady and mangers we drove of with a brand new car a 2015 dodge charger and we singed half of the paperwork and had it for a month and did the whole insurance thing and now they are asking for it back....never again am I doing business with them....they are very unprofessional and very sloppy...

I have been taking my 2009 Jetta to Volkswagen of Stockton for almost two years, and my service experience has been incredible. Luc and Bob are great Service Advisors, and they take great care of me and my car. Additionally, Scott, the new Manager, also has excellent customer service skills. Their free shuttle service, complimentary, new coffee latte machine and their complete car wash really make it a pleasure to take my care there for excellent service and repairs. I am a very satisfied customer.

If I could give them a -5 review I would this is the worst dealership I have ever worked with. Let me start by saying it took 65 days for the sale of our vehicle to be complete. Everything was fine until I got a letter from our financing company stating that they were not going to honor and sign our loan due to the fact that the general manager Jerad lied to them regarding where my husband worked in order to get us financed by that company in the first place. After numerous correspondence with the general manager things got ugly and I decided to reach out to their corporate owner Lithia. After speaking to the customer relations department they assured me they would make everything right. But when I did not receive a return call back from them for over a week I called back and got voicemail after voicemail left them numerous messages with no return call. I finally got a return call 60 days after this initial signing of our paperwork from Lithia's corporate office. They informed me I had 24 hours to return the vehicle back to the dealership as they were canceling our contract. Mind you the contract states they cannot cancel unless it is within 10 days of the signing and it is in writing. I wanted my trade-in vehicle back but they could not reinstate my old loan at that point so I would have to take a loan with a higher interest rate than I initially had on my trade-in vehicle or a higher interest-rate on the new vehicle we were purchasing. Either way I lost. After I threatened to sue they lowered the price of the vehicle by $3000 but that still does not make up for the interest hit we will suffer after our loan is paid off. The dealership said "well you could just refinance in a year after you fix your credit " I don't think I should have to fix my credit after they ran it over seven times trying to backtrack and find us a loan after they lied and screwed this all up in the first place!

Do not buy a car from Volkswagen of Stockton! Buyers beware!

On another note the general manager Jerad was very unprofessional and not only his attitude but his dress attire he appeared frumpy and cargo shorts and a T-shirt in my opinion a general manager should present himself in a more professional manner. Every employee I spoke to at that location told me how much they disliked their manager and how frustrated they were that. They had to take direction from this man.

If his own employees hate him, believe me, you will too!
I will never buy from Lithia ever again!
Save yourself the headache and find a different dealership with better reviews no matter what the deal is it's not worth it!

The only person I felt listened and assisted us through this was the finance manager Carol however there were multiple times when speaking to her on the phone she broke out in tears because she knew what they were doing to us was so so wrong!

What kind of manager forces his employees to do things that are ethically wrong to the point your employee is crying about the situation they have to put us in

Sales staff is unprofessional. They wouldnt honor there online price saying it was a mistake from a third-party who does their advertising. The floor manager and the sales person we dealt with were aggressive after we said we'd like to think it over because we were on the notion it was the online price. Definitely never going here.

If you want to buy anything from this dealer then go directly to Bob Kasper. He is extremely professional and is definitely on the buyers side. He had committed me a price which General Manager did not agree. However, he tried his best and convinced his GM to give me the car on that price. I found Bob a very honest man. He did not pressurize me on any thing and did not try to oversell any thing. During the whole buying process, I always felt that Bob is on my side which was a big surprise for me.

Overall, my experience with this dealership was very good. I found all staff members very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will definitely buy car from them in the future

They replaced the half shafts on a used car I just bought once I noticed clicking during turns. I worked with Bob mainly, who was very polite and informative during the whole process. All the staff was professional and kind.

Wouldn t recommend buying a car from this dealer. Really poor customer service. Tank was empty and check engine light came on shortly after. Drove out to have them take a look and they kept me there for hours, couldn t figure it out so they turned the light off and sent me away. Check engine light is back on.

Everyone at Stockton Volkswagen is extremely helpful, hard working, and nice. They spent hours locating the perfect VW convertible bug for me. Jared and crew made me feel like I was their only customer. And, Carol put in a lot of time finding the best financing possible.

With that said, I have always had a great experience any time I've been to Stockton VW for service, now I can add the sales department to my list of positive time. Coffee's good too.
