I had a great experience at Freedom Cycles and plan to go back and refer you to friends/family. The manager s old car sales negotiating tactics were a little irritating, but that s almost expected when buying a vehicle. My overall experience between the salesman Tyler, Freedom s prices, inspectors, and 50/50 warranty on used bikes was way better than i could have expected. I felt like I was buying a Harley without the ridiculous prices of Harleys.

Our salesman Casey was great to work with. Maggie in finance was excellent to work with, explaining things step by step. Tyler in parts was super personable and fantastic to work with. Sami in service was amazing as well. All around fantastic staff.

Your people over there at freedom are great ! Everyone was friendly informative helpful
They got my tires mounted in maybe 30 minutes. They hooked me up w the right oil filter and oil. I was able to get my tires mounted back on the bike my oil and filter changed all before this covid thing hit. I was afraid another few days everything would have come to a standstill and I d be stuck inside w bald tires w a plug in it and old oil. Thanks again be well stay safe ride on!

I bought a brand new Honda CBR1000rr from freedom cycle and ordered some accessories from the parts department. Staff said they will give me a call when the parts come in. My new motorcycle battery gave out after week. I called for service and the staff said to bring in the battery for a test. I also inquired about my accessories I ordered and they said it was in since last week. I didn't receive a call or message about it until I called about my battery giving out. I took the battery in for a test and the staff said it was faulty and I need to buy a new one. I explained about my warranty for new motorcycles. It was ignored and said I didn't pay for the in shop battery warranty but they will give me a discount. I went ahead and purchased a new battery for my new motorcycle because I wasn't being help. I also wanted to cancel one of my accessory order. A female at the counter was being rude and unprofessional about it because she was having a hard time cancelling the order on the register. I called Honda corporate and told them the situation. They are aware of the new motorcycle policy and said I will get my refund. I called multiple times and left multiple messages at freedom cycle and didn't get a return call or message. I called Honda corporate again and they told me to contact celeb from parts department for my refund. Caleb told me to bring it in to fix the warranty. I told him Honda corporate said I can take it to any Honda dealer which I wanted to do for my convenience. He insisted in bringing it in at freedom cycle. Seem like he wasn't sure if that was valid. He said he was going to call me back. So I waited a few days, followed up and left a message again without receiving a return call. I called Honda corporate once again and notify them about my situation and the general manager contacted me for my refund. I waited patiently and called multiple times to get my refund after two months of hassle, I finally got my refund for my new battery warranty I wasn't suppose to pay for initially.

I hope no one ever experiences what I've been through at Freedom Cycles. I have taken my business elsewhere. Its sad when I have to call Honda corporate to make sure people are doing their jobs. Seems like management and communication is poor in Freedom Cycles. I must say the show room floor is amazing with variety of gear. Good luck and don't be fooled!

I called asked if I could get a throttle cable for my 70cc baja pit bike. They acted like i was asking for something unheard of. Kinda sad that it would have to be special order and then told to go somewheres else to get it. I mean its a throttle cable for christ sakes i could put the one from my daughters electric scooter and would work. Not building a new concept racing bike here guys just need a basic throttle cable for a 1987 70cc pit bike.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. After having a horrible experience trying to buy a KX100 for my son at another powersports place I looked this place up and thought I'd give it go, glad I did. For starters, Maggie in finance goes above and beyond to explain the entire process of getting financed, how it all works and making it happen! Tyler in sales was very informative and patient with getting my son on the KX100 and making sure we had everything we needed. Bob did a great job working with my son and getting him fitted for riding gear. When it was time to load it up, Caleb(service manager) did a great job on giving us a run down of the bike as well as preventative measures to minimize my visits to the shop lol. He also took the time to show us how to properly secure the bike in the truck. There's several other people that helped out as well I just didn't catch all the names. Overall it was a great and painless experience!

Tyler the salesman is great, however I have nothing good to say about my experience beyond that. Maggie in financing was very rude and lied to me in order to sell an extended service warranty. I won't be dealing with Freedom Cycles in the future. Also the 5 star ratings are really just because she gives you a t-shirt if you show her your review.

-To clarify I was strong armed by way of deception into buying the extended warranty. I declined, and then at the end of the add-on spiel I was presented with the extended warranty to sign. I again declined which is when I was told that it would lower my monthly rate. I was skeptical but in my naivete I agreed.

After getting home and going over the paperwork I realized I had been decieved. Luckily there is a grace period in which to cancel.

I have been going in to Freedom Cycles for over 20 years. During that time I have seen them go through two major expansions to the current mega showroom and parts selection. A lot has changed but one thing has not....customer service. They are family owned and operated and it shows in the interaction with customers. They have always treated me more than fair and willing to go above and beyond to get me to the race/ride on time.

Edited on 5/8/2018: Freedom likes to entice you to give a 5-star review with a free T-shirt. So, if they want my T-Shirt back for editing my review, then that's cool - but I'd rather give an honest review.

I found an item for sale on Facebook and contacted the seller. The seller advised that the item was now on consignment with Freedom Cycles and to ask for Ryan when I got there and he would take care of me. I went to Freedom the next day (Thursday 5/3/2018) to look at the vehicle.

I asked for Ryan and he was paged a couple times over the intercom but never showed up. Another salesperson, Tyler asked me if he could help me so I told him what was going on. As far as pricing, they were very easy to deal with. I was able to get the item for very close to what it was listed for on Facebook, even though I knew Freedom took a commission off selling it. So, that part was great!

The first negative was the test ride. I was looking at a side by side and wanted to drive it around the parking lot/yard to make sure everything worked as it should. Tyler notified me that Freedom's policy was that I had to have a motorcycle endorsement even though it's not a motorcycle and we weren't taking it on the road. So, I had to ride with Tyler while he drove. As they were putting paperwork together, I had to remind Tyler 2 more times that I wanted to take a test ride before signing anything and he finally took me on a ride. He did a good job of putting it through it's paces so I felt comfortable. But, the process kinda put me off.

When it got time to sign the paperwork, they found there was an open recall on the item so they couldn't sell it to me. This should have been caught when they took it on consignment and fixed then, but it caused me a delay as I had to put down a deposit to hold it and then wait for them to get a part to fix it. They bent over backwards to get the part from another store and get it fixed the same day. I did have to call 3 times throughout the day to get status, but was happy to hear that it was ready to go and asked if I could come in and sign paperwork then pick it up.

I was told that the finance person Maggie "likes to schedule" everything so I couldn't just show up. I've bought several cars at dealerships in my life and have never had to schedule signing my paperwork. In this case, I was writing a check and that was it. Maggie called me and said she could "fit me in" at 11AM the next day. A little rediculous to put a customer off if you ask me as I could have as easily gone to another dealership, bought something, and had it home before my "appointment". In this case, I was supposed to be leaving town so I did have to push my plans back and it was an inconvenience not to mention making two trips to the dealership with a trailer ready to go.

During the paperwork signing, I got the expected upsells. Some were good and some not worth it, but it's part of the process. The markup on the extended warranties are as high as they are at a car dealership - so do your homework before just saying "okay." After the paperwork, you get the "How would you like a free T-Shirt?" question and of course everyone likes T-Shirts, then they tell you to write a 5-star review and show it to them. Basically bribing you for a good review. I left my original review below, FYI.

They introduce you to the parts department and try to get you to buy some stuff for it, again expected. Then, they introduced me to the service guy Jeremy who is the only reason this review is getting 3 instead of 2 stars. He was the only 5 star part of the dealership I saw. He showed me everything on the unit and how to take care of it. He also set some realistic expectations on the warranty. Very knowledgeable and laid back, not push at all.

All in all, it wasn't horrible but wasn't good either. I dealt with this dealership when I had a Honda CR250 and did motorcross around 2000 and it seems it is still the same as it was back then.

Original review: Tyler in Sales was super easy work with and Maggie made the paperwork super easy.

Thanks to the Freedom Cycles team for a great experience, great deal and super customer service! I found the bike I wanted, a KTM Super Duke GT with the online help of Ryan; Tyler answered all my questions about the KTM; Joe the super sales woman helped me find the gear I needed; Maggie the sales manager worked with me to complete the deal late in the day and Caleb the service manager and his team ensured the bike was ready to ride. Thank you Freedom Cycle for make the experience easy and personal.

It took over four to five hours to get a tire replaced on our motorcycle. When we called two hours after the initial appointment time, we were told it would be about an hour, it was well over two more that we waited. Not happy!

First time there and I was treated like a lost tourist. Rather than trying to help me out with my problem. They told me they don't know what to do and went on to their next customer, giving me occasional glances and expecting me to wonder off out of the store. Rude and unhelpful. These people prefer to stand around and get paid rather than help new customers.
