lets be honest all these good reviews are because they give free t-shirts. The Finance lady was the rudest girl I've ever met when trying to sell a bike. Then she was complaining how she was waiting because i was on the phone asking a question to my friend. I will never buy anything from them again.

I was able to sell my motorcycle to Freedom Cycles. They were very professional and very down to earth. They did not hound me to accept a low offer but gave me a fair industry price for the motorcycle. Matt and Derek are great representatives I recommend them to anyone. I m glad to see a such a professional motorcycle dealership close to home. Their floor room is very extensive lots of fun toys to look at.

My experiences at this dealership have been mixed. The employees at the parts counter have always been excellent to work with. The sales group is a bit pushy. Some of the people in service are rad, while others are curt and frankly, rude. I would never have service performed here, but the bike selection for purchase is pretty good.

Bought my first bike recently and could not believe the lack of Professionalism from the Sales People and Management Staff. They were extremely rude and questioned my ability to buy when I walked in with 2 Pre-Approval's. They decided to tell me what I want to buy and what I should be riding by the way I looked not by what felt safe and comfortable for me as a first time rider. The Parts and Service department were excellant to deal with but the Sales side definatley needs some training in customer service and sales knowledge.

I was in contact with this dealership about a bike...

I was in contact with this dealership about a bike they had listed on their website. The sales manager I spoke over the phone with assured me that they had only had this bike for one week and it was priced so low to send the savings on to someone else. The very next day, after getting what I needed together to make the journey out there for this bike with cash in hand, I called to confirm that I'd be there the following day. The sales manager then tells me that the price is actually double what was listed. Broken hearted, I reluctantly sought out the additional cash I needed to meet his price, but not without looking online one last time for any other bike to make sure that I wanted to drop that much and that I couldn't find a better deal. But what did I find on Craigslist a few moments later? An ad where this dealership had posted this same bike a month prior to today. It had been updated two days ago and it's price was still at the one I was originally expecting to pay. I was still going to come get it tomorrow, but not after seeing that ad. You've had this bike for at least a month, which was lied to me about, and is plenty enough time to realize if you had mispriced it. I need transportation, but not bad enough to cut myself short for lies. It looks like Charlie saved me from giving money to an underhanded, untrustworthy dealership and I should be grateful. Thank you for the life lesson, Freedom Cycles.

Great friendly staff with pretty good pricing! Made my new bike purchase an enjoyable experience.

Only problem I have is they never return calls. You can leave a message or call and talk to an individual and they say they'll call you back but they never seem to.

Great experience purchasing my first motorcycle here. Ryan and Maggie are great and made everything really easy and smooth. I kind of wish the guys in the service department would have gone over the bike a little more. For instance, when I got home I popped open the passengers seat and found an extra key with a key card under the seat. I feel like that is a very important thing they should have gone over.

Awsome place to get a clean motorcycle. Good selection of bikes, atv's, and dirt bikes as well as any ridding gear such as helmet's,
glove's and jackets. The staff are always around helpful and eager to help you with whatever your needs and as well as help you get on the road with a new ride.

Need Parts? Put down your phone. It won't help you. They are too busy to pick up. At best they will ask to take your name and number and then never bother to call you back. Worst case scenario, they will put you on hold till the cows come home, die of old age, and rot into a pile of bones before they will get back to you. If you do manage to get someone on the phone, they are actually pretty helpful and knowledgeable, so I gave them the second star for that.

Bought a brand new dirt bike for $7500 from them. I rode it around my yard after work a couple times because we were busy and put 4 total hours on the bike. Then I was in a car wreck and broke both femurs and shattered my ankle. I was told I'll never ride again. I called freedom up explained what happened and asked if they would give me $6000 trade in to buy a $25,000 Polaris rzr. They said no that bike isn't worth that. They offered me $2500 trade in on a still brand new bike I had just bought four months ago that had 4 hours total and the break in was 10 hours. Didn't even exceed the break in hours yet. Went down to Jay Hatfield motorsports and their side by sides were $3000 cheaper and they offered me more trade in money on a bike that didn't even come from them. I will never go back to freedom for anything. I'll drive 500 miles for something before I go back to them again. I felt like once they got my money they didn't care about me as a customer and didn't care about being a repeat customer. After you purchase something they won't show any appreciation or loyalty towards you.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service!!!! I can't think of a better word to describe how terrible the service is at this location. Although courteous and pleasant in conversation, the service department is unorganized, undependable, and untrustworthy.

My service request was for a new battery & oil change. I was told that they cannot just put in a new battery and must do a 32 point inspection which would include the oil change. I was given an appointment date about 10 days out and was told someone would call me to schedule a pickup time. No one ever called. After hearing from no one I had to call two different days to check on when the pickup would occur. Each time the same person who initially scheduled the pickup sounded confused as to why it had not been done and advised someone would call me. No one called. I called the morning before the appointment date and was told they don''t do pickups on Tuesday so they would call me the next morning (appointment day). By 10 am no one had called so I called again. The same person answered the phone and after putting me on hold for several minutes she advised another employee had taken the truck "somewhere" but should be back within the hour and he would be sent to my residence.

To make a long story short he finally showed up to pick up the scooter but no one called to advise of anything by the end of the day. No one called the next day. I called the 3rd day to inquire and was told they could not do the oil change because they couldn't start the engine. I declined any further service by them based on the shenanigans I had dealt with already. They advised they would have to charge me another $50.00 to return my scooter to me. I was told I owed $284.00 over the phone but when I arrived someone realized the price of the oil change (that was not done) was still included. I paid $183.00 for nothing! Will never return or recommend to anyone!

Great communication and very professional. They picked up my bike at my house, performed the service at a reasonable price, and brought it back when they said they would. Best service experience I ve ever had at a motorcycle dealer.
