They sold me a bike that leaks oil and has only 1500 miles in it and now they don't want fix it unless I pay for it! What customer service is that ?Don't buy your motorcycle from them! They been trying to sell me anything they can possibly can even though I told them I only want the motorcycle! The kept pushing that I need all kind of accesories. Frame sliders. Helmet. Tie down straps. Anything just to spend more money there. At the end they just give you a t-shirt to leave a good review for them on google maps. Don't be fooled by the good reviews

Buyer Beware. Do not do business with this company. It will be the biggest mistake of your life. I have bought motorcycles from Freedom and also had my bike serviced at Freedom. This was the worst mistake I have made. I took my bike in for a new tire and they put the fenders on backward. I chalked it up as a slipped up and let them do my oil change, another big mistake. They forgot to tighten a bolt and my bike stopped on me. Of course they don't take responsibility for anything. Even the sales are horrible. I bought a bike them. After I paid cash and filled out the bill of sale, they then decided to tell me the bike needed to go to service for repairs. 1st of all why not tell me this before you take my money. Then they said the bike had a recall and they would notify when the part came in. Guess what, never heard from them. To top it off, when I go to register my bike, they filled out my title wrong and I couldn't tag the bike up. Again they take no responsibility for their mistakes. This company is a joke. I have 4 other friends that have been screwed by Freedom. Never again will they see a dollar of my money.

Went this morning to buy a new bike. Going in I already knew there was a trade difference but "you bought it here, we always take care of return customers". Yeah. So Kbb trade was $6080. I was offered $5500. I said no. I'll accept Kbb, then they offered to bring me out the Nada book. I said I didnt need to see a book, I came to buy a motorcycle. Manager came up to $5800. I could see where this was going and chose to not spend all day haggling over every penny. We left. Went to Shawnee Cycle, not only did they offer me $6500 for my trade in, they came off $1000 on the 2019 636 as well without me having to haggle. So instead of selling me a new bike, freedom cycles decided to lose my business over $200. Guess I wont bother going back

Hmmmm.. where to start. You would think when you buy a bike from here they would remember and treat you well. Not exactly. Been trying to get a few things and told were buisy we will call you back. But no one calls back. The sister store in warrensburg also struggles at times under staffed

Outstanding customer service! Just walked in to look at a bike for my girlfriend and Charlie started to talk to us and we clicked from there, he passed us along to shop with another sales rep, but we were just looking. Finally ended up talking to Angie and she was AWESOME! Definitely outstanding people, yet we have not bought a bike from them. We might be possibly finding out! Thank you.

Came in to get some parts for my bike and my fiancee found the perfect little bike while she was walking around. Terms were great, process was simple and price was honest. No hidden fees or tricks. Please understand with dealerships there are fees added onto msrp, but here they show you them before time to sign so you fully understand beforehand. No pushy sales tactics. Been here numerous times for parts but first time getting a bike here.
Big thanks to Casey and Maggie for all the help. And to Angie for helping my awesome lady have the confidence to seriously consider this bike.

Great experience with Tyler our salesman and Maggie our finance guru! They worked with us as we walked away with a 2019 Slingshot SLR! We are ready for this new adventure! Oh, Sling merchandise was on sale too!

These people don't understand financing or price. We had to correct them on running our credit and then because the bike was so over priced of course nobody is going to lend over msrp. Even if they use nada or kbb these people suck.

Tyler did an excellent job. He informed me about various scenarios that could happen on the road. He took the time out and helped me with every thing I needed and told me about deals that they had.

Took my 2006 polaris sportsmen in to get the 4x4 looked at as it stopped working. Took it in and they told me i needed a new front diff. Over one month 1600 dollars later and they "fixed it" its been 3 years since , and i only use this 4 wheeler to plow snow. And we haven't gotten any snow in the last 4 years here so yea i havent used it much at all. Got it out last week, again the 4x4 would not work so i took it to another shop. And heres what the new shop literally told me. " we are not sure who put this front diff in but they got all the wiring wrong. Looks like a quick and hurry half ass job to us. " so now i have to pay 480 bucks to re-fix the incorrectly installed front diff that freedom cycles put in that took them 43 days and over charged me 1600.00 to screw me over basically. Also they incorrectly installed a rear bearing on another sportsmen of mine. Paid 450, 5 months later the same bearing is making a poping sound, called freedom to ask them to fix they're screw up, they just wanted more of my hard earned money. "There is nothing i can do for you" i think was the quote i got . Ive delt with this place for over 5 years and im done. They dont know what they are doing. I wouldnt let any of them change a tire for me.

We went to Freedom Cycles to look at a Slingshot they had online. Our salesman Tyler Smith was great. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. No one at Freedom Cycles ever pressured us. When we arranged financing with Maggie, she was really helpful. She worked to get us the best deal and explained all the warranties available, again, without any pressure to buy anything. I highly recommend Freedom Cycles.

I called two weeks ago to order a steering boot for my RZR. The parts guy said he needed my phone number and name and would call me right back after checking to see if he had the part. I told him I needed oil change kits for the RZR and an 850 Sportsman as well. I still have not gotten a return call. I called Austin's and they had everything in stock and I picked it up a couple days later. Austin's - 3, Freedom - 0.

Took my Polaris in for service, and it was returned looking like it was ran through a mud pit. I was also cheated on my battery warranty , The last few visits have been sub-par for certain and they ll never get another dime from me.

They're always good in my book. They match online parts pricing, and I bought my brand new bike from them. Their used bikes are higher than say Craigslist, but a showroom that can't be beat and on-site financing is the trade off. I would recommend the service department for not much more than oil & tires. I had a bad experience with service on my old Honda, and I've heard I'm not the only one. Parts & new sales!

Difficult for me to give 5 stars. Great selection of Bikes. The manager is good but I get a lot of I don t know answers when asking questions that the employee should have more knowledge than me about. Not sure about anyone else but if I worked here (or anywhere I was selling something) it would be a good idea to research more about the differences in the products you sell. To be honest it s really hit and miss, some of the guys seem happy to be there others don t make much eye contact and appear to take their time when stepping away... Not really much sense of urgency.. Bought a new Bike and wasn t even made aware that it would need a new oil change are the first 500 miles.. would like to see more enthusiasm to assist customers from more than just a handful of employees, the entire staff should knowledgeable and upbeat. In this type of business customers are making impulse purchases and want to feel confident when doing so. Show some excitement when customers are coming in to spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars on items they don t necessarily need and keep you in business. The girl with the short hair is really nice and very helpful every time I stop in, maybe just talk to her when you go in? Experiences may vary but just giving my honest feedback.

Had a great experience purchasing a side-by-side here recently. Highly recommend Casey if you stop in - he was awesome to work with - as was Derek. Both very kind and friendly and no pressure whatsoever. Employees here like their jobs and it shows in their friendly interactions with both customers and each other.

no-pressure sales, friendly & knowledgeable staff, competitive pricing, honest, stand-up guys, great communication, lots of inventory. Couldn t ask for more - I ll be back!
