So a few weeks ago I took my Zx14 up to Freedom because it wouldn't start I was told that my bike would be in the best hands to figure out the problem later that day I received a call back and was told that the motor in my bike was locked up and I would need a new one or needed to get it rebuild and was quoted for what it would cost. But they never broke my motor down to really see what was going on. What they were telling me didn't sound right so I got a second opinion the other shop had my bike run within ten minutes of unloading it off the trailer. I am not pleased and very upset with Freedom I would not recommend them to anyone it was a complete waste of my money and time.

Just purchased a 2018 Slingshot SLR. Tyler Smith was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to work with. We finished up with Maggie in accounting who made the unpleasant aspect of signing all the paperwork as pleasant as possible. No hard sale from Tyler or with Maggie when it came to all the available maintenance plans etc. Great experience

Service department does shoty and them dont want to take ownership of issues I have with their repairs. The parts counter has issues looking up the correct part sk you have to make extra trips and spend more time at the counter while they seen lost trying to figure out the part numbers to get you the correct part.

Service is horrible They broke parts on my motorcycle they weren t even working on Of course they didn t have the parts they broke in stock so my motorcycle sat there for another week waiting on parts they broke After all that and $1000 it still wasn t fixed correctly I had to take it to a different shop to have it done right But they did offer to install a set of $18.00 bar grips for the small fee of $70.00. Lol. Watch these guys. They are grossly over priced and incompetent This wasn t my first bad experience there. I went back because they are close to my house and I figured I would give them one more shot I won t make that mistake again They didn t get any better it was actually even worse than last time.

Service dept. was incredible personable, nice, and helpful. I've been to other stores in KC area and most of them are snotty, cocky, arrogant, etc. Freedom Cycles owns my business from now on.

Spent three hours here trying to figure out what to do with my bike that was in their shop. The cost to repair was too expensive for me. Really had no choice but to sell it to them since I had no way of transporting it anywhere else. I talked numbers with 5 different people and the numbers kept changing multiple times. Not only did I accept the low ball offer they gave me to buy it from me, but found out later I would need to pay for the new equipment they already put in it, even though at this point it was no longer mine. In the end, I ended up paying them an additional $138 bucks for repairs that I will never benefit from. They got the bike, profited from the service fee, and will sell it and make more money. I profited nothing. I finally paid the service department just to get out of there but I really feel taken advantage of. I ll be encouraging my friends NOT to do business here. I ve never been more frustrated at any dealership.

Casey and Maggie were awesome to work with. We have a 7 year old girl who races MX and needed an upgrade. With The Rona these bikes are hard to find and Freedom cycle came through at the best price. Now Mad Maddy #272 can t wait for her next race!

Tyler in parts helped me find great parts at a great deal! He even made sure that I would receive them before the end of the week! I love all the guys up there and currently have bought four bikes from. However Tyler s in parts is amazing! This is part two of my review Dan the general manager needs to learn how to speak to people. Extremely disrespectful i have spent 15k this year with them referred them two buddy s in the past. Bought my first bike from them in 2014. Also none of the sales professionals stay there because of how he talks to people. Sad to say but you lost a loyal customer and someone who spends money there.

The sales team was great every time I had been here. I bought a brand new bike from Caleb and he would have done anything to help me out. I will caution anyone who goes, be aware of the lady who "runs" the finance department. She is very rude, mean, and does not give a crap about you or your experience. I would return again but next time I will have my own financing and do the paperwork a little differently.

Went twice and the sales man Jason was great. Not pushy and helped me find the right fit. I had a few back surgeries so I told him about needing comfort and what was the best ride position for me. He could have pushed me to a more expensive bike but he found one that fit perfectly. Really good to work with and would recommend. Also I rode 180 miles round trip twice to deal with.
