Great place, bought an atv and they were understanding at what we wanted to buy. They didn't pressure us to buy. Will be coming back.

The service guys/gals are cool. The finance lady, Maggie, I believe her name was, is also very nice. We were completely misinformed by our sales guy in the years/features of the product we were buying. Their website also had all 2017 go carts however, they only had 2016s at the store and in the warehouse.....The whole process was chaotic, and all of the "miscommunication" had a common factor, our sales guy......Needless to say, we went somewhere else.

Andrew, Maggie, and Maddie were very experienced and made the process easy on buying my new ktm 500 exc! Overall good and easy experience!

I'm generally a pretty laid back guy but this place is not worth giving your money too. I put on after market levers so they can't adjust my clutches for me even though I payed an extra 1k for a warranty. They tried to fix it 2 times then all the sudden they "can't" now my clutches are completely fried. All my friends and family will now just go to Gales because there is no way hey can treat me any worse

Awesome time, friendly helpful experience. Biggest bike shop around. Recommend going there for your toys.

Returned some gloves today. A twenty percent restock fee is outrageous. I had not even removed the tags from the gloves. It does not cost them nine dollars to hang a pair of gloves on the wall.

Their finance employees are very unpleasant to deal with. I will never buy another bike here. Harley-Davidson was much more pleasant. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Freedom cycle's sales and finance dept. are absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable on all aspects of cycles and financing. I have an older KTM dirt bike and the service department as well as the parts department (Logan) have been absolutely amazing in getting me all the information and helpful hints and of course the much needed parts. Amazing team.

My son had purchased a 4 wheeler from a different location so I thought I knew what to expect, but compared to what he got, Freedom Cycle was like the Cadillac experience, and my son got the Ford Fiesta experience...

Beware of this place. Had my front brake serviced there. Immediately after leaving the parking lot, the front brake locked up and ended up in the ER. Rider 13+ years and many bikes. They tried to blame this on me with zero responsibility. Not to mention they called the next day and asked if I wanted a repair quote on the damage and charged 200$ to release the bike to me.

This place is awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Casey is an amazing salesman

Double check the parts list when in service, they will run the charges up with things you don't need or didn't ask for and won't let you know over the phone. Took my son's bike in due to not being started in a year to get the carbs cleaned and new plugs. I specifically told them to just get it running so I could sell it (4 different times). They had over $1200 in repairs ready to go that included bleeding breaks and replacing handlebars, and made it sound like the $1200 was just to get it running when talking to them over the phone. Good thing I decided to go pick it up and take it somewhere else or I wouldn't have known about the repairs I didn't ask for until it was too late. I will never do business there again and inform all I see with sport bikes in my area. (The repairs needed at an honest shop was $300)

I would honestly rate lower but I know theres potential for better customer service. I just left freedom cycle. I was about to spend over 500 dollars when a guy came to the desk and basically talked me out of all of it. The young lady helping me was doing a fine job without him. The guy proceeded to tell me that 1 tooth less on a front sprocket is the same as 3 teeth less on the sprocket in the rear. So he recommended that I get a 1 tooth smaller front sprocket(which they dont carry) instead of the 3 tooth smaller in the rear(which they DO carry.) So instead of buying a sprocket and a chain and a motorcycle stand, I bought nothing because I couldnt get someone to actually help me. I will be ordering my parts directly from manufacturer.

Bought a used bike from here, fantastic customer service. Came on a busy day, with a bit of a wait. But the staff was very friendly and courteous the whole time, making the wait seem very bearable.

Found a helmet and a face shield $100 cheaper than any other Shopping Town parts counter was quick to get it even suggested a skullcap that I've been looking for a show me one and let me to the cell on that as well great service very happy thanks

was seriously low-balled on a trade in offer; insultingly low-balled. then they turn around and jack their prices up well above book. I get you're a "business", but there's a point when your prices and attempts at sucking every last possible dollar out of the customer becomes a blatant rip off. especially a several time returning customer. so much for loyalty these days.

on top of that, they have the balls to mention "price doesn't include dealer reconditioning fee". take a look around the used bikes - not a damn thing has been "reconditioned". rusted chains, black motor oil, old brake fluid, dirty bikes. one bike literally had the front of it smothered in dead bugs. shady ripoff artists. no more loyalty from me. that's for sure.

I came here on 3/10/20 and purchased an 07 Yamaha 1300. Ryan and Dan were amazing. I will definitely be back!

Excellent customer service in the sales department that I've used for years. My most recent experience was with the service department, I dropped off my bike to get the carb rebuilt, they would have gotten 5 stars had they been up front and honest about the parts needed to rebuild an obvious non stock carb instead of making me purchase a second jet kit. The bike runs good however and they did the job, and I don't hold the service tech's liable for the service writer not being able to give educated advice.
