Better for drive through because inside is small and gets packed easily. Parking is limited and when drive through is packed it's impossible to get in and out. So far everytime I have come here service and food has been decent.

The service was good the person that took my money is very energetic and very nice . But My order was not right even though my sandwich was good I just did not have time to go back.
I stopped off to get a quick bite to eat in North San Bernardino and was surprised at the high level of customer service I received at this location. The staff were super helpful. The food came out hot and there wasn't a big mess inside the place. Way to go Mc Donalds!
They didn't include the ordered apple slices in the happy meal, but worse of all, neither happy meal had a toy. Instead of a toy, they had a very cheap, flimsy flyer hand out with puzzles (for older aged children) to draw in. Very boring and school like, yet cheap to where you'd expect it to be a freebie hand out somewhere. My 3 year old was SO disappointed! Plus, we paid for the toys and apple slices and we didn't get it. My 3 year old did what I expected with the flimsy paper that had information over his head. He accidentally ripped it and then just kept ripping it and finally crumpled it up. Such a waste and disappointing McDonald's. Really.
Went to McDonald in the drive thru to start off the speaker was horrible u can barely hear a word they are saying and they messed up my order I didn t realize it until I got home and check inside the bag so I went back and I waited 7 min for them to make the burger the mangager didn t even bother to come and help fix the problem
I ordered a small iced coffee and 2 breakfast burritos. When they handed me the food they gave me a large iced coffee and a free one on the house. I knew right away it tasted strange and smelled peppery i got home and poured them out and there was pepper at the bottom of both. Seriously disgusting!!!
Love the double drive through hate the slow service also in the mornings during the week you may or may not get a fresh breakfast sandwich or hashbrown patty. Some days it's just the luck of the draw with this McDonald's
The staff at this location seems to always be "in training". There was mass confusion at the drive thru and the wait was somewhat bothersome. Additionally, even after the wait, the young lady still got part of my order wrong and it wasn't worth going back to get it corrected. Kudos to them for putting in the effort to improve the aesthetic of the place and train new people on the drive thru position but Friday afternoon during rush hour is probably not the best managerial decision.
This is the worst McDonald's that I have been to. While in the The drive-thru waiting for our food we had a sip of our drink and noticed that it tasted like chemical and it burned our throat. We asked for different drinks and Destiny was very rude and even talked trash about us to another employee while slamming the window shut. When we received the new drinks, they were also chemical tasting. Destiny came back to windows to order us, not ask us to move to the wait lane. I declined to move and asked for a refund. Destiny just slammed the window shut and walked off. We were left waiting for about 10 minutes. She then came back and asked for our credit card for the refund. I gave her the credit card and waited a few more minutes. She came back to the window with my credit card and refund slip and as she handed my card back to me she began threatening me to move car before they call the police. The manager was standing just a few feet behind her allowing all of this to go on and never taking any action. This place is run by trash.
My next complaint will be to the Health Department, BBB and McDonald's corporate.
Worst customer service ever, the staff were working slow and taking their sweet time having a whole line of people waiting. I waited 30 minutes for my food, and waited extra for them not to make 2 of my drinks, the only worker that helped us was this young Caucasian guy and he looked done bc of how bad the staff was working. Plus I had to go back and get the missing drinks for my siblings happy meals.
No fountain drinks no frappes no men s restroom women was so disgusting I didn t use it tried to wash my hands no soap so the employees aren t washing a disaster waiting to happen
First time at this McDonald's and drive thru was terrible! Too many cars at once and people trying to pull out of parking spots but all of us in drive thru blocking them. It was stressful BUT when i finally got to the window to pay the girl working was so friendly, she was smiling and had a great attitude inspite of how slammed they were. She was quick and efficient without lacking in customer service. Next window to pick up my order, same type of service. Food was great, hot salty fries too boot!! Great experience overall and excellent service.
I just purchased a 10 peace chicken nuggets and they where very nasty I bit one and it had a very nasty Taste and I checked it after and the inside was like yellow in the middle with red dots and I called to let them know and the girl who answered said "I'm pretty shure they weren't bad but ok " she offered me to go get some other ones till the end . Bad customer service as well.
Since they put in 2 drive-through ordering stations, it takes longer to go through it than it used to. (2 ordering stations doesn't equal faster service; it makes a traffic jam!!) Also, they changed sodas & put Dr. Pepper in a former fruit punch line, so now it tastes like cherry Dr. Pepper. *Blech* I will say the employees were very nice, helpful, and accommodating.
I am not a fan of McDonald's by any stretch of the imagination. I will say this though their service is always very quick ancient sites in the Drive-Thru.
I have never had a decent experience at this location out of the 3 years I've lived in the area, and tonight was over the top. I waited in a line of 1 for about 15 minutes. 10 of those minutes, I was not greeted. After calling to them a couple times, the told me to hold on. I held for 5 more minutes for the man to tell me they're only taking cash. December 21st, 2018 at 1:30am. Check whoever worked that shift, drive thru. Just to mention the other times, I've had cold chicken nuggets before, cold fries, overly salted fries more than twice, it's just a terrible location that definitely needs some major adjustments because it seems to me nobody is being held accountable.
Only accept cash early morning and don t cook biscuits, I m adding this weeks later, still can t handle the flow at night, I hate this McDonald s at night
This location has the worse customer service and also having one of the rude's managers name Bryan in which he did not even take not of what happen in the Drive-Thru. This location does not even take responsibility for there actions
I've had nothing but problems with this McDonalds. Multiple times my order has completely forgotten and I've waited over 20 min for food that shouldn't take 5 to make. God help you if you go through the drive through at night I've been for over 10 min and still haven't even made it to the pay window and I'm not even sure why its taking so long. Go somewhere else the food will be better and you won't have to wait half as long for it.
