I drive 25 miles just to avoid the dealer that is 3 miles from my house. Good prices, the staff is always nice and helpful. Never had a issue at this dealer. They take care of their customers.

These guys are way overpriced and highly overrated. Their parts counter will sell you the wrong parts and their sales staff have zero communication between them. I urge shoppers to try hobbytime in Clinton or dream machines in KCMO I ve purchased from both and have had excellent experiences with both.

Derek was very informative! Casey was a class act. Even after telling Casey I went with another motorcycle at another dealership he was calm as a cucumber. He proceeded to tell me that they have a certified tech that works on those models and said he hoped he could still earn my business later.

To get the best deal do your research, know what your going to pay per month and stick to your budget. I never make a decision on site for the final number. They will be very persuasive if you are onsite. Get a price and tell them you need to talk it over with your spouse. Just don t make the decision on site. I saved 2k off MSRP. They still got there fees but I was happy. Stick to your price and let them call you back.

Stay strong and you will ride out knowing you got exactly what you wanted, at a fair price from a great team of folks.

Disclaimer: I was given a t-shirt to rate them on Google.

Ps. The internet is your friend when doing price research. I had one dealership tell me the A.D.M fees were 2900.00 bucks lol.

My experience here was overall good. My salesman Derek was eager to help and answered all of my questions. Maggie was organized and very efficient in handling all the paperwork. I would recommend freedom cycles to anyone.

Thank you to George and the entire Freedom Cycles staff. You really know how to make the customer feel valuable. The whole "dealership" experience is top-notch at Freedom Cycles. Thanks again, George, for starting off the experience the right way.

Staff was extremely helpful! Helped me choose the helmet specific for my riding style. Also purchased a bluetooth speaker system for my helmet in which they also installed. Big props to the staff at Freedom. The lady that assisted me took additional time with my product fitment and choice.

These folks are awesome. Super knowledgable and patient. It was more like talking shop than being sold something which is absolutely priceless in my eyes. Got me comfortable with my purchase of a new style of bike by answering my 1000 questions. The best part, if they didn t know they referred to someone in the building that did instead of BSing thru it. Thank you both Tyler s and Dereck! First Liter bike is now in the garage!!

I was in the market for an adventure bike about year ago. I stopped in to look at their ktms. The service and knowledge I received was the best in kc. I had my heart set on a brand they don't carry but because of how well I was treated I'll definitely purchase a bike from here some day. They followed up with a phone call about 2 weeks later. They aren't pushy and really care about getting you on the machine you want/need. I stop by from time to time and have the same experience each time. Keep up the good work!
