NEGATIVE STARS!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! These people will steal your money!!! So I didn t buy from them personally but I brung my friend here to get a car. FIRST OF ALL these people make you sit there all day and all night. We got there at 9 a.m. we didn t leave until 5 p.m. David kept saying he was coming but took forever each time he left to go do something. When he finally came back and she settled on a car everything was seeming to be moving smoothly. She went to test drive the car, the car worked fine! So she put her down payment down ($500) And was supposed to bring the other half back in the next two weeks. (Per David), now she really didn t want that car but he told her that after 6 mos she can come trade it in for something better. Now I specifically asked DAVID, will the car last 6 mos this man said yea...so She signed her contract we left! I kid you not as sooooon as she got the truck on the road the truck cut off and kept stalling out WHILE she was on the free way. She called him he told her to bring it back to fix it which she did! It drove fine for 2 days and then the issues happened again! So she had them to come pick it up...they did not refund her or anything they keep trying to make her keep the car. Please don t buy from them they lie and steal!!!! (This was the ghetto one with shot up windows and busted window we should have known better)

I was going to give them a 5 star rating but I keep getting the run around about my contract paper work. This is not my first time of getting a car from dealership but my experience with fredy kia is the worst ever. I got my car from this unprofessional, unorganized group of people over 1 month and they are still having issue to fix my paper work when I have been approved and drove of with my brand new 2018 kia sorento. They called 2weeks after to come sign some part of my paper work that was omitted. I'm just tired and sick of their unorganized and unprofessional attitude to the service I'm getting from them. Please fix what you need to fix and get me my acct number. I have been warned by Toyota where I first got my Camry not to go to this dealership that alot of crooked stuff were going on there. Stop calling or sending your staff to my work place. Fix all that needed to be fix and send me my acct number to start my car payment which I'm already ready for. Fix your problem

My salesman James Maddox is absolutely awesome. I had previously purchased from Fredy Kia and my car got flooded out last month. I went in to get another vehicle and I ran into James' smiling face in the parking lot. I made him promise that he was going to be the guy who was going to get me into a new Kia Soul. He did promised and did exactly what he said he would do. He followed the process all the way to the end. If you are looking for someone genuine, compassionate and not going to tell you false information just to get you to let them run your credit in hopes for a sale!! I would highly recommend seeing Leslie here at Fredy Kia, I luckily got set up with her randomly and I will forever refer her to my friends, family, and so on so forth. I came to her with a legit issue that not a lot of people could understand, judge me, or classify me into one specific category of customers. She did not tell me any false pretenses that would get my hopes up, to later be crushed my a denial or a 700$ monthly payment. Leslie helped me out even after I left the dealership, this women is a real human being who will help you with all her power to 1. Boost your confidence in a time of self destruction/ financial burden/ etc
2. Help you every step of the way to make sure she is helping you not just her paycheck each month

Called one day before to confirm, they don t have any idea who hires, what day to start, or what they want people for. Talked to a person called Rafael, who I had the interview with, who also was the one I called to confirm and told me I was supposed to come, without even been noticed!! That person told me to come a week after and I show up and they still have no idea positions were open! I declined more jobs in order to stay at kia, came twice and still they don t know positions are open. They just played with my time. THANK YOU FREDDY KIA!

I dealt with Sam who was not personable from the second I sat at his desk. He immediately began drawing up papers without asking me what I was interested in and began trying to force a deal. I showed him a online listing of two different vehicles on his lot and he proceeded to say he couldn't honor either of those prices and blamed the internet people... When I questioned his offer he kept interrupting me and was very disprectful and unprofessional in the way he talked. When I asked to have my keys back he kept trying to talk over me and make a deal. Would not recommend this experience to anyone and I have bought multiple cars and dealt with very nice and caring people in the past at other dealerships.

They lie about everything and only if you call them on it, will they change their tune. I am warning everyone I can to stay clear of these thieves and spend their money at a better dealership. I know I will in 5 months when I buy my daughters car. If you go here, you will likely get ripped off but you have been warned. STAY AWAY!

Went with my sister to have her sorento get fixed under a recall. No service person came out as we waited. Any service I've ever been to someone has always came out and help me with in a reasonable amount of time. Not here. There was no other customer around being helped. Had to go in and ask for help after they sat there and stared at us. The lady we spoke with was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful. Will never come back here and will steer everyone somewhere else.

I bought a vehicle here thinking I would get approved drive the car and when payment comes make the payment. Well the car they picked, was a Ford Focus with a hood that had chipped paint, a radio screen that was black and not able to see change stations. On top of everything else the vehicle had no horn. I asked about the radio before I even bought the vehicle. I asked for the vehicles history report and it was never given to me. I was told they could not make any repairs on the vehicle until the sale was finalized. This I think is poor salesmanship. I have been waiting three weeks and sales manager as well as the sales rep tell me they are not going to make repairs until sale is finalized. Whether the sale gets finalized or not you have a vehicle that obviously needs repairs and a buyer willing to over look cosmetic like chipped hood, but no horn? You can not even pass an inspection with a working horn. The vehicle is vunerable to being broke into with out anyone knowing because of not having a horn to even sound the alarm. They are so worried about making a sale and not focusing on the quality of service they are giving to the customer. Only reason gave them three stars was they were nice when I walked in and very helpful in getting things in price range but did not give me any options. When ask if I had other opitions, they told me I had to have more money down. At the end if the day I am praying that I can get the issues fixed. Fredy Kia will approve you but it will take all day. So bring a blanket. Most if their sales persons are relatively new with an exception of a few

I will never buy another vehicle from this place again. Warning to anyone that buys a used vehicle from this place. I bought a 2017 Nissan Altima from here about 3 months ago. After buying the car I brought the car to a mechanic that I have been using for years to have them look it over. The air intake filter was plugged up, The brake pads had been run down to the metal, the car had 2 different sets of tires on it. The front passenger side tire had a plug in the side wall. I thought the driver side fog light just needed to be replaced because it was out. It was totally disconnected from the wire harness.I thought the guy was joking with me. He took me in the shop and had me visually see everything that he found. I was in shock especially when the salesman told me that every used car gets a 21 point inspection when it first come in. It's all a lie, I warn anyone looking for a used car stay clear away from the place.

My vehicle had issues and they lied and said it will be ready in 24 hour as they dont let you know what's going on you call get the run around. They fixed it the first time had to bring it back to dealership five days later for the samething. I never had a dealership treat customers so poorly. The vehicle been at the shop more days than I had to experience it. I think I'm going to call the finance bank and let them know whats going on since they can't communicate with me.

Unprofessional group of people. This place only replies to good reviews and ignore the bad ones. No attempt to rectify or acknowledge it.THINK TWICE BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS PLACE. Every time I call, it takes them at least 45 seconds to answer the phone. Out of the eight times I've called only once was it answered by the third ring. Most important, I was given a We Owe slip to pay for my first payment and they have declined to honor it. No help from anyone, including managers, about resolving this issue or answering any questions. It feels like once they know they made the sale you don't matter to them.

Randy Jackson the sales guy was very rude and unprofessional. He lied and talked to me in a very unprofessional and unethical way. I only came to this location because Mark the internet sales manager invited me in after filling out the credit application. When I get there I asked for Mark, Randy say have a seat I will be helping you today. I asked where is Mark? Randy says that oh Mark is just the internet sales manager I sale the cars. I then ago ahead and proced with Randy. I asked Randy was he going to run my credit again because Mark stated to me that it didn't need to be ran again because I had already did the credit application. Randy stated to me that he wasn't going to run it. Got up from his desk and came back and said you have to go over to our other lot cause of your repo. Started giving me directions how to get there and I'm looking like what the hell are you talking about. I said mmm excuse me I was dropped off, his response was it's not fair. I said mmm if you're all are sending me to your sister store you can at least drop me off. By this time I feel like I have wasted me time coming here. Why I ask for Mark again, Randy stated he is in the call center and he don't make the decisions. I call Mark line and of course got his voicemail. Randy finally found someone to take me over to the sister or should I say their in house financing location. But before leaving I asked Randy why did he lie about running my credit. He sits in my face and said I didn't run it, but Randy not knowing I'm notified every time someone runs my credit. So when he was caught in his lie he got loud and tried to over talk me. I asked for his business card he said I don't have a business card. I said well I will be putting a review online for how you habe acted. Oh Randy didn't like that and then tells the driver no don't take her she can call her own ride. I then ask to put in a complaint and Ceaser the manager tried to fix Randy answers. I told Ceaser no fix up needed, the driver then dropped me off around the corner to their sister location without even informing them that they was sending me over. All in all I'm not a happy camper.

Kia Fredy is a big scam. They post a Nissan on CarGurus for a cash price, so I called and spoke with Ezra. And we agree to sell it for certain price CASH. So I've traveled from north west all the way to the scam dealer kia Fredy, when I get there they told me oooooh the car is for finance not for cash, i've showed them the text msg from Ezra. They say the cash you have put it as down payment and will put you on $300 monthly payment. They waisted my time and ruined my day. If you read my review don't go to Kia Fredy it's a scam. All these five stars reviews are paid and fake. Go read bottom reviews you will know what happened to real people like me.

Ashley Castillo was a wonderful help in getting me my new 2020 Kia Optima as a trade-in! Though there was limited selection, I'm glad she was able to provide the assistance needed in getting something decent. The rearview camera helps immensely in parallel parking as well as backing out of parking lots and tight spaces! The lane keep assist and blind side notification is also extremely helpful! Can't say I made the wrong choice in coming to Fredy Kia!! Thank you guys!

Went to Fredy Kia to lease a new car after leasing before with a different Kia dealership. After negotiations it was agreed upon that I would receive my car for 36 months at 12k miles a year. I signed just to find out that not only was my lease a 48 month, but it was also 10k miles a year. I called to talk to a service manager and was told that if they shortened my lease I would have higher payments as if I was lying about the situation. I ve tried to contact corporate and they have been no help at all. Never leasing at Fredy Kia or with Kia again.

Absolutely horrible service last Friday bought a Kia Rio got the insurance only to have Jose call Saturday night saying that the bank said no to our application and he acted confused as if he had no clue of what he was doing then Johnny Johnson got involved and he didn't help the situation long story short asked for the refund Monday they said the check would take 24hr to process didn't get my money until Wednesday night all because of one guy not knowing how to do his job correctly. This place is a joke they will waste your time and not care.

The salesman gave us a great experience. Everything was simple. We wanted the New Optima that was published in the newspaper ad. There was no bait and switch. No attempt to upsell. they had one in stock that matched the MSRP listed in the paper. My wife liked the color. So they gave us the price that was printed in the paper. No fuss. The real surprise was on our trade. Many times if a dealership has to sell an ad car (which they sometimes don't like to do) they will try to 'hold' on the trade. Their first offer was only $500 less than what I was hoping for. I asked for that extra $500 and they gave it to us. There was no excessive back and forth. No 'desk turn'. No pressure. We love the car. We love the deal we got. Ask for Abe when you go. The finance manager (I don't recall his name) had a little 'leg room' worked into the payment. This is done so they have a chance to sell you warranties and gap insurance without your payment going up dramatically in the box (the finance office). Calculate your own payment so you know if they are trying this. I had a google docs sheet set up on my phone so I could check their payment calculations. They were high by $30 a month until I declined all the warranties. To be clear, they were not being dishonest. This is a fairly common practice. They did not represent the inflated payment as a mathematical result. It should be taken as 'this is what the dealerships hopes you will agree to pay after you buy the warranty we will offer you'. They didn't lie to me. It is a warranty sales tactic, not a deception.
