My salesman James Maddox is absolutely awesome. I had previously purchased from Fredy Kia and my car got flooded out last month. I went in to get another vehicle and I ran into James' smiling face in the parking lot. I made him promise that he was going to be the guy who was going to get me into a new Kia Soul. He did promised and did exactly what he said he would do. He followed the process all the way to the end. I am definitely putting my stamp of approval on Fredy Kia because James made it a an easy and enjoyable experience . Thanks a billion James andto the Fredy Kia dealership for keeping me rolling.
