After reading all the reviews, I wish I would have seen them before I went there. .. the service department is the worse. .. I ran over something on the road and I took it up there for them to look at my 2012 kia sorrento and they said we are way to busy. They can only do oil changes. Mind you my car is leaking gasoline now because of me running over something is that is very dangerous and they didnt care and acted like its not an emergency...to make a long story short i will take my vehicle to another kia dealership
