For sure the WORST experience we have ever had purchasing a car. We purchased a suv that was falsely advertised as a more expensive model. Which we realized after the purchase, to make up for that we had settled with the sales manager for a 2 year service plan and floor mats that would "supposedly" be sent by mail . Every time (3times a week)we would call our sales rep (Dillion) and the sales manager about when the service plan and floor mats would come in they would completely blow us off and say they would call us back, and yet to receive a call after a month!!!Then they had to replace the windshield because it was basiclally coming out. They said its a same day job and yep that took about 2 weeks with out our car. This dealer is all around horrific and obviously was just in it for the sale but not for the customer after the sale.
On that note, if you are considering to purchase a car here please save your time and go somewhere else. And yes, I would love if someone from the dealership contact me.
