Arrived at 8:03 am, was told I needed a tire press...

Arrived at 8:03 am, was told I needed a tire pressure sensor replaced in my back passenger tire. I was told it would take only 45 minutes. Almost two hours later, then I'm late for my appointment, which I mentioned at arrival, that if it's going to be longer than expected, I will return at an later time. I ended up paying an $25 late fee for missing my original appointment time,and that alone, ruined my morning. Not a satisfied customer.
