Made an appointment for my 2016 Chevy Camaro having transmission trouble..they had the service manager go for a ride who by the way is judgemental
and condescending ..basically the prob is an intermittently but during the ride it acted normal they kept the vehicle until it warmed up but wouldn't look at it until much later in day. The gave me a ride home and 20 min later I got a call saying to co back and get the car because the machine they would use was broken and would call me in a few days and set up another appoint..never head a word back from them..if your are looking great service and to be treated like a person I suggest not going to Franklin Chevy. I ended up going to Daniel's bishop in metter and let me tell you how good it feels to have the service manager and the techs there all treat you like you were family and solve your issues in a timely manor..Franklin Chevrolet I will never be back you have lost a customer forever
