Tried renting a home near Seattle, WA that was managed by this company. My wife and I were the first people to view the house and immediately wanted to rent and was told we would be sent an application by email. Never received the email and when we asked why the FPI employee Courtney said she promised the house to a personal friend. What an unprofessional company who will deliberately waste your time. Will never rent a home if it is managed by this company.
