Needs a night light in the room between the bedroom and bathroom but otherwise fantastic stay!
The service is excellent and the snowman don't even say
This place is fantastic! Would go back in a heartbeat given the opportunity.
We had a magical stay at the Four Seasons with the most courteous and accommodating hotel staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need.
We stayed in the Premier Suite which is generous in size and beautifully furnished with panoramic views of the mountains. The amenities and spa are top notch as well as the food.
A special thank you to Alex for his generosity and attentiveness in making our stay so memorable! We'll be back soon!
Wow! Beautiful rooms, amazing restaurant (Sidecut) and amazing spa!!!
We stayed here for a friends wedding & absolutely loved it. It s beautifully decorated? the rooms were really well laid out & seemed to be recently updated, and service was top notch. All the staff was very friendly & went out of their way to accommodate any requests we had.
It s about a 15min to the main village, which we thought would be a bit inconvenient. But ended up actually enjoying the walk (they also have a shuttle & car service if you re not into walking)
If I could've given them 0 star, I wouldn't hesitate .My worst stay in Whistler by far. I have been in delta, Fairmont , embark and Hilton. This is not even close. Don't waste your time and money there and don't ruin your vacation by them.
We did not get the room we booked " superior king room" and when we complained, they told us this is our king room which was different from the pictures on the websit. The bed was extremely smaller and there was no sofa bed there.
The front desk and her manager were way too rude. We signed up for early checkin (2pm) and they made us wait for 2 hours because they are so busy! No apology whatsoever and when we complained, the manager made my wife show him the checkin email and asked if the word " guarantee" there?!!! When I said I will never be back here he replied " I am sorry if you feel that way".
very unprofessional and childish attitude.
What is missing is a nice, cozy bar. Otherwise, perfect stay and service.
never coming back since you campaign against the Canadian Oil industry. My family earned dollars will be spent at Revelstoke
Came to have dinner at Sidecut. The wagyu steak was delicious!! It was perfect and melted in my mouth.
The breakfast spread is full of variety and tasty options. The shuttle was quick to get around town. The spa was beautiful with a relaxing space to use whether or not you get a treatment, although the massage was good too. The service was excellent and the room was absolutely 5 star! My new favorite place to go skiing!
Excellent attention to every detail. Great pool with friendly staff.
My go-to in Whistler. Absolutely love that I can bring my puppy with no extra charge. Staff are always courteous and if you ask they often give upgrades. King sized beds are to die for. Perfect for a one to two night getaway from the city! The pool and hottub are is open year round so it's lovely to go for a toasty soak surrounded by snow. The valet is also quick and efficient.
Loved it.....so friendly and unbelievably helpful....many thanks
Had drinks at the bar, Sidecut. Good service and a great selection behind the bar top.
We had a bit of a rough start, but Evan the manager was incredibly kind and did everything he could to make our stay up to the four seasons standard.
Loved our stay here. Clean comfy rooms. Excellent staff
I spent a 3 day stay at the hotel taking advantage of the staycation discount for BC residents. I was disappointed that in my package the spa remains closed even though they do state this in small print if you look up the spa on any travel site it states open and they do include a spa discount in there advertising which you don't get. The mountain shop is also closed, the last update on its door is from March 22. The pool area is open at reduced hours. Even with the discount this hotel is not cheap and although these things are minor I just expect top notch in a brand that states they are 5 stars and we all know how that went over in Vancouver with the recent loss of our Four Seasons. There is no housekeeping during your stay, in fact I didn't see anybody vacuum the hallways or wipe down the darkened elevators.(for some reason the elevators had reduced lighting) I did see one person in the lounge. I was told if I needed anything I could call, however no need as my room was well stocked. The rooms are are bare, all menus, hotel amenities, travel books, etc are gone. You have to scan a QR code with your phone for menus and hotel guidelines. The grounds are beautiful. The staff were friendly and check in was efficient. The shower in my room had good water pressure. There were some stains on the carpeted areas in my room and what looked like to be maybe a previous water leak on the wall in the bathroom. It was your typical mountain hotel with the dark wood. The bed had a soft mattress but I slept okay. I posted my review on the restaurant in a seperate post which was excellent. They have a shuttle to go to the village which I did not use but likely has to be pre booked. It is about a 16 minute walk which is pleasant.
The Four Seasons never disappoints and is always top class. Pricey but you get what you pay for at this hotel.
Great location within walking distance to the village. Great amenities and well trained staff.
Renovations are nice, but bathroom only had surface tweaks. Management was pleasurable to deal with but other staff is inexperienced definitely not to the Four Seasons standards I ve come to expect. Four Seasons Whistler is not on par with Montreal, Toronto, etc. However, feel we paid a fair rate for room. Overall, will stay again.
Gorgeous rooms (all with fireplaces!) and amazing service... so friendly but also refined. Exactly what you would expect from Four Seasons. Best hotel in Whistler!
Lavish. Professional. Very good value for money.
I enjoyed my stay there.
I had such a wonderful room witch the best views also the spa and pool s are very nice to swim in wile it s snowing
False advertising!!! We thought we were getting high end and we walked into a very disappointing place. Very 80s decor and the stairs were so dangerous!
The most wonderful hotel to stay in. The staff are gracious and professional which made the stay even better. Thank you!
Everything was fantastic. Thank you Afonso for making our stay very enjoyable.
We will be back !
people who go to a luxury hotel except high quality service from valet, to spa, to room services to everyone that work there . Everyone is greeted by all staff and all questions are answer immediately or as soon as possible, the reason the staff does this is because they love their jobs and it shows and guests spend more than the average hotels. I love staying here, like all places its hard to achieve 5 stars, each time but I still would come back in the winter and definitely try the spa
Amazing. Definitely my favourite hotel in Whistler. The rooms are always so spacious and comfortable. The spa is hands down the best as well. The decor is beautiful and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Bonus is the shuttle to the village. If you haven t stayed here, would highly recommend.
Whistlers best hotel, without a shadow of a doubt. The location isn't as good as other hotels in Whistler Village or the upper village, however the ski concierge at the foot of the slopes caters for many of the comforts is ski in ski out accommodations
Amazing facility and experience with great helpful staff
We have always stayed at fairmont chateau but as a friend recommend four seasons we stayed a night and couldn't be happier. This is where we are going to stay from now on. Excellent, friendly service. Everything was more than perfect!
What a wonderful experience; great ambiance; helpful employees; food from the top drawer and wonderfully presented. The weekend BBQ was well worth the experience with value for money
Very nice hotel, with beautiful outdoor pool, in 5-minute walking distance from the Blackcomb mountain gondola.
It is a hotel with all the amenities of a 5-star resort but its personalized service is what makes it more representative and its main plus seriously does not make you want to leave since everything is impeccable make you feel better than at home the spa is the most you can not imagine my wife is pregnant and the massage they did was the only thing I ask her to remove her back pain do not hesitate to come
My husband and I went for one evening to celebrate our anniversary. Since we have three children, it is hard to get away for any length of time.
The staff was terrific, from the moment we checked in it was a wonderful experience.
A funny side story when first arrived in Whisler we pulled over and asked for directions to a trail we wanted to go for a walk. The man who had given us directions on the side of the road ended up being one of the hotel concierges.
I highly recommend if you are going to be in Whistler to stay here. It is worth it.
Wonderful hotel. Our room was extremely spacious, with one of the largest washrooms I've seen in a hotel together with a closet across. The room was well appointed and had a gas fireplace, it made the room extra cozy before going to sleep. Service was flawless and everyone greated you with respect.
My favorite place to stay and enjoy some poolside drinks! Great atmosphere, great hot tubs and good service.
Wonderful place to stay but restaurants close too early and you hardly can get good food after 9 pm
Lovely stay at the Four Seasons. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Masks were required in the hotel, which I appreciate the extra precautions at a time like this! There was hand sanitizer everywhere. Our suite was a lovely design and layout. The bed and bedding was the comfiest I've ever slept in! There were a few maintenance issues that could have been taken care of before they rented the room. There were light bulbs burnt out, a toilet paper holder was almost falling apart and one of the showers could have used an extra scrub. The deck was so wonderful for morning coffee and gazing at the beautiful fall leaves and the mountain. Overall a great experience and hope to come back soon. The outdoor courtyard was the cutest thing ever too.
We had a celebratory dinner at Sidecut. The food was fantastic, and the service was very attentive. Highly recommended.
What a stunning Hotel, and while the $$$ keep flowing, the experiences continue to be dramatically better than most others in the area.
The hotel and room was very clean and beautiful. The soaker tub are very relaxing. The house car is great, especially when it's your first time in Whistler and you don't know where abouts you are. Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, I slipped and busted my elbow pretty bad on black ice by the hot tub. It's not a very well lit area so you can't see it's black ice until you are on the ground crying in pain. They should have warning signs and put salt. My elbow and my back was bothering the rest of the evening so I didn't enjoy my stay as much. The first Aid attended helped me with bandages and disinfected wipes. Then there was the issue with the amount of people in the hot tub. Too many people, and same people staying in hot tub for over an hour. Most people would come out, hoping to go in the tub then had to go back inside. Also the pool was cold. Our room key wouldn't work in the elevator so we had to wait in the parking 1 elevator until someone came in to take us to the lobby level. Besides all that, we were happy with our room
Very nice property and grounds. Would give a higher rating but had clothing stolen out of my suitcase in the room. Staff here appear to work very hard and it s sad that it only takes one to screw up a good thing.
Needs outdoor shower at pool. Everything else is top notch
5 star experience all around! One of the best hotels we ever stayed at. Service was excellent and our room very spacious with a super comfortable bed and big modern bathroom. Can highly recommend this place.
Stunning resort with 5 star amenities and customer service
Fantastic hotel near Whistler, BC, Canada.
2010 site of Winter Olympics
Facilities are very well kept. Staff were all very welcoming and the rooms were perfect. A fantastic experience I will definitely be back
My wife and I have stayed at the Four Seasons several times now and we absolutely love it. Service is excellent, rooms are nice, amenities are all great. The only reason I give it four stars is that the food is just obsurdly over priced. It is good, but not worth the money. Other than that, five stars all the way. Love the location too, but it's not in the center of the Village, so it's a short walk, but the trade off is that it's a lot quieter on the weekends.
Just what you expect from a Four Seasons hotel. Luxury and 1st class service throughout! The room I stayed in was 1st class. As ever, you get what you pay for, so don t expect it to be cheap!
Excellent deep tissue massage with Melissa. When she found some trigger points she used stretching plus massage to work that entire muscle.
Very nice hotel in walking distance to the city. Excellent service and great rooms. Unfortunately, the breakfast is not great for European guests. I would have expected more in a five star hotel than just the American average.
Does not get better than this. Legendary Four seasons quality. Amazing spa and amenities.
Absolutely amazing place. My friend and I went during Covid-19 in the middle of the week and we were given a very generous upgrade and basically had the hotel to ourselves. Rohit, the night supervisor took care of us and he made our trip that much more memorable. The food was great, amenities were on point and the staff very attentive to our needs while following the Covid safety guidelines mandated by the government. I highly recommend staying here if possible!
The first time I was here I had a good experience, so I booked here again for a short trip I had to Whistler. The last experience wasn't good at all. The room I was given needed cleaning, and the air conditioning didn't work well. I was too tired to complain about it. I probably wouldn't stay here again.
You feel like somebody here. Great
restaurants.
