Had a wedding ceremony there and had drinks /applies in the bar. Good service but quite pricy. Beautiful decor and great service
Best place in Whistler.
Service is impeccable, the resort has been renovated recently and the rooms are top notch.
Highly recommended.
The most luxurious hotel in Whistler hands down! Great staff!
First class resort for family! best staff and food.
Best place to stay In Whistler.
Thank you for an amazing holiday
Welcoming staff and amazing rooms. Excellent service with great accommodation for children as well as adults. Really enjoyed the stay!
***Review for Spa only***
Visited the Spa this weekend with my sister-in-law and relaxed our faces off. We each had 50min massages (mine prenatal, hers Swedish) and the design for you facials.
We were so happy with everything!!
Wow. Everything was amazing. I was particularly impressed with the valet and room service.
Went to the Sidecut Bistro inside the restaurant. The patio was absolutely fantastic with such a nice view. The service was excellent and the food was also awesome!
Was at the Four Seasons for there weekly BBQ during the summer. The food and service we received was fantastic. Will be back for another BBQ before the summer ends for sure.
Food was good but we have had issues with getting our order right so far
It's quite expensive. But the service isn't on par. The front lobby staff was too busy on their phones to help us out. The room service adds on a $5 delivery fee and 17% gratuity???? The valet was $45 a night but the valet couldn't drive manual. I was wondering why it took him 15 minutes to get my car until he stalled my car RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME then proceeded to get out and say sorry I don't drive manual. if he couldn't drive manual he could have let me known and I would have gladly driven it.
Excellent hotel. But some hidden fees along the way. Room service etc.
Excellent service with a personal touch. Always willing to help out. A special thanks to John for driving us around and offering suggestions of things to do.
We had a great stay. No complaints at all. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
Or family had a fantastic stay. The hotel staff were all fabulous to work with. The room, the pool, the service - all 5 star. Will be back for sure!
I stayed here for the first two weeks in September 2019. I booked a deluxe room with balcony. The staff were very helpful and courteous during my stay and are a credit to the hotel. I include the cleaners in that as they did a top notch job.
For a 5 star hotel you have 24 hour room service although there are limits on what you can get. The rooms are nice and reasonably big but the shower room is awesome. The shower room is a big space and looks beautiful. Slippers, robes, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are all provided. There's also air conditioning and a fake log fire that looked pretty good.
The free shuttle service to town is real handy but you may have to wait 10 minutes or so if it's in heavy use. Mind you, the town is only a 10 minute walk away.
There's also a heated outdoor pool and a spa along with a gym. Never used these so I can't comment on them.
The hotel has various things going on at different times of the year so it's worth reading the information booklets provided in the room.
Bottom line... I would stay here again but park the car in town.
We loved our stay here. Staff super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the ski concierge, it was well managed and really convenient to use. The hotel itself is beautiful and really clean.
Although is far from village Is my favourite hotel in whistler
Always my go to stay in Whistler! Great staff! great amenities! Always recommend to my friends.
Nice resort friendly staff great location will definaly go back
Dinner at sidecut was phenomenal. Great service from Bob, amazing steaks, sides were delicious, highly recommend it.
My children call it the "Palace in the Mountains". Amazing service - seriously the team here is the best.
Stayed there as part of a conference and upgraded to a one bedroom suite. 10 minute walk from the main street of the resort area.
Had a phenomenal experience at the spa. Front desk staff were all accommodating and friendly, facilities were clean, and for the quality of treatment we received, the pricing was reasonable. Will definitely visit again!
Very nice rooms. Love the double doors in connecting rooms, definitely sound proof. Amazing bed and pillows, you can also expect Four Seasons quality service and food. I'm not giving it 5 stars because it's a Blackcomb oriented hotel. The Ski Valet it's only at Blackcomb mountain, if you're skiing at Whistler you're going to have a hard time carrying your ski equipment back and forth, also overall hotel amenities are ok but not over the edge, little lobby and Spa. I would return but don't expect a wow factor when you step in.
Gorgeous hotel, but soured experience. Specifically called before booking to ensure the room I was about to book had a balcony, and when they said no, I upgraded to a room they told me did have a balcony. When we got to the room, we saw this, so I called the front desk, but they insisted this was considered a balcony. We had to upgrade yet again to get an actual balcony that we could enjoy. They weren t helpful or accommodating. Everything else was beautiful here: decor, pools, library.
Great service, it was a bit out of the way from the village but they have a car service.
Service and people are so amazing!! Always a wonderful experience and the care and attention to detail my 2 daughters got was incredible! Thanks!
Nothing spared as expected. Staff go above and beyond. If you want to chill and decompress this is it.
This place is amazing , I would recommend to any and everyone.
This is my favorite spa in Whistler! The rmts are always amazing. I love that the pool is heated in the winter. Yes the bar is a little pricey ex. $22 for a house glass of wine but worth it for the atmosphere :)
Well thought out room. Not just configured like typical hotel room. True resort like atmosphere. Great courtyard. Friendly staff. I bit far from lifts and main village area, but also means a quiet family friendly stay.
The hotel is OK, but it is not really a great hotel. The service is spotty. The ski concierge constantly misplaces things. We have had our ski poles bent on two different occasions. I think the problem is that they hire seasonal employees who are not well trained. This is probably the best hotel in Whistler, but it is not an amazing hotel.
Beautiful place and service at the top. Not in the center but with a shuttle service.
Very clean new and luxury hotel. Located in upper village.
Free shuttle ride to the village running till 10 pm. The lounge in the hotel was pretty nice good food and spirits.
My wife and I have stayed here 3 times and this hotel is simply the best. If you need a place to stay in Whistler, then look no further. The staff is extremely friendly, and helpful. The rooms are very modern, and clean. The peak season shuttle into the village is a nice touch, or during less busy times of year a ride in one of the house Mercedes is always great. The spa, is really nice but a bit pricey. The new room service menu is really nice with a bunch of decent dishes for only $6. Overall we give the Four Seasons a 9/10 and we look forward to our next stay.
The Resort was the best whoever wants a five star experience stay at the four seasons Whistler
Amazing food service, Beautiful Fireplace, comforting bed with luxury balcony looking on to forest. Bathrooms include both tub and standing shower. Great stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons Whistler. The service from ever department was excellent. The shuttle and house car were very convenient.
Best hotel in Whistler....awesome rooms, great first class service... won't be disappointed!!
Great service, great room!! i had a great experience there!!
I called the day before my check in to notify them that my two dogs will be joining me. They easily accommodated and they have dog beds, dog bowls, treats, bottle water all ready in the room when we checked in. All the staff from valet to house keeping all had great service!! highly recommended.
For this type of high end place the service shouldn't just be good but great and it was bad. After order our drinks and told the fire pit would be turned on for us it never was and we almost froze our butts off (smoking so we couldn't go in). I'd never go back.
Maybe it's because we came during the offseason (October), but the service at the valet and Sidecut was lacking. We also had a bottle of cleaning solution left at the foot of our bed when we got to our room. My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons in Vancouver the night before and that was great. If anything, it seemed to highlight that this wasn't the typical Four Seasons' experience. As a side, the front desk and the grounds were amazing.
The rooms are expensive $600 per night easily. But it's close to the ski resort, offers spa, hot swimming pool, hot tube and steamroom.
Excellent customer service and great lodging facility. Had a great time staying there!
Big comfy rooms with large spacious bathrooms. The valet parking was super helpful.
Perhaps the nicest place to stay in whistler. We used to stay at the Fairmont, however after the valet damaged our vehicle they refused to take responsibility. The pool is great and there are multiple hot tubs. The restaurant is ok. My rating based on hotel only. They are pet friendly and even supplied a bed and treats for our little terrier. We will be back again and again. Suite was spacious with an awesome walk in closet. Beds were super comfy. Staff very professional and accommodating.
The service was amazing. They checked us in early, arranged birthday dinner reservations @ Sidecut. We were too full for dessert but they put together a complimentary arrangement of small sweets for us to enjoy in lieu of a rich dessert. The property is gorgeous and I can't wait to go back!
I like this place a lot. It s super nice as all 4 seasons should be.
We just returned from our trip to the Four Seasons, everything was impeccable and we had a lovely and relaxing time. The highlight of the trip was Kate at the front desk. She was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We will return based on our experience with Kate!
Great hotel. Awesome amenities. Great service. Very family friendly as well.
The property is nice, though smaller compared to other 4 Seasons properties. Overall really enjoyed the stay and got a great deal for a 5 star resort via Expedia. Although a very good property, it didn t stand out from other very good properties (missing the differentiator).
The longer walk to the lower village (~15min) is somewhat mitigated by buses, an evening four seasons shuttle, and an on demand four seasons car service (expect to tip for the latter two).
Restaurant on site was excellent. Had high expectations for the food given the property name and food price and was not disappointed.
Pool and outdoor area was generally good and thought out, just a little on the small side. They have an on-site husky dog which is a great addition for dog lovers, though she is kept in the back room and only taken out on request. Would suggest letting the dog out to the outdoor area more often.
Room was large, comfortable and quiet, came with a gas fireplace which was a nice touch.
Overall, I would stay at the property again at the discounted prices but given a lack of differentiators and longer traveling time to the village, would likely not pay full prices.
A place you want to go to stay again. The pool is fantastic, the hot towel service showing how much the hotel care for the resident
Perfect ! A smiling and friendly staff, large comfortable rooms, excellent bedding. No complaints !
By far the nicest place there. The service, rooms and food are brilliant - truly a memorable place. And they wait for you with hot chocolate at the foyer in the winter! The restaurant and room service food are also very good. Great breakfast and also loved in the in-house stores and booking offices for activities and the like.
Great service, Great staff ,we stayed for new year and just loved the service, cozy rooms with nice fire place
One of the better 4 Seasons in their brand, really just everything about it is fantastic. The prices are too, but a dozen eggs at Nester's were 5.15 $CAN so I think Whistler Municipality has their own tax - there has to be some reason why ALL of Whistler is so outlandishly expensive
First class resort First Class People, super pet friendly
One of my favorite vacations so far! The resort has everything you need. Our room was a bit outdated, but I believe they will be going through an upgrade. The view, the restaurant, and the bath products made up for it! If I could reccomend one addition it would be to add another outdoor sauna, the one there was always full!
