Great service! Very nice rooms, staff is very attentive and friendly

This is my first review about hotels and this is pretty much my favourite! We had the Superior King executive suite which was majestic. All attendants, staff are very very friendly. Too good to be true but indeed it was. Facility was great and fitness centre was amazing. I will come back to this wonderful place again. Very warm hospitality and again they helped us from start to end. Kudos to the management and staff. Really felt welcome

Hotel staff were great but the restaurant staff was lacking professional services and prices were expensive for drinks.

Words can not express how impressed we are with the outstanding service. Upon check in until check out, each staff we encountered went above and beyond to accommodate each request we had. Thank you Four Seasons for making out stay memorable

We had the greatest time during our stay. The service is fantastic, little touches make it worth the money. The gym is one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel. I would not recommend the restaurant if you are in a hurry to be anywhere, we found the service to be quite slow.

A really beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly. Everything is overpriced but if you can spot a discounted rate I say go for it. I should add, the pool is so great. One of the highlights of our stay.

The hotel is is quite far from most things and felt out dated in the rooms compared to the price. Service is good but feels distant from other things in the village. I probably won't go back there just cause of location but it's nice if you want some private get away time. Breakfast was great though and the hotel itself is very nice. You should visit if you can for some downtime and relaxation.

Our favorite place to stay in Whistler by far. Fantastic staff and cozy rooms. Perfect location within walking distance of the village.

It's a great resort with maintained facilities. The only thing is be careful if you are booking from a third party website to make sure whatever room listed is as provided. I had to negotiate my options and persuade reception that the room I have booked is with a mountain view. I had to show them the listing website where I booked my trip. I booked from bookings dot com. However, Gabriella, the front desk manager did her best to help us with satisfaction. I would come to this resort again but will double check with hotel about my booking.

Even not brand new but I can smell the four season style mood here, woody spacious, fire place......etc. Conditions are all well maintained, good quality bedding. Low seasons price is very reasonable, come here to enjoy a wonderful short holiday break. Good idea to be away. Btw, good service

Something people should know about when visiting the area is that very few places will allow you to park large SUVs with ski or gear boxes on them because of height restrictions. So on our visit the four seasons was basically the only place we could go to park. Even while not staying with them they allowed us to park with them. That flexibility is why I give them 5 stars.
