This resort is incredible. I have never stayed in such a nice room in my life! So much space, and the staff is overwhelmingly accommodating and kind. I stayed here for a work trip and it was a beautiful backdrop for the event. The views and proximity to Whistler Village can't be beat!

The service was poor this time. The staff at the front desk encountered during check-in were not very professional and unhelpful. When I went down and asked for a room change, I met a higher-level one and took the initiative and helped. The ski concierge is relatively busy, but sometimes I don t see the staff, or when I see it, I don t take the initiative to help. I stayed for nine days, at least four or five days without anyone to help. I have to go and put my shoes on my own and serve. Obviously worse than the last time I stayed. Next time, you may choose a better location, and it is convenient to go to the hotel of the ski resort.

The room was good and comfy. But we booked a room that allows us to smoke in balcony, but when we reached there, they said the whole resort is non-smoking (which they could tell us before booking). The breakfast buffet was not available due to COVID-19 and the room price was still the same. Everything movie in TV needed subscriptions or purchasing. Wi-Fi was bad. Overall i felt its a 3 star hotel.

Excellent service. Tim and Joseph at the bar downstairs made sure we were taken care of even though we were not staying at the hotel. They setup the fire pit and heaters so we could enjoy cigars out on the patio.

Most remarkable hotel I ve ever had the experience of enjoying. Not a thing I would change other than how the time seemed to fly by! My husband and I spent a weekend here from bellingham for our anniversary. I would come up every chance I could if it were up to me!

Love it here. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay great. Only problem is our children now think all hotels will be this way!! Simply put, the best hotel and we keep coming back!

Love this hotel. The decors are amazing and the staff are welcoming. We were brought a small cup of hot cider (I think) while we were checking in. My favourite part about the hotel are their pillows. They have the fluffiest pillows ever! So huggable. Complimentary valet parking for residents of BC + 15% off. Would definitely come back again.

Kind of snotty ushers, wouldn t let me use the luggage carrier; really made me feel uncomfortable. Spa showers were dirty. If you re vegan, plan to eat somewhere else.. Televisions in rooms are very limited. Can t watch Netflix or any smart television links.
Would not stay here again, even if they paid me.

It is extremely homey at the four seasons Whistler with great decor and the staff are amazing. The bathrooms are super spacious! I love the live music that they have here during the winter months. Most importantly their free hot chocolate with marshmallow or smores in the courtyard is the icing on the cake.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly helpful staff as you'd expect at any four seasons. Clean spacious rooms with wonderful views. But the best was how dog friendly and welcoming they are! No extra fees for our two dogs and NO weight restriction! Our fluffy Great Pyrenees love bug was welcome! As was our little girl fluff ball.

Impeccable customer service, anything you need they got it. 5min walk from the slopes and their ski concierge takes care of your equipment so that you won't have to walk back and forth to the hotel with your skis

Beautiful, good attention. But nevertheless; They charge the valet parking caricimo, nowhere in the world where I've been this happens. I felt a little uncomfortable since they don't speak any other language and that seems to me lack of training in the staff.

We had a great time here and we re luckily upgraded! The room was spacious and the bed always incredibly comfortable with soft sheets. The pool area was also very nice and you are just a short walk to town! Thank you to the kind valets who let us take out our car a million times

Amazing! We are enjoying our stay very much. The service has been the best. Room upgrade to an amazing room with so much space. From the moment we checked in, terrible service and none of the extras we requested were there. We went out for dinner and came back to have our room not set up it took them an hour, it wasn t settled till 11:30pm.
They apologized but nothing changed they weren t listening to our needs. They did not do anything above and beyond. Except give us a stupid amount of toiletries and towels. It seemed more as a dig than anything.
Upon checkout we overheard a family whose waiter charged their credit card for dinner and then came back to bill again to room and never got their card back. Four Seasons treats guests like inconveniences rather than paying customers. I ve been coming here for years and the service has declined tremendously with each stay. It s time to try the Fairmount.

We stayed at the Four Seasons Whistler for an incredible 12 nights. During the course of our stay everything was perfect and they made us feel very comfortable despite the stresses associated with the pandemic. The service and food at Sidecut are excellent and they provide outdoor dining options for those that wish to sit outside with the Covid situation. The pool/hot tub area gets incredibly busy on the weekends so be patient and go early so that you can put your name down and they can call you, but it takes some time, as there are capacity restrictions in accordance with BC health guidelines. Be patient with them at the pool, it is a learning curve for everyone and they are on their feet all day in the sun. Special shoutout to the staff at Sidecut and Bari at the pool. Overall, our trip was absolutely amazing and the Four Seasons Whistler made it even more memorable. Can t wait to return! We will be returning again and again.

This hotel is by far the best hotel that we have ever stayed at! The hotel itself and the rooms are beautiful, especially the bath products that they provide. We only went up to stay for one night to relax and we definitely did so! the pools are phenomenal, they are heated and the view of the mountains are magnificent. We truly enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the village as well, we were easily able to go back and forth at cause of the convenient shuttles provided by the hotel. The customer service and staff team were just exceptional, they are so extremely friendly and do all that they can to accommodate to your needs and make your visit a great one. We only came up for one night so we wanted to be able to check in earlier as we didn't have much time, and the team were able to accommodate that and made our visit even better! They also referred to us by Mr and Mrs and our names which made the experience feel very personal. The hotel had little things that just made it great, like leaving a card with tomorrow forecast on your bed, or hosting outdoor smore gatherings. We will be for sure returning and cannot wait!!!

I had an incredible night at this hotel. I mentioned to the staff that I was thinking of proposing to my girlfriend and they completely hooked me up. They set up a private setting for 2 on the patio of their restaurant next to a huge snow-covered fireplace. Once I popped the question they brought out complimentary champagne and desserts, and a few extra's that made it very special. The food, the service, the room, and the gorgeous woman who agreed to marry me, were exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any special occasion you are planning. Thanks Four Seasons!

The rooms are of high quality and the service is friendly and engaging, the sort you expect at a four seasons, but there is something off here.

It's a smaller property. One restaurant. One small pool area.

Not enough chairs at the pool. . 30 minute wait time for a table for breakfast, with the restaurant half empty. The store is frequently closed because the single staff member is helping a guest with a bike. The only option for parking is valet for 45.

Have stayed at many four seasons and have loved their properties, this one doesn't seem to be built to scale for the number of guests or perhaps they are having staff shortages?

Wow...

Wow...
Utterly disappointed with my experience here!!

First, I called in to the Hotel to check availability. The person on the phone was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, advised me there were numerous deluxe rooms available of which I was keen on. Since I was only about a minute away I thought I'd just go grab a room. We came up from North Vancouver

The bellmen and Valet's were amazing and very attentive!! I had my two young boys with me and decided I'd run in quick to get everything sorted and one of the Valets insisted I run in and he'd keep an eye on the kiddos who were full on in iPad mode..

I waited at reception for a good 10 min as it was not super busy but seemed that there were not enough reception clerks for the guest who were checking in or out. My turn, I ask for a deluxe room of which I was told "yes we have plenty", as the clerk eyeballs me. I pass over my ID and credit card, he then tells me that the room will not be ready until 6-6:30pm (it is 3pm) he then tells me that he can reserve the room with my card and I will have to wait till 6-6:30 or here will ring me when the room is ready.... ok?? Not to happy about that news, as I was told on the phone I'd have no problem getting a room asap. Then clerk suggests that if I "didn't like it", to "go somewhere else" .

Wow, ok....

I should have.

But I decided, no I will take the boys around the town and kill those hours with exploring. I wanted the reservation still and said I'd be back at the appointed time.

6:15.

He asked for my ID and Card and I informed him that his colleague had already acquired them and had a room ready for me but it wasn't really ready when I had come in at 3pm...
He said yes, everything looks fine I do not need your card. Perfect!! I inquired if I could pay by cash at check out? Yes, no problem.

Room was amazing and beautiful!! Food was amazing, we ordered room service and watched a movie or two!!

Check out day.

I go to check out the next morning at 9:30-10ish and it was the first clerk I had dealt with.... yadda yadda yadda nice stay with us Mrs. Trickey..? Yes, thank you!
No question as how I'd like to pay, I saw him typing and fiddling and stepped up and said I'd like to pay cash. He looked surprised. The bill was well over $700 of which I produced cash for. I had to remind him that I needed a receipt with the fact that I paid cash and it did take well over 5min for him to sort it out.

We departed and had a lovely day.

I happened to check my MasterCard later that evening and low and behold I had a pending mind you charge of$533 for the previous day and a $200 charge for my check out day.....

Um... what?

Why? I get maybe $200 that maybe should have been the previous day for a deposit almost all hotels have this... but $733... on hold ?

So not just $700+ in cash but $733 on hold...=$1433 for a night at this hotel and on top of that now the feeling that I was profiled and not good enough to stay here that this clerk put I can only guess pending room charge the day before and who knows what the pending $200 was on check out day!!

Insane!!

Not impressed and will be tell everyone I can to not bother if you have some color. Will be spending my time and money elsewhere.

Thoroughly impressed with the entire experience at this Four Seasons. The rooms, the decor, the amenities, the service and much more. If you re coming to whistler, look no further than this resort.

Really great .!

Really great .!
The hotel is by far the nicest place we ve stayed in a long time.
This place is phenomenal.
The hotel room was awesome.
I'll be back for sure.

Absolutely stellar experience at the Four Seasons in Whistler. Everything is immaculate and nothing is too hard for staff to accommodate requests. It's in the upper village, so a short walk to the lifts and Whistler village proper, but that isn't a negative - the area is quieter and pre serene.

Had the opportunity to stay at both the hotel and at the private residences. Immaculate rustic decor that captures the essence of the Pacific Northwest, fantastic service everything from the concierge, to reception and room service. I forgot my son's diapers and they immediately brought some up to the room. Always love the wine tasting and S'mores by the fireplace in the early evening time! And above all else, they're super pet friendly.

I ate at the Sidecut restaurant that is in the Four Seasons and was impressed. It can be a little loud, but the steak was one of the best I have had in years. The staff was very knowledgeable and provided great service. I would definitely recommend this place!

The entire experience from start to finish was top notch! We arrived to Whistler via coach and we're promptly picked up from the depot by guest services. Upon arrival we received a rose and a delicious chocolate dessert to congratulate us on our Honeymoon and recent marriage. The views from our balcony were breath taking. The details of the room were exquisite and the fireplace added to the mountaina The staff was eager to help and we uti

We went to the Thurs BBQ they had. Food was pretty good, and a good atmosphere, but we had to bus our own dishes as staff continually walked past us. We actually saw one server walk by with the same single glass in his hand twice.
