Rented one of the residence suites for the week. Staff is top notch, super friendly and helpful. Residences and overall resort amenities exceeded our expectations. Hotel's attention to detail and level of service is second to none. Only thing we would like to see different would be alternative dining choice in the facility and a little less road noise from the street. Other than that, views and overall quality is worth the price.

Staff were friendly. They've provided us an excellent services. The outdoor hot tub and pool were gorgeous specially at night when it was cold cold! The galleries inside the hotel make it very unique. The arts, paintings, and interior design all together give you a great connection to the natural surroundings.

The service was truly 5 star. We had a work function for a weekend here. We all arrived quite early in the morning and all of our rooms were ready. The pool wasn't open yet because it was only May, however the opened the pool for us and provided staff, bartending and serving. It was a lovely afternoon. Very enjoyable, I highly recommend the 4 Seasons in Whistler Village.

The staff is very inexperienced. Long wait for buffet breakfast although half of the tables are empty. Same for dinner. Rooms are poorly cleaned, left dirty glasses and uncleaned dishes. The staff does not know how to put on a duvet cover and did not fill up shampoos. 30 minute waiting to get a drink by the pool although not crowded. The ski concierge lost our skis. And they billed my AmEx after checkout without emailing any bill. Overall HORRIBLE.

Really good experience, expensive but not much more than other hotels that don't provide the same level of service. Nice fitness center and the Free shuttle into town was a nice touch. Pool and hot tubs were nice but a little crowded at times. Room was awesome, view was ok. Just rememebr its the 4 seasons in whistler, No parking other then valet $45 a night, couple drinks at the pool $50, breakfast to our room for two $80. But as i said before the money was worth the experience.

Wonderful on every level! Dining was great for breakfast, lunch AND dinner. All menu items were nothing less than delicious. Beautiful service from every staff member; valet, front desk, food service and shuttle. Looking forward to next time!

The rooms are unreal!! Very nice, beds are comfy and linen was plush. due to renovations there is currently no lobby bar! It is a make shift cart, in the basement. The menu at the restaurant is extremely limited. Valet parking is great the staff are helpful and the parking garage is very clean. The distance from the village is 2km. Ok if you don t mind the walk. But in one day in whistler it s very easy to put 20,000 steps in no problem. The pool area is good. The mini bar wasn t stocked?? Which is nuts. Who is renting the movies for $25.00?? I d like to meet that cat that doesn t care about his money at all. Hot tubs are nice. They are very safe and appear clean following all covid measures. I gave 3 stars due to the bar/ food situation , once that s sorted this is definitely a 5 star establishment. But my stay was a 3 star experience. But I heard the bear that came in the lobby gave 5 stars. So who knows. I don t think I d go back knowing that there s a few places in the village that can easily compete for quality and comfort.

We ve eaten here at Sidecut Bar several times over the years and stayed this year for 4 nights for spring skiing. We upgraded rooms to a room with king bed and separate seating area and fireplace. Large closets, 2 bathrooms. It was quite a large room. The room, however, isn t why you stay here. The decor was just ok. Felt a bit dated. The service is incredible. Drove up and skis/boots were whisked off to mountainside concierge. Bags to room. Having skis/boots mountainside is soooo nice. Given the Four Seasons is a bit of a walk from the lifts it almost goes from a nice to have to must have. Food at Sidecut Bar is good, nothing incredible. Good bartender with inventive drinks.

I will always put the safety of my family over vacation. Unfortunately, the Four Seasons Whistler does not feel the same about the safety of their guests, choosing greed even during a pandemic that is happening globally. I was due to travel to this hotel at the end of March but I do not feel comfortable travelling with everything going on around the world, especially the fact that I am based in the US where the virus is spreading rapidly. I contacted the hotel to advise them of my concerns thinking that a brand such as Four Seasons would be understanding and actually care about the safety of their guests but I was advised that I would still be charged in full should I cancel my trip. I do not feel comfortable changing my dates of travel right now as I do not know when things will return to normal. Never again will I stay at this hotel or use this brand of which I have been loyal for some time

This is a beautiful hotel located in a beautiful destination. As soon as you drive up, you are greeted with hospitality and friendly service that is unmatched. The front desk is super friendly and help you with everything. The rooms were incredible. They were large, spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The best part was the turn down service. Great hotel and I ll definitely come back and stay here next time.

Don't use Express Checkout on their app. It charges you for it without telling you and despite saving them time.. Otherwise the place was great and nice that they gave us a treat for our anniversary.

The atmosphere, the staff and the amenities were all 5 star. The wait staff in Sidecut were amazing. However, the highlight was the bellstand, never before have we seen a group of men that were so on top of everything, knew everything and were the most helpful we have had. We will come back here. Top notch 5 star service all the way around!

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon. We look forward to returning later next year for our 5 yr anniversary. The staff could not have been more kind, accommodating, and the service and offerings were top notch. The location is unbeatable as well, as you can walk into the village. Overall this team is writing the book on customer service. Kudos Whistler - Four Seasons team!

Nice and clean place. Professional staff. Kitchen closed at 9pm, which is disappointing if you don t want bar food and room service. For a hotel in this class you would expect complementary bottled water in the room.

Great spot to stay in Whistler. I would have loved if It was right on the slopes and closer to downtown. However, I still highly recommend this hotel, and am headed back this month to try it again!

Nice, but not really worth the high premium. One time experience for us. Great service, and nice finishes, but showing it's age around the edges, and a bit of a walk from too many of the other things.

Had a wonderful stay here! Everything was just as expected! I live the L'Occitane bath amenities, it's makes the entire stay even better. Valet, front desk and spa went above and beyond expectations. Don't forget to say Hello to Maola the house dog!! Such a beauty.

Great overnight stay for a staycation and Golf at Nicklaus North. The hotel was very clean and safe. The valet did an outstanding job finding me a place to park my seadoo trailer. Great COVID controls in the hotel and at the pool deck. Hotel staff were fantastic. Our family will be back.

Ate at the restaurant sidecut the service was beyond expectation and the food was delicious. They made a few mistakes but we were a large party and they compensated us to make up for any errors. Highly recommend for a lovely dinner.

The restaurant at the Four Seasons Resort is quite respectable and the food is pretty good. The services provided by the waiters and waitresses are very sufficient. Overall, the experience was great, but the cooking of some foods could have been a bit better.

A beautiful place to stay - the rooms are spacious, staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. I had a pleasant stay but I do wish there was some sort of self serve parking at the property.
