First, Whistler has been the go to for our family since 1998. We have stayed at 80%of the properties in Whistler, and out last 2 days at the 4 Seasons Resort has been some of the best yet.

This is by far the best property is Whistler. The rooms are D Lux. The en suite was amazing, and the American Leather sofa beds are a game changer.

Pool is the best in Whistler. Definitely try the Mojitos! Service from staff is fantastic, especially considering the labour challenges in this town.

Sunday brunch is one of the pricer in town, but definitely worth the money.

The foods pretty good; the service was a little iffy this particular day. Anyway, not going to complain - nice deck - good food; just when there are a lot of empty tables it would be nice to not hear about where we are allowed & not allowed to sit.

My favorite hotel in Whistler. Every year we book a private residence suite for a week to hit the slopes. Washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen perfect! Due to the limited grocery selection in Whistler Village we always bring up everything we need. Kids love the fact they get their own room tons of space. There is nothing nicer than having a nice fireplace after a day on the slopes. Spa services to suit anyone in your family.

We went to do the spa there and all the employees were extremely friendly and caring. Everyone had a smile on their face and goes out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant time at the hotel. The facilities are very clean and nice.

Of course four seasons quality is a standard it is not arguable, only what I do not like, you need to get a shuttle for skiing to go to ski concierge, it is not a very pleasant for me I prefer ski in and ski out. Out of that everything almost close to perfect. Great spa and great facility, very large and quite pool area, service is excellent.

Had some service experiences that would surprise you at a hotel the caliber of a Four Seasons. The general manager of the hotel met with me with a remedy of our very poor check-in experience but we had consistent service failures even after the remedy. Very nice people and very well intended but clearly some process and training issues.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for his birthday, I called to let the front desk know..when arrived they gave him a rose and delivered a cup cake with happy birthday on it to our room. The room was a king sized, had our own fire place & the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool/spa and steam room was amazing, everything was amazing! Staff were extremely lovely, all together this stay was 10/10. I would highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back! Thank you !!!!

I came here with my boyfriend for his birthday as a weekend getaway. This is a beautiful resort and really gives you outdoor vibes. Relaxing atmosphere, great service from the front desk and from the spa. They have a pool and several hot tubs as well as a decent sized gym with enough equipment. Rooms were very clean and spacious but a little bit outdated in my opinion. One thing I loved the most is the shuttle service that can bring you almost anywhere within Whistler which would be fantastic during the wintertime. Valet is quite pricey at $45/night plus the fact that the staff member didn t drive manual but didn t mention it beforehand to my boyfriend was mind blowing considering he stalled the car multiple times. I ve been to other Four Seasons but this one slightly missed the mark for me in terms of my expectations.

Absolutely amazing. Gorgeous hotel and accommodations. From the moment we walked in we experienced a luxurious mountain getaway. Lovely and helpful staff. The staff went out of their way to make this stay memorable and perfect. We would like to thank the staff for their fabulous hospitality. Would definitely recommend. When we come back we will stay here again.

Stayed four days in this amazing room with private balcony. Biggest, cleanest room ever! Pool, hot tubs and sauna were fantastic. We ate at Elements in Whistler village; escort car brought us there and picked us up. Excellent service all around! Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. 5/5!

Most luxurious mani pedi I ve ever experienced. Stephanie took great care with my nail bed when removing my previous gel, helped me choose new colors, and painted flawless coats. Pedi bath water was really hot - very soothing on my feet sore from skiing and hiking. High quality lotion products. She even gave me great recommendations for Dine In Whistler take out.

We stayed in the hotel for our 10th anniversary. Lucky with an excellent deal during the off season. Staff was genuine, friendly and very attentive. When we arrived in our room, they had left us an anniversary card, chocolate cake and a red rose! The staff helped with hiking, dining recommendations. The views from the room and sitting areas are relaxing and if you get up early before your partner like me, you can grab some coffee (free drip before the cafe opens) and read in the quiet sitting area. Pool and hot tubs are so inviting and spaced out nicely so it didn t feel crowded at all when we were here. Short walk along a paved trail to the village - by the mountain base, through a covered bridge and trees. What a special vacation!

Fantastic hotel, staff were superb, the service was great in the restaurant and around the pool. Easy walk into Whistler village from the hotel, we didn't use our car once during our stay at the resort.

Staff bend over backwards to make your stay memorable. The property is the premier hotel in Whistler no other can compare. Its location in the upper village is where you want to be in order to get away from it all.

Really nice room and excellent outdoor pool and hot tubs. Only gripe is that they advertise a staycation deal that doesn't ever seem to be available even though the hotel is clearly not near capacity. Oh well. Hope to visit in winter sometime!

Wonderful stay!!! Ski concerige service was fantastic. Complimentary wine tasting each evening was delightful and sipping cocktails in the pool was perfect. Hope to make it back someday.

Genuinely interested in providing an extraordinary experience to the customer.

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon, and I have to say, I will ALWAYS book with the Four Seasons after my experience.

Before diving into the review, I have to say that were my expectations were exceeded while staying at this location. Having interviewed at the 4 seasons (corporate head office), I could tell by the moment that I had walked into the building, that the companies culture not only extends to its employees but also all of its locations.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the help desk and asked immediately for our names. The reservation was under my name however, the staff did not forget to ask for my wife s name and last name (important detail considering that some couples do not share the same last name). The concierge then proceeded to walk us through the facility, explain where all the amenities are, and what is available during the season. We were then asked what activities we would be interested in while staying in Whistler. After chatting for a few moments, the concierge pulled up a sheet with all activities and began walking us through each one, and even offered to book us reservations at any activity or restaurant during our stay (this is excellent service). We were then treated to a nice surprise, when we found out that we were upgraded to a 1400 SQft room without any charge. We were also offered a free desert complimentary of the 4 Seasons to celebrate our honeymoon.

To say the least, this has been one of my best experiences in any hotel in Canada and will highly recommend this to anyone contemplating a stay in Whistler.

Thank You for everything, you made our honeymoon amazing !!!

You have special viruses at the Fairmont restaurant. There are viruses between the doorway in to the space and to the table but NO viruses at the table and one can sit for hours eating, laughing and drinking and spending a wad of cash and no one wheres a mask (no viruses there) . But the restaurant has viruses when walking to the door or ladies room. Weird Viruses at your restaurant. At 12 midnight this Tues Nov 3 going the the 4th the manager on duty (I called him) and he muffled his name so badly of course I could NOT hear it and he was not about the make it clear enough for me to know it. I ask him very nicely about the above and he "hung" up on me.
WOW Four Seasons very nasty behaviour for just asking common sense questions.

I am super impressed by the level of customer service I receive when I go there. Everyone I've been in contact with is friendly and puts effort into meeting my needs. The people in the spa area particularly are professional, upbeat and attentive. It's always a pleasure to be in an environment where the staff enjoys their job and goes above and beyond expectations.

You definitely get what you pay for here. Top notch service and staff. Very polite, friendly and helpful. They have a nice pool/hot tub area. There is even a swim up bar, really awesome in the winter where it's cold and then you can sit in the hot tub and go right up to the bar for some drinks. Nice comfy rooms and accommodating.

My wife and I came up here for what we called our "mini honeymoon". This is by far, hands down, the greatest hotel experience we have ever experienced. From our first step with the valet concierge to check-in, the best way to explain it is the staff here makes you feel like a celebrity. The check-in staff knew of our occasion and treated us brilliantly, even offering a small thoughtful gift which was very appreciated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which contained a full kitchen and every amenity down to the finest minute detail. The rooms are luxurious as are the bathrooms, the beds are also very comfortable. Sidecut restaraunt has friendly bar staff and great acoustic music on Fri and Sat night. We have been spoiled.. It's going to take alot to beat this and we cannot wait to come back.

It was amazing.. everything from the service to the concierge help everytime I needed something. We got a free upgrade from a regular suite to the deluxe so that was amazing. We also had to stick around way past our check out time and the hotel was kind enough to let us still use the lobby and hold on to our luggage. We really loved the shuttle service as well. Highly recommend this place. The spa was absolutely lovely... We actually ended up cancelling our Scandinavian spa day because we felt like this was already a great spa!

I'll first begin with a confession that we planned our vacation around an off-season deal at this four seasons; we knew that any vacation at a four seasons would be enjoyable and the deal determined the destination.
The hotel concierge was helpful before we arrived to look into prices for some activities that we wanted to do.
On arrival, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We ended up upgrading to a larger room than reserved for the entire stay for free, and also took them up on an offer to upgrade to an even larger room complete with kitchen for a portion of the stay for a relatively small fee.
The first room we stayed in was a one-bedroom premier suite, which was very luxurious. It had a full kitchen, living room, a large dining room table, a master bathroom along with a powder room, two balconies, two fireplaces, and a washer-dryer. It was pretty excessive for two people but we made use of the kitchen and washing machine to offset the upgrade cost. We really enjoyed the room.
The second half of our stay, that room was not available so we went to the deluxe executive suite, which was a free upgrade compared to what we had reserved. This room had a nice bedroom and separate living room with a pull-out couch. We had a mini fridge placed into the room to accommodate our groceries. The balcony was much smaller as was the bathroom, but the room was more tha adequate for our needs.
The staff is very considerate and attentive to detail.
The grounds were beautiful and had a nice restaurant and bar on site.
Each evening, there is a wine tasting (one white, one red) at the bar and this was a good time to talk to the servers to get more local knowledge about what to do while in whistler.
Overall, we at very happy that we got a great deal in the offseason, and would gladly return to this hotel for similar rates.

Great shuttle that constantly runs between the hotel and the town centre.
The heated pool and hot tubs are not to be missed!

Such a lovely stay and worth every penny every time. Service is impeccable even now with covid that they operate at half the usual service. Part of that is made up for with the Four Season app (average response time? 2 min!). I used the app to make a reservation at Sidecut and to request extra items, super easy and convenient. Because of covid, the place is not busy at all, and it was October which is kind of the slow season. This might make the place seem a bit too slow but it is also very good because you feel you re in your own private residence (how about having a hot tub to yourself?). Oh and they run a shuttle to the village too although we didn t use it. I ll be back here on my next visit to Whistler even if it is only for drink!

There are employees and there are great employees. Last night at a function at this hotel I met one
Her name is Tasha. I have never seen such dedication and commitment
Tasha went way beyond that, in helping everyone to have a perfect experience as a hotel guest.

The first time I've ever actually been impressed by a hotel. Of course the hotel and room room was very nice and clean. But the real impression was the staff and all the extra little things they did to make our stay wonderful. Cold drinks upon our arrival, a wonderful welcoming greeting to our Doberman (including fresh water, treats and a plush bed for her in our room), an upgrade to a nicer room without us asking. In the evening we wanted to go to Quattro for dinner and their car service drove us both ways door to door. On check out day we asked if we could still stay by the pool and use facilities to freshen up before or 3pm departure - they told us we could keep our room until 3! We've stayed in nice hotels that won't even let you use the pool after check out time. My only complaint is now I don't want to stay anywhere else. We were treated like the most important guests they had, that's just how they treat people! It was very special

Everything was great except the ski concierge in the hotel was terrible. They fitted my family and I all wrong. My seven year old spent the day in a board that was way to big for her. The ski school told us at the end of the day. They also sent my husbands stuff back when I asked them to hold it. One of the drivers on the bus was rude and impatient most of the time.
The rooms were wonderful and most of the staff pleasant. Food was great!
