Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas Reviews

We recently stayed at Four Seasons. During our weekend trip our daughter's bathing suit top was picked up by housekeeping. Not a big deal right? We called the front desk to notify them that the housekeeper just left our room, and our daughter's swimsuit top that was hanging up to dry is gone, and asked, "Could they please check her laundry and bring the top?" A few minutes later, a security guard comes to our room, and tells us to rest assured he would get the top back to us. Great, we thought. So, on Sunday as we were checking out, we once again asked about the top. They told us that they were still looking, but would call us by the end of the day.......I call them on Monday, and speak to a lady in security who tells me that she has no idea what I'm talking about, and there has not been anything noted in the computer. So, I explain the entire situation again. She assures me that she will take care of finding it. After, waiting 2 days and no phone call. I send a friend to go back to the hotel and talk to security face to face. Guess what???? They tell him, they don't have anything filed in the computer and have no idea what he's talking about! If you have anything valuable I would not trust the security to assist you in the process of recovering it!

We have a wonderful time at the pool and Law. Highly recommend this locations for a short staycation here during Covid. We felt safe and thought the staff did a good job with sanitizing everything.

We booked a Cabana for our second full day. Because of a booking issue we were pushed from our reservation upon arriving at the pool. Grace the pool manager and Lorne one of the general managers went out of their way to make our day special due to this problem. I highly recommend working with their of these staff members. I had a massage by Desiree, she is very good and the spa is quite nice.

We think for the price of our stay, the rooms should be nicer/updated. We stayed in a west Villa. Leaving a four star instead of 5 because of room quality.

Definitely come for golf and the pool! The staff is excellent and will make sure you enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Went to the spa and enjoyed it immensely. afterward, sat at the bar and had a few drinks while I waited for my wife. Bartrnder was friendly and helpful. Just be warned that most the guests are going to be rich and snowy there.

Beautiful hotel between DFW airport and downtown Dallas. Very nice rooms, meeting space, and attentive staff. Gorgeous 18-hole golf course. Not a lot in the area to walk to.

Wonderful Experience! Some of the best Customer service I have ever seen. The amenities are top notch and the rooms are so inviting and comfortable. These folks certainly understand hospitality.

I dont agree with quoting a room rate then adding on a resort fee. I was there for a conference and had no time to use any of the "resort" side of things. Otherwise it is a lovely place with great staff and warm and welcoming.

Just there for meeting,but is great place for any major event we were planning a charity golf tournament for Kids

Favorite place to indulge yourself when visiting town. Spacious rooms w/ luxurious amenities. Close proximity to the museums and other attractions.

It was upper class and made me feel underdressed but it looked to be like a cool place.

My husband surprised me for my birthday at the Four Season in Las Colinas on March 2, 2019. I must say it was the BEST BIRTHDAY ever. The hotel is big and beautiful. My room was amazing (Villa 19th Hole Golf Course View). Also, everyone at the hotel treated me as if they knew me all of my life. For dinner, we ate at LAW restaurant inside hotel. Food is really good and the staff are awesome especially Justin. It was a nice "staycation" (local DFW residents). We will be back soon. Thank you Four Season and Staff for making my 40th birthday experience the BEST!

Best spa experience I ve ever had. The entire experience here is always amazing. Get there early to enjoy the sauna, steam room, and cold soaking pool.

This Four Seasons property is clearly old and needs a huge overhaul. It is clean, which is good, but that is pretty much the only positives I can give it. Even the Clock radio has an iPod doc that is for the iPhone 3 (at the time of this review we are on the iPhone 6) and I was really disappointed that this Four Seasons did not have the "my away" system in the room that easily connects all your devices with the TV monitor, etc. Most of the other properties I have been to have that. It just needs an overhaul. Another Pro is that the People were friendly. Room had terrible coffee and no extras like slippers, shampoo, etc. like other Four Seasons. Just seems like something is off. Probably will not come back.

Beautiful luxury hotel, with world class chefs, service and golf courses snuggled in the rolling hills of Los Colinas. Short drives to excellent shopping, dining and the airport, but with everything you'll ever need on property, why ever leave?

Beautiful grounds and service. Enjoyed the outdoor patio with fireplace and attended an event in the pavilion and it also was beautifully decorated. The room has a nice patio and a very comfortable bed. Definitely would return.

What can you say it's the Four Seasons! It's an awesome Resort. It holds up to its name for sure.

Great atmosphere! Great service! Loved staying here. Food at the restaurant was good too. Front desk staff very helpful and nice. Put me in old room at first and I asked to be switched to a remodeled room and they did it with no problems.

What a sweet place! awesome gym, pool full of texans babes (mostly married to some guy 70+)... rooms need a upgrade but GRAND place!

I have never stayed at the four seasons over night but we do visit the spa every few months and it is immaculate! This spa has amazing facilities, great for a quiet escape or a relaxing couples massage.

Great golf course, great staff! Meeting rooms and the catering is the best!

We were visiting the Four Seasons to see a Christmas event and we loved our visit. The valet was very helpful and the consierge was very patient and understanding. The hotel is decorated for the holidays and there are a couple of restaurants we found in our brief visit. We walked outside as well and the swimming pool is quite huge. Overall this is a nice, beautiful hotel with excellent amenities and customer service.

The Four Seasons in Las Colinas is a legandary place. The site of the Byron Nelson golf classic for 35 years. This is a 5- star hotel all around. Winter time by the fire outside can be a great time with friends.

Came here for a business meeting its beautiful and old school.

Visited for the Byron Nelson PGA Tour event and enjoyed every second. Staff was extremely helpful and assistive. Will return!

What a great place! The staff definitely stands out at this resort. We were treated with the very best care throughout our stay. We will be back for sure!

Stopped by for work for a little bit; after I finished I went to the bar and had a meat and cheese board plus some wine. Bartenders we're very friendly and the appetizers and drinks were great.

Went to LAW for Easter brunch. Very tasty but was a little hectic. Didn't have enough staff.

Prices are high, service is great, cottonwood course good shape, TPC sandy, bumpy.

The Four Seasons in Irvine us a great resort and spa. It also has a golf course. The rooms are large, spacious and well appointed.

The conference room was appropriate for the event. The staff was very attentive. Needs were met well. Not necessarily exceeded - but a solid "met expectations."

My husband and I enjoyed lunch at LAW at the Four Seasons Resort and Club for my husband's bitrthday. Everything was perfect and the staff surprised my husband with a complimentary birthday dessert plate which was a pleasant surprise.

Was attending a company event hosted here and everything went wonderfully. Staff was attentive and polite.
