Spa...nails - Absolutely amazing experience! Highly recommend.

Definitely a huge venue with many events going on. Did not like the outer room we were in... Bathroom access not good and difficult for those with physical challenges...

It's nice, I enjoy the pool and the restaurants, room service is quick and efficient. The view form the room is really nice and can see a lot of the cities and what not. Other food services are also close by, plus the staff is very nice.

The spa was wonderful! I arrived a couple hours before my scheduled facial, and utilize their steam room, sauna, hot tub, and huge rain shower. The locker room attendant was very sweet and attentive.

Excellent attention to the customer. Modern and luxurious decorations.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had. It's the little things. Laundry was put in a separate bag to take home, my bathing suit was hung over the tub on a hangar, etc. Fitness accommodations were also nothing short of spectacular.

I want to have an event there. Clean relaxing great staff.

If you have unlimited money this it a great place for you.

Really great hotel and really great service. I would say this hotel is better than most "nice" hotels. However, I can't say that is was so much better that I could actually recommend it. In other words, it was a great hotel, but you are definitely overpaying for it. For example, dinner for two at the restaurant was well over $120. The food was good, but there are better options in the area for less, and while the food was really good, it wasn't amazing. On the other hand, the service at the hotel was better than what you will find at most, and the facility itself was great. All things considered, if the price is not a problem for you, then I recommend it. If the price is an issue, then you will be just as happy somewhere else.

A beaufitul place for a wedding. The views are great from the rooms as well. Great service all around.

Just finished dinner and drinks at the Outlaw bar. Excellent craft drinks and menu. I ate the Bourbon Burger with fries. It complimented my Old Fashion cocktail. Bar manager and wait staff were very friendly and courteous. Parking was free with ticket validation. Great venue with indoor and outdoor seating with fire pits. Recomended for any out of town business visitors or family.

Dallas Cadi Transportation recommended this place to me when I got up from the airport and I loved it. Good service, very cordial, clean, and a good size bedroom.

Nice resort. Very comparable with various Ritz's I have visited although the room and bathroom seemed smaller. Would have given 4 1/2 stars if I could as the staff was was outstanding.

The excellent treatment. The exquisite breakfast buffet. (Thanks Nancy) and the spacious rooms and rest like never before in my life. Anyway, I'm dying to go back.

As one who does not typically go to resorts, it was incomparable to anything I've ever been to. The golf courses were beautiful, pool was lively, and facilities were immaculate.

I got a Mani and Pedi at the Spa. It was very nice. I look forward to going back for a full day at the spa.

The venue is in a nice location and is very nice. We came for a work holiday party and had a good time.

Inside of the hotel is beautiful but the pool area and drink/food service have room for improvement.

This is a GREAT spot to take a staycation! The course is impeccable, the spa is luxurious and the rooms are all top of the line. You cannot go wrong with this resort and you're guaranteed to have fun with something that they offer!

I attended a social event that lasted from 11 am to 2 pm. Brunch service was provided. Everything about the hotel service was great. The valet was free with our brunch validation, the staff was courteous, and the food was mostly great as well. My only complaint was that the biscuits and sweet pecan rolls were cold and hard -- other than that, it was a truly superb experience.

Came here for a bridal shower in a private room in LAW. From the setting, the amazing staff, and delicious food, it was a fantastic experience.

I stayed here for a work function and would recommend the hotel for any stay. The staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel is very nice. The place has a great ambience. The rooms are nice and in the tower, all the rooms have a large balcony. The resort is close to both airports, right in the middle of them.

Very unique and super comfortable spacewise and parking too.

The price range is slightly more affordable than other hotels in this country the food is great the staff is nice the king sized bed is almost heavenly made me sleep like a baby I think this won t be the last time I come to Texas or this hotel Texans are really nice people

Great place. I'm not a big fan of golf, but its nice. The best is the brunch at the restaurant, really amazing.

Quick overnight stay, but a wonderful hotel with friendly staff. Look forward to a time that I can schedule a longer stay and enjoy more of the resort facilities.

This place is top notch and the customer service is remarkable....clean rooms and even the public restrooms were clean and well stocked. Restaurant and bar were superb

It was a professional event, nothing to review here.

Very nice resort with friendly staff. Everyone says good morning with a smile and is willing to accommodate any request. My only complaint is it seemed understaffed on our check-in day. Dozens of people had to wait hours for their room to be ready even though we checked in after their normal check in time. Some guests received drink coupons, but many did not. The inconsistencies in this from such an expensive resort did not leave a good impression.

Went for a wedding and reception and it was easily the nicest I've ever attended

My first time at a Four Seasons in 20 years. Wow. Hospitality at it's finest.

I Realized, just after dropping off the rental care, that I actually left my suitcase at the bag check. The bellman thought on his feet, put my bag in a cab and sent it to me at the airport. He gave me the taxi's license plate number and cab number. Gave me the taxi driver's cell number. and gave the cabby my description. I got my bag and made my flight without incident. Talk about above and beyond!

Amazing golf course. A little to far from city center.

Went to the Bar 19 for a nightcap, and it was perfect. Quiet, comfortable, great drinks. Couldn't have asked for more. What else I saw of the hotel was nice and pretty too, but not being a guest, I can't comment much further.

Service was a bit slow, even though it was not even half full.

We stayed at the Golf View Room for three nights and four days. The lobby is nice. However, the room smells unpleasant. (Mold smell).The air in the room was not good.Besides, we saw mold in the vent at the top of the wall.So we had to keep the windows open while we were in the room. And the water fell off the ceiling of the bathtub. Overall the room was not in good condition.The resort rooms need renovations.

It's a Four Seasons. TPC golf, great sports club, friendly staff and lots to do in the area.

Was here for the Byron Nelson Golf Tournament, Beautiful course, beautiful day.

came here for my 30th and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. they surprised me by paying for my drinks, can t say thank you enough! will always refer y all and come back for more
